Really amazing experience. Ask for Travis Foster!!I came in pretty late and it became pretty clear that I was going to have to wait for the car as the one I wanted was in transit. Travis helped me out in the wee hours of the night. It was definitely getting close to closing time but he didnt rush me and he kept going back and forth to run numbers for me. By some miracle we happened across a Legacy in my price range and this was like 7:30 pm. Bang! Travis made it happen for me and stayed after closing. He made sure the car got detailed and Tara even stayed late to make sure I knew what I was working with before I left. Really great experience!!

I could have not been happier coming here for my WRX. Working with John was an absolute pleasure and he was more than accommodating with both my plans and time frames as I was located over an hour away from the dealership. Working with this dealership has been absolutely effortless. I worked closely with Glen Jr Miller and he was able to secure top choices for myself and partner. He responded quickly to any questions I had and was a pleasure to deal with. After signing the papers, Nicole Miller carefully explained the features in our vehicles and handed us her contact information in case we had any questions about either vehicle. True Car led me to World Subaru, and I am so glad it did. What an incredible experience at World Subaru. Drove an hour out of my way to pick up my outback wilderness here and it was worth every second, because unlike other dealers near me, World wasn’t charging over MSRP and got me an incredible value for my trade in. Employees were incredibly courteous, Tim was completely transparent throughout the whole process and never once made me feel uncomfortable. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle and then had me go through the ins and outs of all the features with Tara. Tara took her time and was patient, insuring I was comfortable accessing and using all the features of my new wilderness and made sure I was connected to star link and Bluetooth before I left. Every part of buying our new Forester Sport from these guys was awesome. Unlike any previous dealership experiences I’ve had. Seriously recommend World Subaru. George was very available and helpful, and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process! When an off-duty police officer crashed into the side of our car and fled the scene, totaling our car, I did not realize how difficult the car buying process would be. We looked in NJ, NY, and PA. Countless dealerships are adding on fees due to the pandemic, were talking an extra $5K-$10K! We obviously werent prepared to need a new car during the pandemic so the prices were shocking. We went to our local Subaru dealership where we purchased our non-wrecked car and they refused to help with price at all. Enter World Subaru to save the day. Not only were the prices phenomenal, they were wonderful to work with during a stressful time. David and Nicole in particular were great and helpful and we were able to drive our new Subaru home. We drove about 1.5 hours to get to World Subaru from home and it was well worth the trip!

This has been by far the most amazing car buying experience I have ever had. The entire team at World Subaru has been great. Fed up with NYC dealerships who couldnt care less whether you stay or go, I happened upon this island of humanity in Tinton Falls where they welcomed me in and allowed multiple test drives without an appointment. Sales Consultant David Garro was friendly and accommodating from the start, answering all questions with his depth of knowledge or looking them up on his computer when I stumped him. Thankfully, I could opt for the no-frills model without obnoxious sales pressure for the latest upgrades. All I had to have was a backup camera, which David explained was standard on all models. So I ended up ordering an Outback from the factory in my requested color (Abyss Pearl Blue), and I didnt even need to decide whether I wanted to buy and finance or lease until the car arrived. The expected delivery date was the last week of September, but David emailed explaining delivery could be delayed due to a Covid outbreak at the Indiana plant. Bummed but relieved it wasnt due to the chip shortage, I prepared to wait until October while the plant underwent its Covid reopening protocols. Then, unexpectedly, David emailed again on Sept. 24 and said my car had arrived! Pleasantly surprised, I had to explain that I was in Chicago and couldnt pick the car up until the next weekend. No problem, but we could work on insurance and lease terms in the interim. David just needed to run my credit and know how much I wanted to pay as a downpayment. Excellent! After my Midwestern family visit, I returned the following Saturday with a friend to help me fend off the expected pitch of extras. First, we got to take the new car for a this-is-your-car test drive. We said wed be 20 minutes, but showed back up 50 minutes later. To my surprise, the obligatory trip to the manager involved only 3 potential protection plans and the option to buy 0 to 3. I opted for the tire & rim replacement plan only, signed the papers, and then was treated to a tutorial on the car features and gadgets by Delivery Specialist Nicole Miller. Nicole knew her stuff and even explained that I could switch to British Siri on my own phone. Who knew? Diplomatically referring to my recently rear-ended and totaled but still driveable 2007 Chevy Cobalt, Nicole commented that it was a nice upgrade. Indeed!

