Scratch your car door and then deny responsibility. Spend $400 on tires in the past year and this is how they treat customers. Not coming back.

Tried to sell me a nearly $2,000 job that was $28 and 30 minutes about 2 minutes down the road. Can’t speak for everyone working there, but, definitely encountered dishonesty without any useful information.

Very impressive. To be met at the front door by someone with a mask inviting you in. Eric and crew got to work right away and installed four tires to get me on the road quickly.Melissa pointed out issues with the vehicle that may have caused problems down the road and called my attention to them.Caring service is hard to find nowadays and is very much appreciated. Continuing service at this location will be a pleasure.

The manager is difficult. Staff helpful otherwise. Ill go elsewhere.

I went there to get an inspection, after the inspection my car started making the noice that wasnt there before . They didnt care to let me know it would make such noice, and when I went back the guy just kept interrupting me and got all defensive, but eventually did tell me the reason its making noise is because my brakes were rusty and he rubbed them off, so it will go away in couple of days, hasnt yet. From price point, not sure about the labor but their quote on parts was 100%- 200% more than normal. I confirmed this with a nearby auto parts store. Like even for a brake fluid it was marked $20. I am going to get the issues fixed by some other mechanic but the noice they produced as a part of inspection better goes away. It seems like a fair inspection but I deserve to know if my car will make a noise after your inspection with reasoning.

I got tires oil change and wiper blades. Good price! I used drop off rather then wait. It took about 3 hours which is what they told me upfront. Nice and helpful staff!

Not crowded when I was there. They have a device charger (in the picture) but fairly short cords.Was told 1-2 hours for a wheel alignment; finished in just under 1 hour.Courteous & helpful personnel.

I’m always impressed with the customer service I receive from this location. Melissa is ALWAYS top notch! Today, I also had the pleasure of working with Ian. He was fantastic! I always listen to how other patrons are treated while I’m waiting for my vehicle and today did not disappoint. These 2 employees really took the time to thoroughly explain everything to customers while I was there. As a bonus, I received a coupon for $18 off that I didn’t realize was in circulation right now.

I moved to Toledo almost a year ago and have had several car issues, and each time Firestone has taken care of me!

I bought two tires from them less than a year ago and they kept saying how everything still covered by this and that the one tire has been going flat non-stop since then Ive been reason why I havent been able to get it done that is on me, I ran over some tar and all I asked how to remove it, they said I needed a new tire of course I have mechanic said otherwise in my mechanic was right.Forward to the other day I tried to get them to patch it they said they cant and they cant even cut me a deal even though I just bought the other a year ago and then bought another set of four for another vehicle a couple of years ago. Even with the deal I still would have been a few hundred bucks there now Im never going back because please be very accommodating about that kind of stuff even if I had to pay a little for you that would have been fine.I only give them to stars because they did take a look at it and everything for me

I brought my Subaru here because my drivers side front brake kept locking up. It took them forever to get the car to do what I was talking about. Not sure why since every time Id use the brakes just about it would happen. Any way after about 4 visits here Im left with a brand new set of rotors and calipers, and guess what the brakes still lock up. I was told the last time I came to pick up the car if it happens again take it to the dealer. Well guess what it happened again. So I paid for services that never solved my issue. Ill never go back again.

Firestone offers awesome service at reasonable prices. I went to Valvoline first and they wanted to charge me $89 for an oil change. I left Valvoline and drove over to Firestone it was getting close to closing time about 4:30. I was greeted with kindness. Brandon was awesome and pleasant. Even though it was almost closing time he stated it would be no problem for him to change my oil. Firestone only charged me around $45. Im a customer for life. Also while I was there there was a customer that was very loud very rude very aggressive belligerent and irate. Kudos to Melissa for displaying high levels of patience and professionalism when dealing with the very irrate and belligerent customer.

I just got new tires put on my Suv.. I am so thankful that they have a female employee.. being a female we tend to get ripped off.. she was very knowledgeable, helpful, and went up and beyond.. to even making sure I was able to pick up my son from work.. while she was still working on my suv. This location has always been super helpful and reasonably priced! I often do homework on my cars issues before taking it in and they usually come with a similar diagnosis to what I find...this means theyre honest and not gouging me!

Im gonna be totally honest here, the individuals who work here (at least the ones that handle customers) are very nice people. The problem I have is that the workmanship at this location is quite lacking. I do all of my own work on my vehicles and always have, so I only rely on places like this for alignments and tires. Theyre right down the street from me and I have tried a few times just out of convenience but Ive been relatively disappointed each time. Recently I performed a front end repair and went in to get an alignment afterwards just as a precaution (the car still tracked and steered perfectly straight). The technician took over an hour to perform a simple wheel alignment and when I got the car back, the wheel was crooked. The alignment was properly performed for free a few days later, but it just shows the poor workmanship of the technicians as they did not even test drive the vehicle before I received it back the first time. Additionally, my father has taken his vehicle here for brakes while Ive been away at school unable to perform the service, and the brakes have made lots of noise from the get-go. I looked into it for him and there was NO sign of any lubrication of the new caliper pins or brake hardware whatsoever as well as a missing shim on one of the pads. Again, the lack of attention to detail is astounding and I can only imagine the headaches some may have experienced with more involved repairs. The customer service at this location is terrific and they do stand behind their work and fix it if there is an issue, but issues arise MUCH more often than they should due to simple poor workmanship. I would not recommend this particular location for anything other than tires. If you want a real repair without screw-ups, I would recommend going to a NON-CHAIN SHOP like Walts Auto Repair right up the road or Hastys over on Dorr Street if you dont mind something farther from this location. If you expect quality in a repair, this is not your store.

