Went in for trim paint with numbers taken from a very old label of Ace Hardware interior paint. Found it...on the top shelf!! LOL Took a couple minutes to get some assistance for this vertically challenged grandma*, but got R done! Looking for firring strips to make some quasi baseboard at home and was told, No, no, no .. go to Lowes or Home Depot. We dont carry lumber! After cruising the store for a couple minutes, I spied some lumber down the shelving aisle. Yes, yes, yes...they DO sell lumber!! At least firring strips!! 🤗 They have a massive amount of inventory, many too much??? 🤔

This Ace is a Super Ace. The other stores in the area dont stock what this one does. If the one closest to me is out this one will likely have it. The store is kept clean and always nice to walk in.

RITA the customer sales associate that I had the unfortunate experience of being checked out by.. was very rude and appeared disgruntled!, I own a small landscape business and I come to this Ace alot to get supplies, Ive bought two chain saws and a pole saw extension for a STIHL TOOL, and mark the STIHL GUY sold me the wrong bar and chain and I had to drive to work in Melbourne to get to the job site to find out I got the wrong stuff. So when I went to return Rita could not do her job and she kept asking me to insert my card 3 times and after she requested I insert my card a 4th time I told her no more ! If she would have done it one more time my bank account would have been wiped out and overdrafted, a very poor sales associate . I will never shop this Ace again and the manager couldnt even explain the huge mess Rita made to begin with, HORRIBLE ACE HARDWARE

The cost of hardware is rather high, the only benefit I see is theyre close to my house. They really should lower the amount of hardware example 3/8 washer cost .40 cents thats a bit too high

By far my favorite ACE. Very clean. Huge collection of Costa sunglasses. Big selection of yeti products also. Go native is next door to them but owned by the same people. Check them out 😎

What can you say.. its close by.. they normally have what I need and they are always super helpful and friendly.With that said.. they are very proud of their merchandise... and everything is marked at a premium.

Like they say if you cant find it at another store Ace will have it. This is a good Ace with helpful staff and a wide variety of products . Competitive bulk ordering is possible.Easy to find. They recently rearranged the check-out process so In & Out is a little faster.

So I went to Ace Hardware buy some fluorocarbon fishing line. I went to the fishing section and saw that the fishing line was locked in a display case with a sign that stated that a store representative must retrieve the items in the case and escort it to the register for check out. Seriously?? Its not an expensive diamond ring, it fishing line! I had the same experience several months back when I needed a new chain for my chain saw. So this time I opted out of finding a representative to unlock the fishing line case and escort me and my fishing line to the register for check out. No wonder people are doing more shopping online anymore. At least online your not treated like a potential thief. Ill take my business elsewhere.

Good selection and nice assistance, but the prices are not even within competition with other stores. When your products are 3 dollars more than the exact same thing at Lowes, you need to do some competitive shopping and adjustments...

They have hard to find items that the big box hardware stores dont stock, plus individual items for price per piece instead of buying 100 when I only need 4.

Upon trying to locate a Craftsman blower weed whacker combination that was advertised in the Ace sales flyer, my search took me to the Ace Hardware store directly off of US1 in Titusville.Even though I called the store to verify the availability, once I got there, the product couldnt be located.Your sales associate, ROGER, went above and beyond what most would agree to be the normal help. He continued hisown search which ultimately led to his locating one last product. Fortunately, before I left the lot, Roger asked for my text number Which he used an hour after leaning the store.Thank you Roger, and thank you ACE. ACEis definitely the place for me!

Bought a boysenberry plant that looked like a stick in dirt, i was told it would grow and there was no warranty on the plants like some other places. (was told in a condescending way : you could always try again next year or buy another one. 10.98 + tax ea ). I knew better i got it home and pulled it out of the bag it was a thorny stick. fool me once. i will not buy anything there again. i will drive past to go to northern tool.

Ace is definitely the place! Sure you pay a little more, but you get friggin help! Employees come to you instead of trying to avoid and hide from you (like the big stores that dont hire enough employees).

Only shop here occasionally. Most employees are very helpful and positive. This visit we had a checker who was more interested in people watching instead of focusing on her job and who or what was in front of her. She was unaware my husband had asked how she was and we still got no response when we both told her to have a good day. We were taught wether you like a job or not, you put a smile on your face and give it 100%.One person can give a good business a bad name.

Ace Hardware is not the place I remember from old days!They have a great Florida Outdoors area with top products of coolers, sunglasses, and an excellent display of fishing rods and reels.Their Staff was knowledgeable about their products, willing to go find exactly what I required, and NEVER hovering. They were easily spotted but not intruding.Big Kudos Ace Hardware, keeping it interesting!!

Besides all the regular hardware stuff, they also have marine, boat, fishing rods and reels and lots of other stuff. Its a GREAT store.

Very Friendly and maybe Google should know that they also do propane refills. When you Google propane they are not suggested. This is the best place in the area for propane refills.

Ive always preferred shopping at Ace hardware stores because of their hometown atmosphere & service. This particular one rose the bar! Frank greeted us with a smile filled what may I help u with today directing us to exact location of the items, followed by Richards assistance in this department which was phenomenal! He went above and beyond ensuring we had exactly what we needed to complete our project. Great store! Amazing staff! U guys rock!

I would give them 5 stars, but the cashier ASMITH needs an attitude adjustment. She couldnt even say hi, when asked to put chemical sprays in bags, youd think I asked her to walk me to the car & put my stuff in trunk & then shut my car door. I didnt want to take a chance of the liquid leaking in my trunk. The eye rolling & continous deep sighs. She couldnt say thank you, kiss my butt nothing. The male cashier next to her respond to me when I said Thank you, have a good evening.

You can find so many different items here, its fun to just walk around and browse. But if in a hurry, the employees will direct you to the right item immediately.
