Spent $850 and they had my car all day and the TPS light came back on 10 minutes after I left there. This is my third day here. Customers beware. They messed up my other car about 3 years ago when they installed wheels from Tirerack. I thought I could give them a second chance. Some things never change. Ill drive farther to Belle Tire next time I need brake work.

Nice people and good service but wait was long

Went here for a checkup on my car to diagnose a sound. They didnt take off the wheels or do the bounce test to check the shocks. They said my rear struts were bad and offered to replace them with Monroe struts for about 750-800 bucks. I didnt get it done thankfully, as I remembered mini coopers DONT have rear struts. We have rear shocks, and I had my grandfather who was a master mechanic for Ford come over and look at it. It passed the bounce test easily. eventually i bought new tires at the Belle tire on secor (great experience there, I would go there again!) and that resolved the issue. I wouldnt trust this place to tighten a lug nut on my car, after almost paying a grand for that, and several other necessary repairs. The service person also didnt let me discuss anything and kept interrupting me as I spoke, trying to discuss issues, and things about my car.

They took great care of both of my vehicles and were completely upfront with their estimates. I would highly recommend!

Had oil changed and engine cooling fan replaced in a 5.7 V8 Dodge Ram. Wondered why the engine seemed to be running hard and smelled of burning metal and oil. Checked oil levels to find out that the amount of oil that it was filled with was equivalent to the amount a 4.7 V8 would need.Very unfortunate and a simple mistake as most of the work here performed previously was excellentAt the end of the day, the damage is done.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE, THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. Do not take your vehicle here even for an oil change. They forgot to put the bolts on the skid plate when I took it there for an oil change and my skid plate skidded on the Highway. When I took it back to fix the issue they stripped the bolts and now other places can’t change my oil. Horrendous service, and I’ve heard from at least 3 other people they have done the same with their skid plates.

They were honest and charged me less because they could not fix the air conditioner without me having to pay $2,100

Stunned to find out my car takes an oil that cost twice as much as what I am used to but I got a small discount.

Because they get the job done and Ill be very satisfied with no problems on my car

I wish I could pick 0 stars I went in for only an oil change when they told me they took my tires off for no reason and couldn’t get them back on right but it should do. I leave and not even 2 miles from there my tire fell off my car causing more damages

I went in for a oil change they noticed I was missing a lug nut so they took my tire off and fixed it. I drive home and my tire completely falls off! Causing extra damage to my car.

Midas scamed me out my money and never fixed my car gave my car back to me with check engine light still on after holding my car hostage who would want to pay for a car with the check engine light still on 1500$$

I sometimes have a big issue with oil change places loafing around and taking long for a simple oil change. Midas always takes good care of my car. While it did take a while for my car to get in after setting up an appointment, we just had bad flooding and post labor day business so I wasnt fussed. The reception guy was great and the interior is amazing with 2 TVs and nice air conditioning.

I stop up there because I had some questions about some issues I was having and the guy at the counter was rude and sarcastic so I just took my money else where

Just had my car repaired after it had been flooded a bit. It was making a lot of noise from exhaust and these guys have fixed it very nicely and comparatively in a reasonable price. And both of them were very friendly and polite. Good Job!

Service was great, prices lower than my dealer. Had fluids flushed and AC replaced.

So far service has been good. But the labor cost is very high, far beyond reach for students. I dont visit there anymore. Their coupons works well till $300. But if you ever have repair beyond $1000, its better to visit a delaer.

Saturday morning on my Jeep was making a strange metallic grinding sound. As it turns out my front drive shaft was worn out. However in Toledo most auto repair shops are closed on Saturdays, or theyre booked and wouldnt be able to look at your vehicle until Monday at best. I was so grateful that Midas was open on that Saturday morning and was able to even look at my Jeep. The crew at the Monroe St. Midas was kind, courteous and professional. The intake technician explained clearly to me what the trouble was with my Jeep, the tech who shuttled me to and from work was incredible.I am impressed with how quickly the team was able to fix my Jeep.Kudos to the Midas Crew.

Didn’t wait too long and was helped right away. Made very aware with the problems of my vehicle even though I was only in for an oil change. I figured they would try to give me a list of needed repairs but I had my car inspected before and there was no issues other than needing new tires. My car has very few miles for it being 10 years old so some of the “needed” items weren’t needed. I knows it’s their job to up-sell but a $30 oil change shouldn’t have turned into an $800 estimate repair fix. Service was still great but don’t fall for the usual “urgent repairs needed” by your mechanic unless it’s actually urgent.

Matt and Corey are life savers!!! My car was towed there at 5:30pm.They closed at 6. My car key was jammed in my car door. I’m from across the state and needed to get home. They made sure to get my key free to get me home! Excellent service guys!!

They couldn’t service my car because they couldn’t find a part for my 2018. I took my car elsewhere and immediately they got the part I needed.

