Always a pleasant experience. Ive had a number of misc repairs and tire related work done at the Tinton Falls location. The staff has always communicated well regarding timing and expectations. Ive also found their prices to be more than reasonable and work quality to be excellent.

Mike was great. Helped me out when I was in a pinch. While waiting I watched him help an elderly man out with a tire, he ended up fixing the mans tire valve problem and sent him on his way free of charge. That’s a man of honesty and integrity, not trying to screw people over. I really appreciated seeing the way that Mike treated the other customers, it’s not something you see often these days.

I had a great experience at mr tire in Shrewsbury. I needed new tires desperately and they went out that day to buy them since they did not have them in stock and got them on in no time. Ive gone to other places in the area and this has been the best. they are also reasonably priced and the employee at the front desk also helped me find a place where i could get my key fixed. Overall a great experience and will be returning for oil changes and other car maintenance in the future

As a first-time customer, I will be back. Mike was incredible. I set up an appointment online, and Mike called me within seconds to confirm. When I arrived, they were working on my car at exactly the time they said they would... with no delay (!!!). Mike estimated that they would be done in 30 min - and they were(!!!). The work was great, fair price, and Ive never seen an auto repair shop run so efficiently.

I went in to get a nail removed from my tire and get a patch on the tire. Steve the manager quoted me at $47, which I agreed to. While I was there they tried to tell me my brake pads needed to be replaced. They never even took off all four tires to check the pads. The tire was patched and I left. An hour later I’m back at work and look at my receipt and they charged me for a TPMS Stem Kit. I go out to my car and see the stem has not been replaced. I called up the shop and spoke with Steve. I asked if the stem needs to be replaced and he gave me some long answer about some seal on the sensor. I began to question him about the stem and he started fumbling over his words. We ended the conversation with him telling me to come back in to finish the work I had payed for. I left work for a second time and went to the shop. I parked my car out front and as I was going to walk inside, the mechanic walked right up to me and asked for the keys and immediately started working on my tire. While I waited outside the manager Steve walked passed me multiple times and did not say one word to me.tldr: this place will try to sell you and/or charge you for things you don’t need if you aren’t paying attention

I had tires and TPMS sensors put on a new set of wheels. Everything went well and the office communicated with me throughout their work. I then went back to have coil springs installed. This install was complicated and took some time, but the office kept in touch throughout to let me know how it was going, that it may run long, and to confirm the estimated cost theyd given me.Ive had similar work done at other shops and, thought I dont think its super complicated, they figured out how to screw it up. Mr. Tire did a great job--no issues, reasonable cost, and better-than-average communication. Really appreciate when business are run this way.

I stopped by for an oil change and I witnessed one of your technicians throwing things across the shop in an angry manner as he appeared to be yelling. I got back in my car and drove off. Im not a customer of Mr tire nor did I have an appointment but seeing what I witnessed I wouldnt be. Completely unprofessional let alone dangerous.

I had been getting a light indicating low tire pressure. I finally decided to get it checked out. I didnt call but it was fairly easy to make an appointment on the website.Once we got here we were greeted by Mike. He took our info, looked at the tires and told us what we would need to do as well as what the total was UPFRONT.I would definitely come back.

I was on my way to work today Sat 11/2/19 and noticed a message saying my air pressure was low. I pulled in to Mr Tire in Tinton Falls and Larry was so helpful and immediately put air in my tires and by checking them informed that I would be needing two new front tires due to wearing . I went inside the shop and the other two gentlemen Jerry n Steve gave me an estimate and explained the difference in tires and the warranty. I will definitely recommend this shop .Thanks guys !😊

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Sad to say I’m not very knowledgeable about anything remotely car related, Mr Mike was able to break everything down for me, explaining/showing me exactly what was wrong with my car. Compared to other places, the prices along with the quality service, plus they were able to have me in and out same day, you can’t beat it. This is my new one stop shop, I would highly recommend.

