Amazing customer service body and paint repair flawless. Bob and the crew kept me in the loop. Also I will say Keith & co.in the parts department five stars as well as the service and oil change Arena to keep both my Honda Element, Accord in great shape.

Seem to change managers often-do to that they dont want to cover their lifetime warranty or know what was done prior. Had rust out twice on a repair they did and Greg would not cover it,even though the opposite side which has never been repaired was not rusting in the same area. Recommend not using them.

I cannot praise the people that work at Brown Body & Paint enough, especially Greg, who personally took the time to help me through this experience. My car was involved in a hit and run, so to begin with I was out of sorts. He and his staff made this experience very pleasant. Let alone the fabulous job they did on the body work. And I also want to mention the awesome job the Shop Foreman, Rick Harrell, at Brown Mazda did with aligning my car and then having it detailed. It looks brand new! thanks to everyone

I thought going to a business with the Brown name I would get quality service, but every time I look at my car I wish I would have gone to a different body shop. The job took longer than estimated, I had to follow-up on replacement parts because they never got a hold of me ; they put a different bumper cover on not the same car I had before the accident. I am VERY disappointed (everyday I look @ my car)

My Husband quit this job recently due to pour management & Harassment. The manager Greg B talks about all employees & makes fun of them. Even made a kid with special needs quit due to him bullying him around.. Sarah the lady in the office harasses all the paint & body techs and has been fired from previous jobs for said thing.They also are trying to screw Him out of his earned income so far almost $500 and we still got a week to wait!BTW they have NO certified techs

My vehicle was involved in an accident and I chose to have it repaired at Brown Honda body shop. Unfortunately, this is when the nightmare really began. The shop has failed to correctly repair the vehicle, return my parts to me, gave my keys to someone else, the comedy of errors continues. I suggest getting repairs anywhere else really at this point. Such a bummer, because the dealership is pretty solid, but lost me as a customer now too.

Was in a accident down near Teledo the insurance company to me to look around and find a body shop that I want to do the repairs. I didn’t know really where to go I’m not from around here so i called around and browns said they can get it done for me so I drove it there that day and waiting for a call about the repairs that needed to be done. A week went by and I heard nothing from either the body shop or the insurance company so I gave them a call. It was the insurance company’s fault because they still were unable to get some out there to look at it. But nobody let me know anything that was going on. I’m only down in ohio for work I live in ny so I don’t have much time left down here. After another week went by they were able to start working on my car. I was never updated on what was going on even though I requested an update and the project so I knew what was going on with my car. A week of them working on it I called on Friday and ask how far along are they and they said if they get the last part in this morning it will be done today if not it will be done Monday late morning. So all I wanted to know Friday before they closed was if they were able to get it done or not. But never received a call. So Monday morning came and I called them again they said the car will be done later this afternoon and will be ready for pick up. So I went and talked to my boss he was going to let me leave work early to go pick up my car. I called browns again Monday around lunch time to make sure it was going to be ready for pick up for them to inform me that they forgot it needed a wheel alightment and it wasn’t going to be ready for pick. So all I wanted was a time frame and when it was going to be finished. I called Tuesday morning to see if I could pick it up Tuesday and I couldn’t get an answer out of them. So I called them Tuesday afternoon and they told me the alignment was done they just need to go pick the car up. But it seemed like they were in no hurry to get it. So wenesday morning came and I called again and asked when’s the best time I can come pick up my car because at this time it’s been over 3 weeks without my car. So they said when it’s done they will call me. So I didn’t receive a call by lunch time so I called them to be informed that it’s done and ready to go. So I told them just make sure the cars ready to go and I’ll be there at one. I get there and look it over and nothing was aligned right. It was unacepable. So after going back in forth with I think bob he was able to put me in a rental for the day. So I had to go back to work. I had to leave work early again to make it to browns before closing time to pick up my car it looked better then what it was so I was on with it. This morning at 6am I was driving to work in the dark to find out my headlights aren’t alighted properly and they point to the ground I will not be returning to browns for them to repair there mess up as I’ll be taking it to a professional and just pay for the alignment out of pocket. Thanks for the three weeks of head aches for an accendent that wasn’t even my fault

Worst experience I have ever had at a body shop! I only went here because my insurance company suggested it. The first problem started when I came to pick up my vehicle after they contacted me that it was done. After having my car for 2 weeks they tried passing off a front bumper that felt like sand paper, a run in the paint and the hood wasnt aligned. After pointing it out to the employee he never apologized just said they would fix it and didnt give me a timeline. When I finally received a phone call that my car was done another week later I went to check it out. They fixed the bumper and the paint run but never fixed the hood and when I started my car the check engine light was on. The least they couldve done was clear the codes out before giving it to me. After more than $5000 and 3 weeks my hood still isnt aligned but I am sick of dealing with this place!

