My moms battery was giving her issues, so we went by toledo auto parts and they were so polite, fast, and helpful in assisting us with the battery. They were even going to help free of charge with popping in a headlight. Unfortunately they werent able because of the location of the headlight. Thank you again sincerely

Horrible place to go! Drove almost 2 hours to pick up a part they said they would have the part ready and in his office. Got there, not ready and he lied about it. Horrible place and service, I would not buy a used paperclip from this guy.

Would give no stars if possible. These guys are thieves and steal peoples hard earned money. Taking deposits for parts they dont have and then refusing to return the deposits and only offering store credit. BUYER BEWARE !!!

They sold me a motor that they said was running great. I asked them is there a guarantee they said 30 days. Engine turned out to be junk it smoked excessively and knocked. which on there written guarantee states engine are guaranteed against rod knocks cracked blocks and excessive smoke. When I called the owner he said he would not refund me or honor his written guarantee. He followed this up with this statement take me to court. dont ever do business with this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! M J

Sold me half of the shaft I paid for and a door switch that didnt work. I was told they will call when the rest of the shaft is off, Its been over a week and havnt heard anything. Poor customer service.

BUYER BE WARE. THIS GUY WILL RIP YOU OFF IN A HEART BEAT. BOUGHT AN ENGINE THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE 85,000 MILES ON IT AND BE IN GOOD CONDITION. AFTER 71 DAYS ENGINE BEGAN KNOCKING. MIKE WOULD NOT WARRANTY OR HELP IN ANY WAY. AFTER TAKING ENGINE APART A LARGE AMOUNT OF SLUDGE WAS IN ENGINE AND PISTON ON #3 CYLINDER HAD BENT ROD. ENGINE HAD A LOT MORE MILES THAN TOLD. NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING BUT A LIGHT BULB FROM THIS PLACE. I WAS WARNED BUT DIDNT LISTEN..

This was a very bad experience. See we bought a transmission from this business because we couldnt find one around our area. When we bought the first transmission, it was bad. So we went back and because we had a 30 day guarantee, but the owner was very argumentative and did not want to give us another one. He finally gave us another one, we take this one home and we start to put it in and the torque converter didnt fit. So this time he gave us a transmission with a torque converter from a different car, and we now cant return it.

Had a terrible experience at Toledo Auto Parts, be warned do not do any business with this company. They scalp you and the person I was working with is Mike and they are a complete rip-off and anybody Im warning to stay away from Toledo Auto Parts!

I went here..and i walked in and asked about a rear drive shaft for my 2006 equinox..and theu looked at me like i was stupid.. Then i got the part after 20 or 30 minutes of waiting... I put it on my car. And as soon as i put it on my car there was a vibration.. I drove on it about three weeks. And the bearing that hold it in place on the engine blew out i tale it off my car and go up there..and they tell me it has been past 30 days..there is nothing they can do about it.. Mind you i payed 268.13 for the part.. Which new is 350.00...very bad people at this place.. So needless to say i payed 268.13 for nothing at all to these people.. Cuz now i dont have a drive shaft at all and im driving my car with 2 wheel drive..i recommend you dont go here
