Oil change and tire rotation were routine. I had made an appointment and arrived on time but service took an hour and a half. This was a bit longer than I expected but service was top notch, as always. I have never had a problem with any service performed by Alexis Tireman. I suspect many feel the same way As I have never seen them so busy. My advice would be to make an appointment and then leave the car to pick up later. In the case of your car, excellent service is worth the wait. Thanks!

I was visiting from out of town and had an issue with my van. I called and Jake walked me through what it could be and asked me to bring it in. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly, a broken belt in the tire. In less than an hour, they had me on my way with a new tire and a renewed sense of security to drive the 500 miles home. Jake and Elliott were very knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you so much for your help, guys. I wish there were more people like you in the world.

The W.Alexis Tireman is just really easy to get the job done. I’m always told it’s easier to just do it yourself but honestly, they are so convenient. I call, drop it off, and then they will call back with an estimate before doing anything to it so I can have the option of opting out of anything I don’t want. Their labor costs seem below average for OH and I’ve never had any issues. They explain the part warranty as well and seem transparent with information. If you want it done right and fast, this place is it. Four stars because parking/ exiting there is stressful.

They have fixed alot of my problems with my vehicle. Cant complain, they fully make a woman like myself fully understand what are my issues and fix them. So Ill give them there stars for good work on my vehicle.

ANY TIME I need new tires, I go to Tireman. They have always has the better deals on tires (I am on my 3rd car that needed new tires) They ALWAYS treat me with respect & get me in & out AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! ALWAYS FRIENDLY & HELPFUL!!!! This day, I had a flat tire when I got off work. put air in & quickly went right there (Tireman on Alexis) I arrived about 4pm on a Friday & they were SLAMMED. I has no problem leaving my car overnight and wait until they could get it done Saturday. by 2pm, they called to say they were done. Gave me a rum down of another issue they found and brought to my attention (did NOT pressure me into fixing it right then & there) But they have a customer for life, with me! As a woman, I am always nervous going somewhere for car/tire issues, Tireman has NEVER attempted to take advantage bc I am a woman!!!!

Had an 8 am appointment to have 4 tires installed said it would be done around 10am or 11, they finished at 5 pm! My wife waited half the day! Never again! The tires were allready purchased and in the trunk? Totally unexceptable! You lost a goid customer!

My experience was great. The front desk guys were friendly, they allowed me to use a few discounts I had and my wait was only 45 minutes rather than the hour they anticipated. Highly recommend!

The service was great. I called and made an appointment for tire rotation the serviceman that answered was pleasant and accommodating. He instructed me to come a couple minutes earlier to check in. When i arrived there were 6 customers ahead of me but as told the doors opened at 730am and my appointment would be at 8am. At 8am i saw the serviceman working as a team to assist customers. One by one our vehicles were being serviced and we were back on the road in the alloted time giving. I was so impressed with the Alexis store, their manager and serviceman that i delivered lunch to show my appreciation. Thank you so much for the great customer service!!

Appreciate them putting air in my tires, but they didnt check to see what the correct pressure was prior to filling and ended up putting the wrong amount and didnt correct it.

We really like bringing our vehicles to you for service and its usually in a timely manner. The only issue we had this time was that we dropped off our car for a basic oil change yesterday at 7:45a and was told it would be finished by around 9:30a. At 11:30, we called to check in because we hadnt heard anything and they said it was getting ready to pull into the bay. We didnt get the car back until after 2p.

Horrible! Never would recommend them! Went in to get my right rear wheel bearing fixed he told me nothing was wrong with it but told me there was several things wrong.. I told him is the right wheel bearing fine he said yes he then gets all this other stuff done for large amount…just to tell me the right wheel bearing needs fixed…why didn’t you check the right wheel bearing out in the 1st place just as I told you! But since I’m a female and don’t know anything about cars he certainly took advantage of it

My experience with Tireman on Alexis was awesome. I was quoted a price on a set of tires that didnt change after I was scheduled and the amount of time it took them to complete the job was reasonable. I will continue to give them my business. Thanks to Steve and the rest of the crew.

The most substandard place to go for any repairs. Please be aware of a guy name Matt. He is the most cunning of all employees. He is an extreme manipulator and liar. Customer service is trash and the facility is filthy. You dont get the quality of work for what they charge.

Dropped of my truck for tires and alignment at 9:30am. They call at 4:30, tires done no alignment, need ball joints. I say keep it over night and do it. Following day at 5:00 pm, I call to verify my truck will be finished by 6pm, as they promised, they say no, we need it another day! A third day for ball joints and alignment? I could understand how expensive they are, if they could keep their word and perform in a timely manner, but they cant.

Dropped of first thing in the morning was told repairs would be made by end of business waited all day just because they were close to the house then they tell me after its to late to go any place else that they dont want to fix it. Place has really gone down hill sense the last manager has left definitely do not have the same strong customer relations they use to .Second bad experience and the last.

