Dont go to this place unless you want to pay twice to get work done! I went there last year to get a sensor installed. The car wouldnt turn over. So I took it to ATL for that and an oil change. Took it home. The next day, that car wouldnt start. So then they told me to bring it back...I did...they said I had to get my computer reset on my engine....had to go to the Nissan dealership...they said that ATL didnt install it right...Had to repay for services. Fast forward to yesterday. I needed my front headlight done. I said to myself theres no way ATL could mess that up. Its just a headlight. So I go to ATL at nine am to get it installed. Come 9 at night, I turn on the lights...yep...same headlight still broken. What did I just pay for? That place is a true waste of space. I dont know how they are still in business. I called the owner to complain. He told me to bring the car back. Heck no. Just no. I also told him that when they installed the sensor last year, that the person who changed my oil typed that I needed a oil change at 580,000 on the sticker. They are just careless.

While I havent personally been to ATL, it was recommended to me by a trusted source when my son experienced transmission problems and I gotta tell you, Bob delivered such care, patience, and a willingness to help my son that he obtained a future customer with out even trying. To experience this level of customer service was refreshing and I left the conversation feeling confident that this was someone who takes pride in his work and stands on sound morals when it comes to business!!

ATL is the only place I want to take my car in Toledo. They are quick and professional and their prices are fair and make sense. I needed my “B” service done for 200k miles on my Honda Accord, a Honda dealership quoted me $1,100 and ATL did it for less than half of that.

Beware!!! Dropped car off on Friday, and was told that my vehicle would be ready on Monday. Instead was given the constant runaround with the pricing of a throttle body. No communication on the part of the owner. I had to communicate with the shop daily, and then when I received the vehicle, the car was still in a non-operating condition. They chose to drive my vehicle on the highway, even though the check engine and EPC indicator lights were still on. When contacting the owner, he decided to essentially blame me for the lack of communication, while taking no accountability for his lack of communication. He stated, This car has been frustrating me since the beginning. This is the epitome of the stereotypical shady auto shop. No transparency, no communication, just an arbitrary price point that shifted daily. But HORRAY!!! They gave me a ride home. Shout out to exemplary customer service. I will be taking my business elsewhere tomorrow.Once again... BEWARE!!!!!!

The manger that works the walk-in front desk with the radio dj voice is absolutely amazing. They do good work as well and tell you whats all wrong with your car so you will know what to get fixed next visit. Great shop!

Genuinely nice guys there. They care about their customers and their work and wont give you the run around about your vehicle or the cost. We rented a U haul from there and ended up coming back as customers for our vehicles. Great customer service with a warm welcome and warm smiles!

Competitive prices with great service! I took my car in for a routine oil change and encountered friendly and professional service staff with knowledgeable techs. They care about the customers and focus on the vehicles drivability and safety, they also make fair recommendations for continued maintenance and repair. I didn’t know I needed a tire rod replaced, as I had already had that done the previous year, but the service manager brought me into the shop and with the tech showed me what was wrong and explained it in a way I could easily understand and see for myself. Highly recommend ATL Total Car Care!

Went in to get an oil change for a comparable price that a competitor was running. Was told they could do it for 19.90 plus tax and disposal. Desk clerk called me twice while it was being done to tell me other things that need to be done and how much he would be able to do them for but never once told me about the extra charges for a more expensive oil filter that they had to use and an extra quart of oil that had to be used. When I picked up my car I found I was billed for these extras which brought my total to 31 dollars and change. A far cry from the price I expected to pay. Very unprofessional to do this when attempting to price match someone that has a 17.76 special.

My name is Christian garoutte I recently had my 97 Acura Integra in there to get rotors brakes and calipers I got to pick up my car they couldnt get the back calipers so they said the front calipers are new and brakes and rotors and they charged me over $600 I am a hundred miles away from Memphis but my brakes went out in Nashville I have no stopping power there is pliers crammed onto my brake lines in the back I guess to prevent the back calipers to work or not but for calipers and brakes and rotors for the front I think $600 should have made me to Memphis but I dont know I just have bad reviews on yeah there they were nice talking but its its kind of messed up that I could ever get my brakes properly done spent over $600 I think it was a refund part of my money back for this

Just had my brakes and muffler replaced by an ASE certified mechanic but did not get charged the dealership price!!! Highly recommend this shop.
