I was sold a car to that had a manifold & exhaust leak from day one in the cabin and I had my newborn in the car the entire way back then the clutch went out in the car Rotors were bad tail light out in car had to replace 3x car now throws lean codes and pretty sure throttle body is going out coil overs were shot from the day we put it on a lift. a/c doesn’t work hasn’t worked since I bought the car the entire car had a trans flush and didn’t give me a wheel lock key for my car and proceeded to tell me that “they don’t have it” because they buy the cars from auction . also never communicated that I would need to redo my tags in Maryland after they charged the fee for doing tags and title over all don’t do what I did don’t go here.

People who works in there was nice and professional. Even though I didnt purchase a car in there. But strong recommend you come to see in there.

I highly recommend this dealership. My husband and I had been looking for over a month with our son for his first car (which he had saved up to pay for). Too many other dealerships lacked good communication and follow up, and establish any sense of service. Joe and Mel were great from the get-go. Very accommodating in showing us the car (off hours) and letting us test drive it to have it checked by our mechanic. They were fair in pricing and the transaction process was easy. I expect the same when our plates and permanent registration cards come in.

Ive changed my review because, I bought a vehicle from this place and the manager assured me this vehicle was good after getting the vehicle home it appeared to be leaning towards the left side, Im not a mechanic so I assumed it was uneven pavement so I decided to have it towed by AAA after getting a vehicle health inspection it was discovered by the mechanic broken left strut to a tune 900 bucks....I didnt even have the vehicle for 30 days, called Sasha and she tried to tell me I caused the damage, I attempted to reach out to the dealership several times and i was ignored...Basically they werent trying to reimburse me for the damage that was preexisting, dont go here without a mechanic.....

Sooooo my gf and i had been looking for a vehicle to extend our family! She really wanted a Jeep and came across a 2011 Jeep with only 90,000 miles on it. Sascha called us the day of our appointment to confirm with us which vehicle we would be looking at! She was very nice and helpful. We went to the Tinton falls location where we were greet by Mel(Mechanic guy who makes the car look nice) and took a look at the vehicle. It looked great and we met the other Mel who Told us more about the car and we were able to test drive it. While doing so, the brakes did squeak and i got a bit nervous. However, we really wanted this car and Mel reassured us that car would be fixed and Be available to pick up the next day. He was a man of his word and we picked the car up the next day and i am so happy with our new Jeep. She is a beautiful car and I cannot think Mel and the entire staff at 33 Auto! They suck, I would never buy a car from these people again, they think there good bull shiters but there not. Bought Mini Cooper and problem after problem, they say will fix and they had car six days said it runs great. NOT!!! The car leaks oil like a pig, engine light still on, 6 different codes come up and yet they say nothing wrong.i asked for money back, they said that would never happen. So now it’s lawyer time!!Stay tune!!