Just came back from my second time buying from World Subaru. After my first Forester was wrecked in a terrible accident Wednesday, Glen was able to find me another very similar to my first. Josh was incredibly thorough when going through insurance and Nicole made sure I knew how to work the interior features before we left the lot. The staff is always kind and helpful and always makes the experience pleasant. Hopefully I won’t need another car soon but when I do, I know I’ll be heading back to World Subaru.

From start to finish a pleasant experience. My salesman, R.J, was professional and personable. I felt very comfortable dealing with him. R.J. was able to answer all the questions I asked and took his time with me. After our purchase, their concierge service, Nicole, walked me to my car and went over all the bells and whistles. She answered additional questions and personalized all the features of my Ascent to my liking. Nicole also gave me a mini notepad from the dealership and told me to write down any additional questions I may have about the vehicle and come back in two weeks so she can answer them. As a first time car buyer my nerves were shot, and i had no clue where to start. Tim made sure I was comfortable and treated me like a person and not just a “sale”. He stayed in contact with me from start to finish and made sure to keep the “anxious Annie” in me calm throughout the whole process (even on his days off!). I just purchased my first car (2021 Sub Forester) from World Subaru in Shrewsbury and I can not express just how wonderful the whole buying process was. The sales representative who helped me through the whole process, Timothy Stewart is the best! He was friendly, accommodating, checked in often, and explained everything to me. He made sure I knew every step of the process, gave me updates of my new car and was just as excited as I was which made the whole experience so enjoyable. But the greatness doesn’t end there, because this is my first Subaru, Tara Lee Mullins took the time to walk me through every button and feature, helped me pair my phone and has since, checked in on me and my new car a few times to see if I have any questions. Overall, everyone was nice. We got a good deal on a 2020 Subaru ascent touring, however, don’t expect your vehicle to be cleaned well. Attached are two photos to show how most of the car looks. The dashboard upright has gunk on it and even after telling them twice (when we bought it and when we had to go back two weeks later to get the radio and mirrors repaired— things we knew had to get these replaced)... nothing happened and it looks terrible. Then the whole rest of the car looks like the cleaning solution spilled but was not cleaned up.UPDATE 2/10/2021:I was never actually contacted to get my 2021 re-detailed. And now unfortunately, ever since they repaired the radio the two USB plugs in the front do not work and therefore I can’t use them or CarPlay. When we reached out again about this (a week delayed as I wanted to make sure it wasn’t just my charging cord) they said we can just go anywhere to get it fixed at this point.I would absolutely return to World Subaru and make them fix what they broke and have my car cleaned correctly, however, it’s over 2 hour drive so we will probably just end up going somewhere closer to us that will hopefully do it right the first time. I love the car but the experience really has been trying.