Theyre always so fast and on top of things when I go and very helpful if I have any questions or concerns and they are beneficial.

Time would not permit me to Mount 2 brand new tires on 2 rims. I dropped them off at Tireman on Alexis Rd near Telegraph at 8 a.m. and ask them if they could be done today and explain to him that I absolutely need them by 2 p.m.. I was told that they were very busy but they would see what they could do. I work in a very stressful and very busy industry myself so I completely understand that. I only expected the truth. I asked the gentleman to give me a call by noon if they were not able to do it. I received a call at 11:40 a.m. explaining that my tires had been mounted and balanced with new stems and were ready for pick up.Thank you Tireman employees for keeping my truck on the road so i can run my business without a snag. It takes real people who want to go to work to do what you do.

Great! They are always busy. If you can get there as soon as they open, you should. I usually drop mine of the night before. Had to get a new tire. Was surprised to see the tech even tuck my donut back nice in neat were it belongs.

I was going on a road trip and decided to get new tires before I left. I was told it takes about an hour, it took 5 hours. They did knock $50 off my total so I was okay with that. I picked up my car and left for a 4 hour drive up north. Shortly after arriving at my destination I noticed my front passenger tire was low. By night, it was flat. It was memorial day weekend and there was not a Tireman nearby so I had to go to Bell Tire. The new tire I just bought had a pinhole in the side wall so I had to buy another new tire. Tuesday morning when I got back in town I took my receipt to Tireman and at first was told there was nothing they could do, maybe a few free oil changes. The manager came out and said they could submit my receipts to corporate to see what they can do. It could take three weeks. At the very least I should get reimbursed for the new tire I had to buy. Very unsatisfied with the service.

My experience was good. I needed new tires on my car and the gentleman was very helpful. The price was extremely good and when I told him I needed to leave for work by 1 oclock he assured me he would have it done. At 12:30 I received a call that it was finished and I could pick up. Thank you for your prompt service.

We came in as an Emergency with a flat tire. They told us we would be next, which we greatly appreciated. It took total of about an hour from start to finish and the price was reasonable. We will do business there again.

Busted 2 lug bolts while changing tires refused to fix their mistake because it was almost quiting time, was supposed to change the worst 4 out of 5 tires leaving the best as a spare instead left thre blown tire, rude customer service dont use them on a Saturday even with an appointment. Charged more then quoted price at time of appointment

Just dropped off some tires that I was cleaning out of my garage I was very happy they took them only cost me 2.50 each. I like shopping there theyre very helpful.

For the first time very disappointed in Tireman. Charged me $160 for a blower motor resistor. I’ve replaced this 3 or 4 times myself. It’s a $25 part and it takes 10-15 minutes to replace. I actually just went in for a oil change and tire rotation and I knew the resistor was bad. I’m so busy at work I thought I’d just let them do it since I’m leaving town in a couple days. This is ridiculous. I’ve bought a lot of tires and given a lot of business to Tireman. This is a complete rip off.Paul Newsome

I put my car in the shop because it had a bad pull when I would hit the brakes. They replaced the upper control arm, they test drove it before releasing the car to me but they were not completely satisfied so they took it back into the shop and replaced the same part again and then it drove to their standards. Thank you everyone at Tireman. Your very appreciated.

Rushed through the job and missed a leaking valve despite putting four new tires on. Didnt replace tire valves which is standard practice. They kept my car overnight and the work was done later than they said but accused me of having time constraints. After three trips there the assistant manager did try very hard to make things right.

Well I took my truck in because I had a slow leak in a tire. As they was fixing it they told me that my truck was making a noise so I took my truck in and they ordered the part after they took my truck apart and the part come to find out was on back order so they kept my truck for 2weeks on a 5 hour job and left me no other choice than to get it fix that cost me twice as much and all they said was Sorry

I went there for an alignment on my 03 Durango, after it sat there a whole day, they call me and tell me that my outer tie rod ends were on the wrong sides, so they went ahead and swapped them, then they couldnt perform the alignment because the camber bolts on the upper control arm wouldnt budge for some reason, mind you Ive had lots of new parts installed including outer tie rods, with that being said, they wanted an additional 288 for them to finish the repair, I took my vehicle back without the extra work. And they stole my 8 ball valve caps.

I was traveling on the Interstate from Detroit to Bama, and noticed a weird sound scraping from the bottom of my car. Pulled over and saw a heat shield had came apart on one side and was dragging. I found Tireman Auto, the nearest repair shop and waited 30 minutes for them to open. They were able to remove it and get me back on the road. These gentlemen wrote it up as a courtesy check, since it didn’t take long, and sent me on my way. I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name but I offered to at least pay maybe like half an hour labor for their time. He assured me it was not necessary and simply said, “Just remembers us for next time”! I surely will. If I’m in the area again and need assistance, they will definitely get my business.