Great place to get your vehicle serviced at. Helpful and cheery staff, trying to help, precisely on time. Great service, great help. And prices are closer to good year, but some times good year offered better discounts for me. So, check prices and service charges at both and decide for yourselves.

I was charged over $800 to have a motor for my windshield wipers replaced . I had no choice but to play because unfortunately they had my keys . Never again

Took my vehicle to the Byrne Road location and was thoroughly impressed with the customer service I received! Mel was VERY professional on the phone when I set my appointment and she made it seamless when I arrived. I’ve been to many Firestone’s in TN and OH, but this was the BEST experience to date!

I was in and out in 40 minutes with a tire repair when others either said it needed to be replaced or it was going to take a few hours to get done. The woman at the counter was fun upbeat and knowledgeable!

The last 3 months we have spent 3400 in repairs at this shop. They fixed squaling breaks only to have them continue to squeal. They then said it was the struts which was also causing a thumping noise when turning... after a week the thumping continues the breaks still squeal...now apparently its the steering column....These guys are crooks..

Not happy with the service I have been giving. They told me there were things wrong with my car that after having a second and third opinion found out that the major repairs were not needed. Dont waste your time. Go to a real mechanic shop.

Never have I encountered a facility in which they do not want to sell products...When you think Firestone, you think tires right? When you think complete auto care, you think you can have anything fixed on your vehicle...Well, they offer studdable snow tires, but they tell you that you can by the tires from them, and then they will refer you to a tire shop that can put studs in the tire for you? Well if thats the case, why dont I just buy the tires from the shop that does the studding?Next thing, my car needed a windshield, a battery and an oil change... They wont do the windshield, so again, Id have to take my vehicle to 2 septate shops...I completely understand that not all shops are going to have the tools and equipment to handle every repair... Thats why good shops do what they call sub contracting and then upcharge the repair...I literally want to give this shop money to be shop for complete auto care, and they just dont want to be bothered...

Melissa is amazing, but overall everyone that helped me was kind and got my car fixed faster than I had expected! Would definitely recommend.

This place provided the tires I wanted and mounted and balanced them fine. But I also got an oil change at the same time...they got oil all over my cars exhaust and in doing so, my car has been smoking and smelling horrible. If you provide oil changes to customers, at least clean up the spilled oil. Spray it with some brake cleaner or wipe it down.

I have had my cars fixed here for a couple years now. Ive had a couple of severe brake issues with hard to solve problems. They are always up to the task, fair, with great customer service. Problems solved. Theyre great!

They talk a big game, but when it comes time to back in their warranty, they pawn the problem off on somebody else. I’m sure it’s that smug managers doing. They pulled the old fix a problem, make a problem so you will have to come back. I went for a bad alternator and a weak battery now my truck keeps stalling and Its not the battery. I dont think Ill ever come back here unless I have no other choice. Good tired, bad mechanics.

Wont be coming back unless its warranty work to be honest. People are nice enough but theft is unethical. Even if its something little you cant take something and play dumb expecting your customer not to notice. Its disrespectful considering the sheer amount of money over the years spent never questioning their recommendations and going along with whatever needed to be done, and you cant put a price on customer loyalty which is now gone and out the window . Like said nice enough people but not only will I not recommend anyone going there I was a good employee and even after I left and brought my family here they figuratively still managed to slap me in the face by playing games.

I have to edit my review, their prices may have been outside the norm for me but they took care of my car and kept it there for a whole week until I could come get it to bring it somewhere else more in mine and my cars price range. That was honestly pretty cool of them and I appreciate the work they did.

DO NOT TRUST THIS FIRESTONE! We had a flat tire and took it here to get it changed and after refusing their four for the price of three tire deal after they continued pushing it, we had the single tire replaced. When we returned for our car and left, there was a persistent clunking noise near the front of the car that was not there before. We returned and explained that the noise wasnt present before we brought the car in, to which they replied that the noise was present when we originally brought it in and they said they could not figure out the problem or fix it. I could not believe they had the nerve to tell me that the noise was present before we brought it in when it would have been obvious if it really was. I have had good luck with other Firestones in the past but I will never return to this location and I strongly urge others to avoid it.

Terrible customer service and extremely rude. They told me I have a broken tpms after they swapped my winter tires for my spring tires today. My fiancé is a mechanic and he went to look at the sensor, it has a fresh break, it isn’t dinged up from rolling around in a rim, and my tire pressure light wasn’t on before my visit. They have been super aggressive and rude with us, particularly the service manager Eric, and told us “just because you are kicking and screaming doesn’t mean they are going to give you something for free.” Now I’m going to be out $100+ for a new sensor (that I am getting from Yark Toyota and not these yahoos.) Filed a complaint with the corporate office. I’ve been a Firestone cardholder and customer since 2008 and I am just blown away by this. I bought $800 in winter tires from them in DECEMBER. Even if they offered the repair for free I’d never go back to this location.

The guy at the counter turned me away and preferred I go to the dealership with my problem. Lol It was close to closing time but I drove over to schaads with every light on the dash board on and Bob took care of the problem.....

Had me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Had a tire replaced there and they were cheaper than most places I called including AAA and Walmart.

Eric is very unprofessional, very rude to staff and to customers including myself, other than that, its not a bad place to get vehicle work done. I wont be back till eric is gone or is more polite.
