Went to get battery replaced he said timex factory outlet no longer exist. He just did not want to honor battery lifetime card that was purchased at the time of sale then I asked how much for a battery could not give straight answer on the price. Buy the way it is still listed as factory timex outlet. So I would strongly suggest not going there.