Used their online schedular(6/2/21) to schedule oil change on 6/4/21 @ 9:30am. They supposedly had numerous times available that day, Saturday etcetera.Received call from them 36 hours later, less then 24 from appointment. That it seems they already had that time scheduled for another. But had opening Monday morning...so I could either take that time or come in as walk in and wait for however long it took.Like, this is my fault and my problem to deal with, didnt even offer an apology, some explanation as to how this happened or couple bucks off of oil change for inconvenience to me.I have a tight schedule, hence reason I scheduled an appointment. So appears they over booking times and/or picking more expensive repairs to give first opportunities....obviously not concerned about the consumer,,,so be careful with what you authorize them to repair. You dont really matter,

Would have given no stars if an option.. Had a vehicle repaired only to have same issue later that day. Called and asked how confident that was the issue and manager went off saying they was an honest shop and never put parts on that wasnt needed. Never implied that but was going to ask what other thoughts they would have and when could I get it in to get it fixed. Manager was a douchebag so I took it to Perrysburg location. Very nice employees and they checked the vehicle over only to find a bad part that was put on at Alexis and they changed it as a warranty replacement. Problem solved.

I will NEVER bring my car back to this shop! I brought my car in to looked at! They told me my brakes needed done, upon hearing it was going to cost me 1,345 dollars I obviously wanted to find anybody else. They told me I needed to pay them half for them to get started. So i found someone else to do it. When I went to get my car I was informed they already started working on my car even though I never brought them a dime and was now stuck with the financial blow from them! I will never go back or recommend this place to anyone I know!

As per usual, fantastic service and professional people. I dealt with Chris this time and let me tell you something, he did not try and upsell me a dream. He only fixed what was needed, and that to me makes a great honest salesman.

They never update you on what’s going on. They’ll quote a time frame, not complete the job in time & wont even let you know. Service is terrible, management is poor, they’re always “overwhelmed” even if you make an appointment 24hrs+ in advance. They make mistakes & offer no compensation or incentive to come back despite their own error. Save your time & money & pick a different shop. Place should close or be completely revamped w/ all new employees & management. Piss poor service over many years. My last visit was my VERY LAST visit.

The guy worked on my car did a good job. But 2 hrs turned into 3hrs he did a lot of talking and was on his phone. So a 2 hr job which ended up being 3 made me late for work.

Everything was mostly good but I had on my list to do bulbs for my headlights. Elliot called me and explained that they put new bulbs in but when I got home my lights are not working I dont know if they even put new ones in

I had my truck towed to Tireman on a Sunday afternoon. On Monday they told me that they didnt have my tire in stock and that they could get it from their Bowling Green store, but it would not arrive in time to get it done Monday. So I got a ride to Bowling Green to pick up the tire. When I got back with the tire, they mounted it on the rim, but wouldnt put it on my truck. I struggled and couldnt get the lugs off, that THEY had put on after inspecting my rim. I had to call for roadside assistance, and pay an additional $90 to help me get the tire changed. I was sitting in the Tireman parking lot and they wouldnt help.

I’ve done a lot of business at Tireman on Alexis road and they have been very good to me. I recommend others to get work done there.

I absolutely love the staff at Tireman on Alexis (Matt and Chris always take care of me). As a woman I have been lied to, cheated out of money and quite frankly taken advantage of by some major automotive service companies. About 4 months ago, my rear brakes were squeaking loud and I took my car to another company because I thought my warranty was with them and the employee stated I had over $800 in repairs. OMG!! Tears came to my eyes. I called Tireman to double check if my warranty was with there company and it was thank You Lord!I took my car to Tireman, they assessed the situation and guess what? ALL I NEEDED WAS BRAKE PADS!!!!!!! Cost 0.00 because I had a warranty!!!! I was overjoyed and thankful that they were honest and took care of me!Thank You Tireman Staff!Sincerely,LaTarsha

The quality of work performed was great. The amount of time was excessive. Had a 10am appointment for 2 tires and wasn’t done until 3pm. Told at drop off I needed it done by 2pm. When picking up my car 1 service advisor was on the phone and it took 15-20 before anyone else acknowledged I was there even tho they were in the service mangers office. I will probably use this location again but next time I’ll wait so I’m in their face not drop it off. Didn’t seem like I was a priority and not the first time I experienced this.

I had an 11:00 appointment at Tire Man, and even though they were very busy, they got my car in quickly . Everyone was very helpful, very professional, and honest. I would completely recommend this Tireman for any one looking for tires.

They are very nice there and very reasonably priced. But Ive been there 4 times now. It does not matter if you make an appointment, if youre the first appointment of the day, or what youre having done.... You WILL NOT be out of there on under 2 hours, even if they are not busy. Youll need to take the day off of work of you have no ride.

It takes hours to get in if you dont have a appointment. Recommend they hire some more Techs and the customer comes with a phone charger. If you have an appointment I can only hope it goes better.