Bring your own coffee and a good book, typical wait is quite long even for an oil change. Stqff is friendly and helpful to answer questions.

I give 3 stars because the assistant manager Corey is a honest guy and he did a great job on my truck but the manager there is terrible. He is rude to customers and tells you to leave vehicle there when he knows that they have appointments for the rest of the day and they wont have time till the next day. And I think hes racist as well. he turned down a afican American while I was waiting and then charged another African American $75 for an oil change. Something needs to be done about this rude, racist, bald headed Mr. Clean looking dude

My a/c was not working so when my boyfriend and I tried to recharge it, we started hearing this loud clicking noise. We took it to Midas on Monroe Street and Todd hooked me up. He dropped what he was doing and fixed it for me. It was my birthday weekend so the customer service definitely made it a great birthday weekend :) eill forever take my auto repairs to Tod at Midas on Monroe Street.

Do not waste the time or money going to Midas, especially not the one on Monroe St. in Toledo!! My husband took his car in and they told him they could fix his AC and do an oil change for $130. They then tried to charge him for a bunch of other stuff once he went to pay, including windshied wipers that were just replaced a couple of months ago... And they didn’t fix the AC. Instead they said something else was wrong with it than what they originally thought so we got charged the $130 and received an invoice for approximately $1,700 for if we decide we want them to fix it. Absolutely not! All they do is try to scam you!!

A couple months after a routine oil change at this Midas another repair shop noticed the drain plug was put in unevenly where the treads did not match up. This now caused oil pan damage. I brought it back to Midas and they claimed they said the technical said the plug was rough getting out. There is absolutely no mention of this on the written comments, it was just on the computer. They also claimed they did not understand what the other repair shop meant when it was written and highlighted drain plug cross threaded in pan. After the oil change they tried to sell several hundred dollars in other services, but never a drain plug!!! There are plenty of other oil change places in the area that taking a chance at this place is simply just not worth the risk.

I have a Ford Windstar that suddenly had lights issues. The license plates lights stopped working so I changed them, still didnt work. But I wasnt worried too much about it. A couple of days later, my turn signal and brake light stopped working. Fuses were changed but they kept popping intermittently. Finally, at wits end, I had Randy from your shop look it over. He tried several things and then had an aha moment...he found that the jack mounted in the rear wall was loose and so when we would go over bumps it was cutting into the wires. He found the cut wires and fixed them. Now everything works perfectly. This gentleman is a true professional in his manner and his love at what he does. He was nearly as excited as I was when he found the issue. Because he knew that finding it meant it could be fixed. He was fast, polite and sincere. He didnt try pushing things on me that werent needed, but made suggestions for the near future that I will certainly take him up on. He has made me a customer for life. As long as you continue to employee people like this guy, your store will remain successful. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. And thank YOU, Randy.

Very quick service! A/C stopped blowing while on our trip back home to Louisiana, and they took us right away. Price line was ok. $236 for blower replacement and labor. Normally a blower for my vehicle is $50 at AutoZone.

DO NOT GO HERE! I came in to get my break light switch worked on and barely .ade it down the street before the car damn near stalled. The only good thing is they fixed thier mistake. Mike at the front did fix it free of charge.

Would give zero stars. Brought my car in for an oil change and they tried to sell me a bunch of extra stuff. Typical. BUT I find out months later when my car starts making a rattling noise that they messed something up in a STANDARD OIL CHANGE so that now it’s a 2-3 hundred dollar fix! Midas tried to tell me it was my fault because they wrote a note that the thread was “rough going in”...though that is not on my papers and was not communicated to me. They broke my car probably thinking that I’d come back to them to fix it but no. I will not hand another cent over to Midas ever again.Taking it to Tireman up the street, really helpful and reasonable, highly recommend.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO MIDAS IN TOLEDO ON MONROE STREET!!!!!! This would be my SECOND time taking my car here, and when it is returned my lug nuts on my tires are completely loose. Hanging on by a thread!!!!! I just had to pull over on the side of 75 at 4 in the morning just to tighten them myself!!! And to my amazement when I touched them they literally were so loose they just fell off in my hand! Less than a mile more I would have lost my tire and the accident could have been deadly!!!!!! This place is deliberately putting peoples lives at risk. Mine twice, and a few friends have had the SAME issue. I will NEVER go back.

Over two hours for an oil change and they told me I needed to rebalance my tires that arent even 8 months old and just got rebalanced 6 months ago by them. Theyre super nice, but insufferably slow and very likely scamming for more money. Dont trust these guys.

I was looking at a used truck that i was about to buy. I decided to take it to midas and they saved me thousands of dollars for only $30. I took it in for a used car inpection and they drove it and inspected it and gave me an estimate to fix it and it was gonna be around $3000. Great customer service and quick, quality work. If I need another inispection i know where i am going.
