Best service and it was nice to get a honest opinion! I could have had a water pump installed last week with a big name repair shop! It would have been a waste of 900.00 right before Christmas. The guys at Rads took the time to check the water pump and come to find out the water pump was fine. Unfortunately it was a little more severe. Now I will be able to put that money towards a new vehicle. Thank you for your guidance, it is greatly appreciated. The tow was a surprise, it topped off this experience with an extra smile.

Well I paid 540 something dollars for them just a drain the fluid out of the radiator instead of flush it and put antifreeze back in it they put a turn signal switch in my steering column and left the screws out saying that the screws were out when I bought the truck at the factory and I know they werent out were at the car lot when it first came out I should say what did they do right put the turn signal switch in they said they were going to fix a short for me and they never fix nothing they deleted all the codes and they said they fixed the show I was no short d

Took my car in for engine repair. dropped it off monday morning and didnt get it back till thursday afternoon when they said it would be done in two days. run down place. also, when i finally picked my car up... side view mirror was gone!!!! idk what happened... also... the guy forgot to put the gas gasket back on so gas was spraying all over my engine. had to take it back... then found out my radiator fluid was dripping because he didnt put the hose back on. also, said they would give me a coolant flush but never did, did a horrible job. do not go here!
