Do not buy anything from this store. They wouldnt warranty a bad cell. Then at the end of it said they wouldnt warranty a cell with a date code of 2016. They sold it to me. I purchased 2 cells June of 2020 and 2 cells in April of 2021 so they are selling 4 year old stock. The manager then told me to get my batteries and leave his store. UNBELIEVABLE !!!!!!

Needed a new battery for remote control for garage door opener. Was not familiar with this particular battery type. Went BPB, young man who helped me was impressively thorough, and so helpful, I found myself buying and extra set. He tested my battery to see if it was useful, ( which it was not), then offered to recycle it and invited me to bring in any more, if I had some, and they would be happy to test them for usability for free. I left feeling quite satisfied.

Ordered two U1-350 for a new generator install. Got pickup availability confirmation within an hour and it took five minutes to pickup the batteries. They even loaded them in the car for me.

Older guy at counter was knowledgeable,gave me a hard sales talk, telling me that his $259 quote for a programmed car key fob was the way to go. He printed out the quote, I shopped around.Upon calling around, a locksmith did that for $92 . The new fob works great ! Thats quite a price difference . Shop around .

Used to go here only if a nearby client needed a UPS battery since they just have the one store - now I go much more often since the competition no longer rebuilds UPS batteries. Batteries Plus still does and they do it with a smile. Im always greeted there.

Brought in a watch for battery replacement, clerk ended up scratching the back and crystal. Had to file with the Better business bureau to finally have the watch damage repaired at a jeweler. The owner was a complete condescending, smug egomaniac. Only pleasant when things were going his way. Stay clear

I broke my key fob and ordered a new one. They said they would call when their store received the key (they did) and when I went to the store to have it programmed, the process was so smooth! In and out. Definitely would go back.

On Sunday 9/28 my niece who just started this year at the University of Toledo called me in a panic because she dropped her I-Phone, I took her to the Batteries+ in Toledo (Secor Rd) at 4:30 pm (they close @ 6pm) The gentleman working was awesome, he understood how important it was to my niece to get her phone fixed and by 5:45 he had the phone repaired and in perfect condition! Most people right before closing wouldn’t want to deal with a situation like this! It was amazing to see this level of customer service!! I wish I had remembered his name but please acknowledge him!!

I went here yesterday to get my iPhones battery replaced and everyone there was super friendly and helpful!!! I made an appointment online and I got $10 off. They got the repair done very quickly and as soon as they were finished, I was notified. Next time I have problems with my phone, I am defiantly going back!!

I should’ve done my research so this is partially my fault. Two things. The batteries are overpriced. I purchased two Xtreme deep cycle batteries. AMG. Omg, I’m not talking about compared to online prices. I’m talking about shopping locally. I paid over $700 for two batteries that I couldn’t gotten for $200 less elsewhere. And, I was given a $20 rebate slip for each. I read many reviews that said, Good Luck getting your rebate check. I’ll try it anyways and see what happens. I hope the batteries last for four years.

Great honest service. Tested my old lawn mower battery to make sure it was bad. Tested the new battery I was buying from them to make sure it was good. They also do phone repair. I almost paid $250 for a new screen. Turns out it was fine, but they could have changed my screen for me and I would not have known the difference. They did put a new battery in my phone, and had it done when they said they would. I dont care if they dont have the lowest price, I will go here because I can trust them.

I picked up my battery in the Ann Arbor location on Friday and turned in my old battery but the clerk there said he could not figure out how to return the core charge and I would get a call Monday from the owner to resolve the situation. Despite my calls, still no resolution a week plus later. I want my $12.00.The owner made everything right...this was a communication issue, no intent to defraud at all. I would recommend the ultimate service again.

I ordered a key fob online for a 10% discount. The key fob is exactly the same as the factory item for a third of the cost of the factory key. The item was available at the store the next day. When at the store, the associate took care of the paperwork, cutting the key, and programming my existing key and the new one efficiently. Very happy with the experience!

Brought them an old craftsman electric screwdriver. I needed the battery replaced. I was away on a business trip. They did the replacement quick however it did not work. I was unable to test it until I got home as I only had the battery pack with me. Luckily a battery plus bulbs near my home city was able to resolve the situation. Customer service was great. Timeliness was great. And I am sure if I had known the batteryWas not working they would have fixed it. However my snapshot of their work was mediocre.

My battery died in the cold, and on a whim I went to this place. Im so glad that I did. Their price for the replacement battery was almost $50 below the other mechanics in my area, and they installed it in about 15 minutes, even though it was busy when I arrived. Staff was very friendly and helpful.Aside from good service, the store has pretty much any kind of battery and/or lightbulb you could possibly need; cameras, phones, key fobs, you name it. Excellent store, highly recommend if you find yourself in a bind like I did.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Bought a battery for a Samsung phone it lasted 7 months. They told me it was one month out of warranty and there was nothing they could do to help me. Avoid if u can. There are better places out there.

So I saw a sign saying they did key fobs and key programming. So I called them to ask if they could make one for me since I only had one key. I have called other places for pricing and what not. Other places told me since I only had the one key that, that key needed to be read and them programmed to another key. Even the dealership and other people who had the same issue said that. I call them the up say I need a key made but I only have the one key and are you still able to program it. He asked my make and model and gets of the phone and does something gets back on and starts being dumb. He asks again are you having a key make or removed to the programming. I say to him again I need a key made and programmed, then he starts getting condescending about how the programming is done which contradicts everything else Ive heard from other key makers. I felt very insulted being talked down like that. I might have been wrong but still dont need a jackass talking down to me.

I got a battery from these guys that had a 3 yr warrantee on it. It died about a yr an a half later, I dont drive it that much,took it back after 2 years and turns out they put the same battery I took into them as a core and charged it up and put it back in my truck. Ya it lasted a little while, but here is the kicker it showed me purchasing a battery 2 years ago but the claimed I was bringing back the one I bought in 2012. I have only replace a battery in a vehicle 2 times in the same vehicle, because all my other cars are leases and less that 2 years old. So what they did was sell me my old battery back to me at the cost of a new one. They clearly saw an opportunity when they tested the battery, to recharge it and install the same one, Dont get suckered by these guys.

These folks know there stuff. Very helpful, polite EEs. I had a tough one that no one else could help me with and they found exactly what I needed in short time and had them on the shelf.

Used your services twice to replace battery in phones. First time, ordered battery was bad and then when new battery showed up it was replaced and when we got home, noticed the screen was acting odd. Took it back and found problem with a contact not being made. Second time, got home and when using the phone as a phone, couldnt hear anyone. Took it back and again found they didnt get all the contact points set properly when putting it back together.

OUTSTANDING service, products and repairs. I have been going to Batteries Plus for years now for everything from remote car keys to iPhone screen repair. They have never delivered anything less than excellent, friendly service and prices below other locations in the area.

Not talking down on this company at all but expressing a point. The mobile services charge a 199 deductible for phones that you have insurance on. Why are companys charging 300 plus for cracked screens. I thought the object was to match or beat your competitors for affordable services. The more older your phone is it cost less but if you have a current year phone you will pay. Just had to vent!
