Bodega is a great deli for homemade food and bread. Their brownbag lunches and dinners are delicious and a good value. Bodega also has an excellent selection of wine. It shares the same kitchen with Coldwater Cafe, which is one of the best restaurants in southwest Ohio. Were lucky to live close by.

I recommend checking out the brown bag menu which is updated every week on their website. There are several bottles of wine offered around the $10 range, so I try to buy a bottle every time I visit to try something new. They also sell local dairy, they make their own breads and miscellaneous items in their deli cooler - now including a local ice cream. I look forward to attending one of their wine tastings.

The friendliest staff on earth and I do mean this. I have tried a lot of their food and a few bottles of wine. There is something for everyone here.

I was in the area 1/21 for work and my customer suggested we stop here for lunch. I was honestly not expecting the food to be as delightful as it was. The chicken was soo juicy and it had a glaze that was great! The green beans were cooked perfect, they still had a crunch and the seasoning was mild but great. Now the best part. THE LOBSTER CAKES. They were by far the best I’ve ever had! I would definitely make the hour round trip anytime just for those! Seriously soo good!!

Passing through Tipp City around lunchtime and stopped looking for dessert. Husband bought a red wine brownie. He said it was the best brownie he has ever eaten. Trust me this man has eaten his share of brownies. We travel 75 often and now that we have experienced Tipp City’s downtown and Bodega’s brownies, we’ll be back.!

You guys... Shepherds Pie was 5 star. And that frumpy little roll? Heaven.

A cute place to pick up wine, craft beer and a sandwich.

The green beans with whole garlic cloves are an obvious favorite. But the chick peas with cauliflower in a lemon vinaigrette were also delicious. The croissants were stunning to the eye and equally delicious. Because Bodega is partnered with Coldwater Cafe and shares their kitchen new combinations are created and available. Some days lunch specials are available as long as they last. This great food can be eaten on outside tables, so in winter take out is the norm. However, great water, paper napkins, plastic knives, forks and spoons are available. Bodega in historic Tipp City is short walk from the bike trail. So enjoy!