I will say the estimate experience and my interaction with Paul before and after the repair were excellent however there were quite a few other issues that lead me to decide to write a poor review in hopes they correct the issues. The problems started after I dropped off my car and I have been finding problems since I picked my car up a month ago. It seems like all along the way they cut corners. From the get go they told me it was a 5 day repair and would be ready Friday. So Friday at 3 I called to verify my car would be ready I found out not only would it not be ready but it sounded like they hadnt really even started because they needed a wheel lock... no one ever called me to ask for the wheel lock or to let me know my car wouldnt be ready (how long were they planning to wait to call me). So then they said it wouldnt be ready till Wednesday, again Wednesday at three I call, not ready and no one bothered to tell me it wouldnt be ready. Two more times this same thing repeated before I actually picked my car up two weeks later then they originally stated. When I picked my car up I immediately noticed they incorrectly installed the rear lip which mind you was a stock Acura (Honda) part. I also noticed that when they painted my bumper they cut a corner and instead of painting the whole bumper they tried to just paint the front. You could see where they sanded through the paint down to the primer at the edge and then never covered it with paint. I also realized once I got in my car they had disconnected the battery and never bothered to enter the security codes. So now I have no radio or navigation and have to call the Acura support line to get the codes from them and then watch videos to learn how to enter the codes. I took my car to a Honda dealership because being a Honda product I expected them to do this type of thing. After this I called on Monday and took it in. Paul told me this wasnt acceptable and they would fix the paint and lip issue. I rescheduled but then couldnt make the rescheduled time and ultimately decided I didnt want to deal with these guys again as I didnt want to wait another three weeks. I correctly installed the lip myself (took 5 minutes to flip the mounting bracket around which they installed upside down) and put some touch up paint on the trunk to cover the primer. I appreciate that they offered to fix their mistakes, which is why I left two stars instead of one, but it should have been done right the first time. What really fired me up however and lead me to writing this review is ever since I took my car to them I started having this issue where my car wouldnt start. I had to jump it three times last week but never had a free second to check it. Then yesterday I had a second to look a it... turns out when they put the negative cable on the battery they never tightened the terminal down, someone just pushed it down onto the terminal and after a few weeks it had come loose. This kind of stuff is not acceptable, unfortunately it seems like its the norm around here. Both shops I have had to use in this area do this kind of stuff and they were both supposed to be the better shops around. When I lived in DC I took my car into a bodyshop twice (my car seems to be a magnet for people hitting in to me) and both times they repaired my car without a single issue. So I know there are shops out there that do good work, unfortunately I cant seem to find one here.

Horrible experience with the Brown Honda Body Shop. They took 14 days on 7 day repair. Paul Walker at the body shop told me on three occasions that the car would be ready that day and it was not. Worst of all, when I finally got my car home, not only was the damage not fixed properly, the body shop left the window open when they washed the car-causing water spots on the carliner. Chris at the body shop was kind enough to offer to have the damage repaired. I had to go back to the body shop on a Monday morning to bring my car back for the extra repairs caused by that extreme carelessness. I was offered a loaner car, and instead was told there were none-Mr. Walker sent me to Enterprise where I had to wait 35 minutes to get a car causing me to be late for work. To top it all off, the second day I had the rental (because it took them 2 days to attempt to repair the carliner) the rental car had a flat tire. I called Mr. Walker from Enterprise as they wanted to charge me for the flat tire. He did not come to the phone. In addition I ended up being charged for the 2 days by Enterprise, and my carliner was still stained when I came back.The good news-I was fortunate enough to speak with someone in Honda management who was super helpful in getting my carliner replaced, and reimbursing me for the extra Enterprise fees. He was totally unaware of the incompetence at the Body Shop, and he assured me he made some changes to ensure this treatment would not happen again. Irregardless of this gracious and helpful manager, I would not ever bring my car to the Brown Honda body shop again.I hope this post saves someone else the aggravation, time and worries that I have had with the Brown Honda Body shop.