This is the 3rd Subaru Ive leased at World, working with Sam Spencer, and once again had a great experience. Sam is unquestionably the best salesperson Ive worked with in 40+ years of buying and leasing cars. Even at a time when new cars are hard to get, he worked his magic to get me the car, color and package that I wanted, and at a very fair lease price. Just an incredibly responsive, nice and pleasant person to work. I had a great experience at World Subaru. Sam, along with the rest of the team, were fantastic.The used vehicle I was looking to buy (and ultimately bought) had a large stain on the roof and Sam would not sell us the vehicle until the stain as removed. Even though we were ok with the stain and ready to buy, Sam said he would not sell us a vehicle with thay stain. From start to finish, my experience at World Subaru was unbelievable. There was no pressure and absolutely no nonsense. This is a team who will treat you with the respect you deserve when buying a new car. JR was incredibly helpful, and patient as I tweaked my order a couple of times before delivery. I purchased a brand new Subaru at the end of May. Unbeknownst to me, the car apparently had somehow illegally parked in front of a fire hydrant while on the way to the dealership. This is only my preliminary assumption, and I could be wrong, but it looks like World Subaru DISGARDED AND IGNORED the ticket prior to the sale because I am now being threatened with a hefty fine and an arrest warrant due to failure to pay as the plate belongs to me now. World Subaru has done nothing to assist me on the error that was on THEIR PART. Buyers- be wary before buying from here. I have contacted corporate already to see what more can be done. I will make a point to tell others to to avoid this place.

I really appreciate that they try to get me into a car that fits my needs and I never felt a hard sell. Instead, I feel taken care of. The team here in sales and in subsequent service tell it like it is and I appreciate that a lot. As long as Subaru keeps putting out reliable cars that fit my needs and are at a good price I dont see any reason to go anywhere else. I did look around to make sure I got the car that fit my needs and again came back to World Subaru because of the good value for money, and the enjoyable and reliable experience. Hands down the best experience Ill probably ever have buying a car. I am so happy with my CPO 2018 Subaru Crosstreck. Upon arriving, I was immediately greeted by JP and was brought to his desk. The entire process was very straight-forward. I knew I was getting a great deal on the car because of their pricing model, it was already listed $1,500 below market and they were offering great financing, with or without co-sign (but I also had a good credit score). Although they have pretty high registration fees (~$600 vs $400 at other places), youre still saving a ton of money. For perspective, the first dealership tried to overcharge me on just about everything they could. I felt like they were trying to scam me. That happened about 2 other times, where they were not flexible on the price or the financing, and they were trying to overcharge me.World Subaru is the most honest and straight-forward dealership Ive ever been to. Even if I move away, next time I need to buy a car, Im going to World Subaru.I highly recommend coming here and ask for JP!!

We had a good experience buying our Crosstrek. Our salesperson, Travis, was low key and courteous, and his love of cars is infectious. Theres an inventory shortage because of the pandemic, so there werent great deals to be had on a new car. But Travis helped us consider the different options to buy or lease and gave us valuable coaching that helped us make the best deal in disposing of our old car. We did okay all things considered. And we love the Crosstrek. Tara was friendly and helpful in explaining the unfamiliar technology in the car. We feel pretty confident that people at World Subaru will be there to give us ongoing support.

Got yelled by salesman Rich because I have to think about it, reason 1- they have a recall but unsure being fixed or not, his answer was probably fix.Reason2- the sales manager literally told me he dont care about my budget, that is their final price, take it or leave it and said he WILL NOT come back to negotiate?????? I did not even say anything about negotiation.Reason 3- I was stupid to still proceed purchasing the car, Rich rush me to sign the final paper work, told me that will be 20 mins between time than make the call to insurance. He show getting agitated.Reason 4- after feeling bully by the sale manager and the Rich, I told him we have to think about it. When we leave, did not even get to the door, Rich yell it out THEY JUST WAISTED MY TWO HOURS.I am an Asian Woman with a budget to purchase a used car, looking at around 16,000 to 18,000, I did not go in and look at 20,000 dollars car and to negotiate with them. Salesman Rich from nice to nasty, sales managers comment. They think Subaru sale itself, and THEY ARE DOING ME A FAVOR.Unless YOU want to walk in to pay whatever they ask, they will treat you like royalty, otherwise DONT WASTE YOUR TIME TO GO IN, that is plenty of Subaru out there. They have another salesman told an elderly couple, he is not going to show them all the car on their list, dont want to back and forth, they only allow to see 3 cars, couples saw 3 cars and left.I refused to buy insult, disrespectful, and bully by these two arrogant men. After all is my Money, and I am the consumer.
