We recently visited this location on 3/31/17, traveling through the area and had a blow out on one of our tires. Barney and the technician Josh that were still there, were more then generous and helped us out in a tremendous way when we were in a bind. They went above and beyond to get us taken care of with a new tire, and back on the road very quickly. They were both very friendly and their customer service was excellent!

Service people were friendly and honest. Use to do tire work YEARS ago, so I was watching carefully. Prices were better than average. Waiting room could use a good cleaning.

I just had my oil changed at Yark Jeep and they broke the gasket, all of my oil leaked out all over my car! All over my driveway! Terrible Service!I found this out at 550 pm, 10 minutes before Michel Tires Plus closed. The two gentleman working could not have been nicer or taken better care of me! They told me I only had 1/3 the radiator fluid in my truck. Charged me almost 25.00 to top it off. The next morning I over heated. Took it back to them. Was told its over a 3 hour wait to get my truck in! Took it to Monroe tires they check the radiator fluid and showed me it was only good down to 20 degrees! Really, tires plus ripped me off and could of crack my engine block! Shady mechanics

The people are nice and really try and get you in and out! This is the only place I go too for oil changes! The dealership are crazy with their prices for the same thing! And they have your records if something goes wrong with your warranty! I had my engine go out and Chrysler didnt want to replace it because they was saying it was my fault and I went and got all my records from my oil changes because I didnt come to them for my oil changes. So I went and got my records and they replaced my engine!

Been buying multiple sets of tires here for years. Asked about a recall for latest set of tires where I bought a set for both vehicles- employee and manager on duty seemed suspicious that I was trying to squeeze a new set of tires out of them. They said that they would look into the recall that apparently expired and call me back. One month later and no call back. I of course am writing off these tires which they said were worn out before the guaranteed mileage.Never again after almost 20 years.

Great Service at this location. I always have a busy schedule to follow and coming in the get my vehicle worked on at this location seems to always be a breeze. Im given trust worthy advise about my vehicle and am not talked to with a bunch on technical jargon or like Im dumb, and never feel pressured into a sale.

I trust Dane and his staff implicitly. They are very knowledgeable both in theory and practice, and explain things without condescension for those of us non-mechanical people. I have gone to them for several years, and will continue to do so.

Dishonest sales people. They will tell you that you need a repair for a part that is completely fine and they are very inconsistent with the courtesy checks they do. One time they will tell you that you need a new belt, shocks, etc. The next time they will tell you its completely fine.

Honest business people. They do good work. They might negotiate the price. Ask!

I came to get my oil changed and my car wouldnt start my plugs and wires went bad bt these two men went above and beyond to help me stay calm and figure out the problem and they let my car stay over night Ali and his employee went out of there way better service than I could have wished for

Good service though they upsell and try to get you to fix things that dont necessarily need fixing. Rates are not that bad but I would not recommend them if you arent familiar with car repair and can identify a bogus repair or upsell.

It was terrible.Got there at 7am to get tires checked out that I bought from them about 4 yrs ago.Couple had dry rot and all were leaking air.I was the second customer in but last one to get my car repaired.Was late for work when all I had them to do was repair the tires,because I didnt trust getting any more tires from them,especially after having these kinds of problems in such a short time.I had been putting air in all four tires about 2-4 years after I bought them.

I had a flat tire took it up there and told them I would pick it up later because I had to be to work at 11. They told me I could wait it wouldnt take long. They had me fixed up in no time and I wasnt late for work.