Needed work done on my car but do not have a trusted mechanic. Gave this place a shot due to the great reviews and I was not disappointed! Everyone I spoke to was super knowledgeable and kind. I have been working with Hugh the last year and half. I have a very old Honda which is still in good shape and running well. Hugh has been great to get the parts and schedule repairs and maintenance. Typical auto scammers. tild me over the phone tire was 130 with install and than after the tire was installed charged me 80 extra dollars for install fee. luckily I record my conversations so I was certain I was correct. DO NOT GET WORK DONE HERE YOULL GET CONNED FOR SURE. I couldnt even imagine if I vehicle was in there I only brought a rim go have a tire put on and I got scammed!

A rare find - every single staff member was courteous and professional even if they werent involved with me. Prices completely fair, service was timely, advice was professional and no one tried to oversell. They wisely advised me to come back and have the torque inspected on the lug nuts the following day, at no charge. This should be common place and isnt, in my experience. A quite fine experience.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience as far as oil changes go. I went in to make an appointment for an oil change and they were able to do immediately right then. The 2 men that work there are great and very nice. They did the oil change really quick and even checked my tires. I will definitely go there for my oil changes for now on.

Took my lifted Jeep JK to Mr. Tire to have aligned as their tech Dan has quite a strong reputation aligning modified Jeeps, he did a great job and gave me some great pointers. Highly recommend taking your rigs here to get aligned as opposed to over paying at a 4x4 shop with a 1 month waiting list.

When it comes to tires I always come to this place. Most of the time they will get good price deal on tires. They also do good and prompt work and try their best to meet your needs. Convenient with hours especially on weekends. They are open till 5 pm on Sundays.

I cannot be happier with the service at this shop. I work right around the corner and have had a few car issues in the past three months. The service was high quality and the staff and manager are really helpful. I was nervous at first, as I usually bring my car to the dealer or my own mechanic, but the service is trustworthy and although I came in a peak hours, my car was always done long before the expected and agreed upon time. I don’t know much about cars and I’m nervous about over spending, but the prices given we’re always fair and within reason ! Great find!

Called to get a quote on having 4 tires replaced. From the minute they picked up the phone the service was excellent. Steven tried to help get me the tires I was looking for and was very pleasant in all communications and called when he said he would. If I didn’t have to go on vacation and wasn’t in a rush I would have chosen to work with them. I would highly recommend. I was in the area on business and needed a tire repaired. As I had to get back on the road quickly, I was a bit concerned that I would make my meeting on time when the service manager Mark was by himself and he was also busy with other cars. I was amazed when not only was he able to finish the car he was working on, but also my car in less than 30 minutes! This shop is THE BEST. I bring my Lexus IS 250 here for everything and I always always always get amazing, honest service. Its always such a chore to find a mechanic who is reputable, knowledgeable, reliable, trustworthy and who isnt going to rip you off. I feel like I hit a grandslam in home run derby by finding Mr. Tire in Tinton Falls. The manager Hugh is amazing as is the rest of the guys there. Been coming to this shop for over 10 years. From the people up front to the ones in the bay, everyone is professional and respectful. They dont try to swindle you and do whatever is necessary to get you back on the road safely.

Its just ok... They perform as expected, I just hope one day someone would care enough to clean this place up. Its really disgusting. Also, customers dont need to hear employees complaining about their bosses.

I came in on Oct 16th to have a tire changed on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I paid about 40$ to have one tire changed.When I was leaving I noticed a deep scratch across my rim and they also gouged part of the metal with the tire machine when installing my tire. When I brought this to their attention they were absolutely no help with resolving this issue. So now out about 150$ if I decide to get the rim refinished or 680$ to purchase a new rimDO NOT use Mr. Tire Auto Service Center for tires or you will most likely end up with 4 messed up rimsJon R

I had a flat tire, and I decided to go there because of a positive review from a woman that went in her lunch hour to get her flat tire fixed. Her experience was positive because it was fixed immediately. Today, I went looking for the same experience, but to my regret I did not have the service. I had to make an appointment for Monday. I went down the road, and found a shop that repaired the tire.
