Perfecto!!! Moving from the states, and a vehicle purchase can be complicated. Our sales person was Ivette. She is very knowledgeable helpful, and went way above and beyond for us - from vehicle selection, to delivery!!! Her manager Luis made the paperwork and financing simple. Highly recommended if you are looking for a company that certifies their vehicles, and knows how to help!!!!

Worst experience w dealership, Sales person Gabriel and manager. Let’s start w the sales pressure even after they were told we’re interested, and was going to buy SUV.Spoke with both in person on the 20th of July. Confirmed July 21st over the phone w both, they guaranteed that suv selected would be waiting for my 74yr old mother, and we were paying cash for the vehicle.July 21st I left out of country thinking everything is taken care of and I can be at peace. Not the case, my 74yr mother went to pick up SUV only to find out they sold to someone else, after all the guarantee and promises that all was taken care of, and vehicle would be ready.Only explanation sorry sold to someone else, After the promises, guarantees, and assurances that SUV is set aside for her.Then they tried selling her these other SUV available at a higher price. Not to mention my mom drove all the way from Moca to pickup vehicle.Manager and sales person Gabriel are the shadiest kind of sales people, with no morals, shady business tactics, and extremely insulting to my 74yr old mother.I would like for Waldo Galan regional director and Pedro Hernandez For president to view all of this, and hopefully get his house In order, properly train, and higher people better educated in working w people, keeping their word, not yank around elderly women, respect, keep their word, and not take advantage of the elders.My advice to anyone out of state is to avoid all of auto grupo ford, avoid them like the plague. Dirty, underhanded tactics, no guarantees, and they are not a man of their word.

Sales manager Juan Carlos and seller Jorge are amazing, but the service department is horrible! With only four months of use, my vehicle presents a weird sound on the breaks when is in reverse. They told me: ”dont be worry its not gonna get worst”. In the 7th month Of use, the sound is horrible and the told me that they cant do anything. The last time I tried the told me: ” Its just a weird sound theres nothing wrong with the vehicle, you only need to get used to it”. What??? Is a new car and sounds like my old Toyota of 1995??? Thats not fair. Today I have one year and two months and the car sounds like sh... when I put pressure in the breaks no matter what.

The worst dealer I have ever gone to to buy a car.dont go there. Any other dealer. I think they are dishonest and will get every dime from you. Te roban todo el dinero. No te diseño la verdad. Do Carfax. Go to Chevy. They said they where going to put four Michelin tires in the show room and they put two no name brand tires . They also dint clean the car properly. They where not professional and made a mess of the paper work.

I left my 2020 Ford Ranger bus yesterday morning and Roka as he is known indicated that they would be calling me in the afternoon for a diagnosis. They did not call. I decided to call today in the morning and customer service told me that the bus was about to be attended today. And that they would call me in the afternoon. After 4:30 pm I contact you again and they tell me that it was still in the review process. A 0 mile bus facing engine problems which almost left me on foot. I await the call tomorrow and if this does not happen I will be forced to take action using consumer rights as a method.

Last December 2020 we took our transit bus to this crane service concessionaire because it did not turn on. After a month in the workshop they certified that he had problems in the BCM computer and it was not available in the factory until new notice.More than a week passed and we decided to take the vehicle out of there and take it to another place where they told us they could get the computer.We did it and we had to pay $ 399 for a checkup and diagnosis from a certified ford mechanic.In 4 days they got the computer that Ford said was not available and the bus had been in his workshop for a month.To surprise, the computer was installed and the vehicle continued the same.After verifying it in this place, they realized that in the area of ​​the power switch there was a broken cable or damaged connection.I do not recommend anyone or under guarantee take your vehicle to this place.Richard Nieves

Needless to say, how difficult and stressful it was for two days to get the service to provide us, I spoke with Mrs. Figueroa who I understand is the service manager and after committing to me that the Ford Raptor 2017 bus would be ready sooner. of 3 working days understand Monday, it is not until today Wednesday that they call us to pick up the vehicle or without first paying a piece which is allegedly not under warranty (a sleeve) to this I include and stressed for the sales they are excellent, the service is not only terrible but they do not even treat you personally. Customer service is not at the level of customer focus. They say they call you when you leave the vehicle and you die waiting for them to call you. Likewise, if you leave the unit clean it will be delivered dirty and they will not put the paper on the drivers carpet.Sometimes you ask for the unit you left and it seems like nobody is responsible, they send you from one person to the other. I wrongly chose the wrong dealer. 😞

Very disappointed with the service, despite the many complaints I saw about it, I took the risk to give them a chance, but each and every complainer is right! Leave a lot to think about. I only took her by a handle that came out of the armrest of the back seat and in two days they could not even diagnose her, or even see her. Call another dealer, explain and they informed me that it is something recurring in them, to take it and they would give it to me immediately when the piece arrives. It is also important to mention that before going and encountering the surprise of those who had not even seen her, she called more than 10 times and they always transferred to an extension where only a tape recorder comes out, in short, a total disaster. If they want to be competitive and to the degree of the other dealers, they have to make changes immediately.I recommend that the one who is considering going for service or warranty, better go to another service center and not go through the same. Stay away from this dealer and its employees. There is no transparency here, as the warranty terms and conditions change right after signing. Irregular process in all aspects, vendor Gabriel Aguayo and sales manager Juan Carlos Santiago are arrogant and arrogant. The facilities are excellent and central, but in my personal experience, I was looking for a used car that they had advertised, I sent messages to the seller to check if it was available, upon arrival I was informed that the vehicle was in service and I could not see it, you know my Reaction, since I live 1 hour from the place, I will not abound any more because the only thing I want with this is that they respect the time of potential clients, I hope that in other cases the experience is different.

1 month ago I left a review of 5 stars pq always my experience had been excellent. Today I have to edit it to 2 stars because I went to service and the service was horrible. I understand that there are many customers and situations happen but that the car is in service for three days and have not even looked, who receives the car does not communicate, do not answer the calls and do not face because it does not seem right. Finally I took the car after three days without him not knowing I had.May17,2018 here again. Second day. Waiting for the service manager, Mrs. Julisa Figueroa.
