I just bought a kia forte 2019. I saw the price on the window at $19,995 but the salesperson said it was actually $20,995 and said it was a bla, bla, bla!?!?! My wife did not care but I was not convinced of his story. Then today I just saw an advertisement in the newspaper that this car is at $19,995!!! I called this dealer and told me was introductory price! Higher? Bull!!! Beware of this!!!

Bueno puedo compartir mi experiencia de que fui aquí a de Toa Baja saqué una cita para mi guagua porque me llegó una carta por correo el que tenía que hacerle un check in en la guagua esa guagua es de segunda mano Aparentemente No estaba inscrita aquí en Puerto Rico me hicieron perder un día de trabajo si la carita estaba ahí y me la enviaron es porque todo está correcto hay que esperar que chequen la guagua la metan la información ellos y que me van a llamar ahora no sé si voy a tener imprenta otro día que me den otro día más libre para poder llevar esa guagua perdí el día del trabajo perdí la vendí todo el santo día para nada Es que no me chequearon la guagua

These people are irresponsible. My friend took her vehicle for service, they damaged a part trying to remove it, they did not have the part and it takes 30 days to arrive. Tocars claims that the vehicles warranty is expired, they are not responsible for the damages they caused and they cannot loan her a vehicle and they left her on her feet for 30 days. Do not buy vehicles or have vehicles repaired in places like this.

I went and they treated me with great courtesy. My only complaint is that they went way below the value of my trade in, and they also tried to sell me a car for $ 3,000 above the sticker price. I would have liked the Sales Manager to guide me so that I could understand why the price is so high. By the way, all the cars in the showroom were selling above MSRP.
