The associates here are always helpful. or at least willing to share advice. Stock is always good for home essentials, only thing is price can sometimes be much higher than the larger chain stores for like items.

I cant say every time I go into this Ace hardware I have a five star review to give. But its time I met a very good associate I was looking at a step stool and it was way way up high and he was very tall and I forget his name but what a nice gentleman. I told him I was going to go home and get my coupon that I have and he said you dont have to do that and he showed me how to download the Ace hardware app....anyways my phone that wasnt going very fast I dont know if it was because of the building ...whatever ......but I did have to leave but I will be back to get that step stool and I want to think that gentleman he was young in his late teens or up to his mid-20s he was very tall and thin and he had dark hair I wish I knew his name so I could put it on here..... Id like management to know about him hes hes a good kid and Ace hardware should be very proud to have him working for them.. Thank you whoever you are my little knight in shining armor

Im satisfied with selection and price, and usually have a great retail checkout experience (this is important). Have noticed less floor staff lately, and lack of helpfulness. Appreciate being greeted at door, but would appreciate more if greeter had a little more knowledge.

Ace hardware is really coming around I used to go to Lowes and home Depot actually I always went to either one of those stores but recently there have been a few times because of timing restraints I had to go to Ace hardware and to tell you the truth I actually love Ace hardware their staff is incredibly helpful they have everything you need and theyre closer

I’m a professional painting contractor in KY and NC. I’m here visiting my father and wanted to paint a few rooms for him. I asked the owner if he would do a contractor discount. I told him that I am a very large buyer of Ben Moore paint. He respectfully declined because I’m not a “local” contractor. Fair enough, it’s his call. But, It’s been my experience in the past 22 years of receiving the “professional courtesy” of a contractor discount when traveling out of my home area. As I waited for service, feeling rather disappointed, it occurred to me that he really didn’t want my business or even care if I bought paint there or not. So I’ll take my business down the road to Sherwin Williams where I have a national account and get my discount there. #Acenottheplace :((

Disappointing trip. I went to buy a Skil saw and the female cashier was less than enthusiastic about helping me check out because it was apparently 20 minutes until closing. She also stated loud enough for me to hear, “20 more minutes!” As I paused a second in the line to look at an item. After looking closely at the receipt of my purchase, I saw there was no military discount for the tool. I went back inside to ask about it, and she noted that it was a “non-discountable Item“. That was the precise reason I stopped going to Home Depot. Because they had a similar policy just discounting some items. Of course I don’t want to take my military Service Discount for granted. But if another store will give it, I’ll take it happily. I am tool to the other big box store gives the discount on everything. I guess I’ll buy my tools there from now on. On the bright side the floor staff here was very helpful.

Well stocked and plenty of help if you need it

I was looking for a table in the sales circular, store had none. An employee checked the warehouse which was also out. Let me reserve one that is on order. Great customer service.

Will not match their online prices but you can buy online while in the store for the sale price. Makes perfect sense.

The kid working there did not help me find what I needed. He just said its in one of those isles and pointed. Then after finding all the items I wanted, I had a very rude cashier that actually paused my purchase to text someone on his cell phone. I guess they didnt want my $180 +/- dollar purchase. I walked out without completing the purchase. I will never go back to this place, ill stick with true value where they actually help you and want your business.

Drove there to buy a Big Green Egg they were about $400 overpriced for the large green egg...I got one at pinch a penny in Merritt Island for 800 they wanted 1199.00They seem knowledgable they probably would of sold me one but they couldnt get it delivered that day but thank God I want pricing around and save myself a bunch of money.

I looked online for 1/4 threaded rod and it showed that it was 4.99. I went to the store on Garden st. and the price in the store was 14.99 for the same rod. I asked the associate why the huge price difference and was told that it was because that location was a convenience location, whatever that meant. I then asked to speak to a manager and was told that he was on break! I finally got the manager out to speak with me and he was absolutely worthless! I will never shop at that ace hardware again. I went next door to Oreillys and got what I needed for around $5.00 with excellent customer service!
