Ive come here several times for parts for different vehicles, and like that it is a clean yard with lots of vehicles, but today I got locked in the yard 5 minutes before their announced closing time. I had to call to get let out, and thankfully someone was still there, but again, I got to the building to check out at 4:55, and they had been announcing that they close and lock up at 5pm. I understand that If I was late that it would be my fault, but when a business says that they are closing at specific time, and are going to be strict about locking people in at that time, they had best not close up early.

Best price of used auto parts that we have found in the area. The only thing is that you have to take tools and take the part off your self but as long as you can do it you might as well go here and save a few bucks. My son saved about $38 by coming here and getting the part himself vs going to another junkyard that was in the area. We always find what we need here too. Thanks Cherry!

For a first-timer there their map and their instructions was not good at all to find your part they could improve on that other than that is okay

Well organized and lots of vehicles. However, if you are looking for anything newer than 2008 model year your chances of finding parts is very slim. Wagon sales during holiday weekends used to be great but with more and more exclusions its highly overrated. Cars are often picked over even on day one of a sale, and the best cars and parts are blocked off. Based on years of experience dont expect electronic components to function 100%. Was a long-time customer, not sure if Ill go back. I feel as if they have forgotten what got them where they are today and the long-time customers no longer matter. Customer service is mediocre at best and largely depends on who you speak with. Then again, its a salvage yard so its par for the course not to mention its in a rough area--even for Toledo. I get better parts, prices, and service at LKQ--either the Toledo or Belleville MI locations.

Always a great place to find parts u need. And if youve never been here b4, let me tell u it seems like an ENDLESS selection! And if u didnt see the car u needed, even after checking their inventory online, check again in a day or two cuz they are constantly rotating in new cars. And the prices cant be beat, even if u dont make it to a wheelbarrow sale. Staff are usually kind and helpful but everybody has a day when they wish it were a Purge Day.

Yesterday was my first time there. They are a great auto parts scrap yard. I needed two sunvisors for my moms car and both headlight assemblies. They have a large selection of vehicles to find the parts you need. The prices are reasonable. I plan on going back there again when I need some more parts for any vehicles. The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful with information on which lot your vehicles brand is on.

Leap year sale was nice. $100 a wheelbarrow up to 200+ lbs. You can never rely on what was there yesterday to still be there the next day. Constantly scrapping cars with good parts still. The guys in the yard like to smash driveshafts with the forklifts and you will never find a gas tank without a hole. Been going here since they opened, its always been like this. You can still usually find what you need though. Good pricing, I always buy tires from these guys. The cars may change a lot but the value is there.

Called beforehand to ask about a rim. They said they had 2 in stock and said they are $20 each but they are actually marked at $30. Got to their Barn and went through everything trying to find it but they didnt have it. To their credit the guy back there tried to help me but nothing came of it and I walked out empty handed. The person working the desk was the same person who answered my call and both times she was extremely rude and acted like she couldnt be bothered.Not the worst experience Ive had but maybe if they spent more time keeping track of inventory instead of making snarky replies theyd have an even better ratingEdit:Response to owner- unfortunately I will not be returning, a part is no big deal but the customer service was appalling. I know that losing my business has no impact on you but I suggest that you review your staff and fill it with people who actually want to help customers rather than berate us for trying to get correct information.As a side note I saw that you use rims/wheels to hold up the cars in the yard, Id suggest getting something safer set up, you never know when something could crack and cause an injury.

Cherry pick is good 95% of the time,,,proces are good most of the time. Only time its a good is when I dont bring propper tools. Thats my fault..

Fast friendly service. Rates for selling a car were competitive and fair. They made the whole process pretty easy. Having never done this before they were very patient and informative. If recommend them for sure.

Great junk yard. Wide variety of cars with reasonable prices for parts. Sold a car to them really easy for a good price. A lot of broken glass and sharp parts on the ground (its a junk yard, what do you expect?). Bring your own tools, no torching out parts.

Cashier lady was a bit snooty, big fella running the show and keeping yard stocked with all the stuff we search for was as pleasant as could be. Great salvage yard and prices better than fair.

Also they will come and lift the car up and put on rims so you can get to any part you need. Only down fall is it can get vary muddy at times. Dress for it

It’s a real bummer that Juan is gone. One of the office workers is very helpful and knows what is in the yard. The other one has about as much personality as a clump of dirt. I called to ask if a vehicle that recently came in ( and I can count with one 1 finger how many of these particular vehicles are in the yard, and said employee new exactly which vehicle it was) still had the trunk lid on it. A customer of mine needed this very trunk and I was especially hoping to get the knowledgeable girl on the phone that day. Unfortunately I got the clump-of-dirt girl. I asked twice in very clear terms if that trunk was still on the vehicle, and instead of attempting to answer my question like a rational human primate, her response both times was, « we inventory the vehicles we don’t inventory parts ».The vehicle I was asking about had only been in the yard no more than 4 days. This employee makes her way through the yard in her line of daily work. She didn’t even try to help with what I was asking. I think some people just enjoy being terrible.

Any established business that is cash only always raises red flags in my eyes, not to mention the massive inconvenience that is carrying $200 cash around a junkyard while trying to pull suspension parts off of a rusty, muddy truck.Prices seem reasonable, though not great. Cheaper than buying new from a local auto parts store, but there are probably cheaper junk yards (and ones with a better selection).However, everything is very well organized and there are lots of wheel barrels for you to use to help carry your parts around. In typical junk yard fashion, the yard is basically a muddy nightmare, so if you have to be on the ground Id bring some towels or rugs to knee/lay on.

I would give them 5 stars if they werent cash-only. All in all tho, a great place to find salvage parts. Pretty organized, but wear your boots if its been raining!

If I could give them 0 stars I would! I called this morning (7/27/19) to see if they had our car 2002 Chrysler 300m and if they had the fans. They told me yes. So my wife and i traveled from across town and got there and walked around the whole yard and they DIDNT have the car or part! We go back to the window for out 2 dollars back and she tells us its not refundable even if they didnt have the car or part! There was no sign that said it wasnt refundable! If you go to this place absolutely make sure they have the car and or part before you pay or you will waste money and gas! Terrible place, liars and cheats!
