Recently purchased a vehicle here. Currently having an issue with the loan company requesting new documents needed to finalize. I cannot get in touch with anyone at this dealership that will help me. They either ignore my calls, don’t respond to emails, pass me off to someone else who won’t return my calls. I have finally contacted VW customer care and I filed a complaint hopefully the regional case manager can help get results. I’m disgusted that I have to deal with these people. Everyone in the beginning was so nice but now there true colors are showing with the lack of help they simply don’t care.

Do two years ago my husband got a 2019 arteon. Now we both got a great deal. Both times we were helped by Ralph. He was an extremely kind and courteous man. He definitely knows his products. Theres many other Volkswagen dealerships in New Jersey go somewhere else this ones not worth your time horrible service they will lie to you and if youre a woman you will get taken advantage of....You cant get hold of the general manager all the associates answered the phone and play along then if they dont like what youre doing they will call the police and fully lie which is very sad they waste a police time

Like a previous customer said, all nice til they make a sale. Bought a used vehicle cash back in September. 10 days later things started going wrong with it and it’s been downhill ever since. Finally trying to get rid of the thing and I can’t because the title “mistakenly” has them as the lien holders even tho I bought the vehicle outright. I was told it would be corrected and I’d have the title in a couple of days well it’s been 3 weeks and still no title!

Who likes going to a car dealer and buying a car? I certainly don’t. But let me tell you, I would buy another car tomorrow if the experience was like the one we had with Mike Colella and Scott Giarraffa. I made a random phone call to them after having an issue with my Audi. I saw the Atlas on the road and liked it so figured I’d get some details. Mike answered all my questions patiently and later also listened to my long winded husbands 2+ minute voicemails without complaint (we joked about this) and he was very pleasant and professional along the way. Visted dealership on Monday looking for a vehicle. After I entered the showroom, it took almost 10 minutes for a saleperson to greet me, yet there were numerous salepeople just standing around. Test dorve a base model and decided I wanted to upgrade to the SE. The salesman said he would follow up with me the next day to talk price and then he would work on acquiring what I was looking for. Its been 3 days and no call back. I purchased a vehicle elsewhere last night. Terrible customer service.

I recently had some work done on my car and realized the skid plate was never put back on. So they say it must have fell off. Im the only o e who drives my car and would have heard and seen that. Then they bring my car back in and say there isnt supposed to be one under the engine when you can clearly see spots where screws would go into hold it. And I went online and sure enough you can buy the skid plate that they say there isnt one that gos in that spot. My anxiety is through the roof. Did they really change my trans fluid or just leave the old oil in it and keep the new bottles. I brought it in for a clutch. So why take the time to do a Service report. Im not paying you to do a service report. Im paying for a clutch to be done.

I bought a 2019 Arteon last Tuesday and I couldnt be happier with my sales person Ralph and the sales manager Michael on making the deal happen. Whats more important is Michael suggested to me how important it is to have tire and wheel protection with the conditions of the road systems. So two days later after purchasing the vehicle my tire popped and my rims were damaged. Luckily I had the tire protection that Michael suggested so my out of pocket for the damage to the tire and rim is $0! I cant stress how important it is to attach this protection to your new vehicle! I brought my car to perform check. I resigned from repairs and agreed to pay for the work done during the check. When I returned for my car it was dismantled on their lot. When returned back for the second time car had those oily stains. Under the hood air filter was still open. Not sure what else is undone. Also those stains are difficult to get rid off of the white surface. The place looks quite under cared in comparison to other dealers. When I arrived for the first time I told my wife that I am not sure about this dealerships. I should trust my feelings and leave. I wonder if that is in all VW dealerships after that emissions scam, or this is only this one.

Absolute worst customer service and attitude possible. Every time i walk in here and go up to the “customer service” desk, it takes a full minute for any one of the four blobs sitting behind the desk to even make eye contact with me (even when no one else is waiting in line). They give me one word answers to questions and when I ask a follow up question like - “do i drive up to the service center or walk up?” They literally don’t even look at me. It’s so disrespectful and I leave angry every time. The service guys are unhelpful and rude. The only nice person in there was the one selling me my car - aka the only time it benefits them to be nice. Also none of the freaks that work behind the customer service desk are wearing masks ........

My wife went this morning to get an oil change. Nothing more! In a noisy service room through a mask the service person quickly went through things they would do or check and my wife just signed. When she arrived to pick up her truck the oil change bill was over $350!!!! Apparently what she signed was the list of things they suggested she do she really wasnt paying attention which is definitely her fault but she was there for a freaking oil change. My wife is a accountant and never in 1 million years would have agreed to do all that. Way to up sell guys on a car thats lease is up in 6 months. We were going to lease the new Atlas but not anymore! Beware the service departments predatory practice of the $350 oil change!

From the time I arrived and even after my sale I was treated as a value customer.They arranged the pick up of my rental, made the call to my insurance company and presented fair financing options with expert advice.I can’t recommend VW Shrewsbury enough, I drove about an hour and a half and it was well worth it. Highly recommend and will refer, if you’re looking elsewhere for a Volkswagen save yourself the headache and just come here.

Amazing service! Ralph and Michael were so accommodating of our schedule, and even stayed late to complete the paperwork and go through our new vehicle. My car was driving fine, I came in because the air bag light and the service engine light was on. As always, a shuttle took me to work, and they delivered the car (Im about 2 miles away) to my work location when it was completed. I paid the $1300 bill and was on my way. Unfortunately, all the antifreeze drained from the car when it was parked in my garage. Dave immediately sprung into action. He delivered a courtesy car to my home, towed my car from home to the dealership and remedied the situation immediately. This is the first time I enjoy working with a dealership. His customer service is beyond anything I have experienced. He made what could have been a horrible experience pleasant. My car was just delivered to work again, this time ready for the weekend. It is sparkling clean and all is fixed.This type of service makes Shrewsbury Volkswagen stand out. Everyone I tell cant believe the story. Dave and team made it right and left a very good impression. Bought a 2019 VW Atlas- it was the great experience They understood our needs and put us into a great car with great maintenance package which was huge since we drive a ton. Very happy
