We just purchased a 2020 Subaru Outback and couldn’t be more pleased with the excellent service we received. The service folks are typically pleasant and easy going....However, I’ve dropped my car off on five different occasions for service and the service department never seems to fix anything I asked to be fixed. I am EXTREMELY busy and do not have time to continually drop my car off for THE SAME ISSUES to be fixed. Nor should I have to pay for several failed attempts at fixing my car. Each time I inform them my car is having the exact issue I brought it in for, I get responses like “well we fixed the part you asked us to fix, maybe it’s something else”. The thing is, I never tell them a “part” I want fixed. I tell them the problem and they respond to me with a part/ service and ask if they have my permission to fix it. It’s like they never test drive or check their work after a service is complete. Now I am stuck with a car that is not able to be legally driven after my latest “service”. I’m sick of it.

Overall solid service. All team members were kind and answered all my questions, especially Glen! Was in and out with a new car within a couple hours. 100% recommend Yark!

BMW of Toledo Service met and exceeded my expectations. Kyle, my Service advisor was friendly, got me in quickly, explained the work to be done and got me into a loaner. The Certified Service Technician was outstanding and performed all service as stated and he even made a video detailing the work performed, to the point of showing me tire tread depth on each of my tires. Since I travel often, I have brought my 2013 x5 to 4 different BMW dealerships over the pass 8 years for service. BMW of Toledo’s service team is high quality and very thorough by far. John Iseler is exceptional! He’s very attentive and truly has your best interests in mind. He does not over sell and push unnecessary services on to you. I brought my X5 to the dealer to find out why my all wheel drive light was on and malfunctioning. They performed a diagnostic test ($178.00) and determined the sensors needed replacing. When I picked up the vehicle I discovered a buzzing noise I hadn’t heard before as well as the a/c unit blowing out warm air. When asked about the a/ c, I was told I would have to spend an additional $250.just to diagnose this problem and would have to schedule it at another time. After spending nearly $1,300. I declined as this already took nearly 3-4 days. My issue at this point is when I brought the car in for service I assumed they would do a full diagnostic check of the vehicle. That was apparently not the case. My Recommendation would be to perform a full diagnostic check upon receipt of any vehicleto determine what repairs are needed Then I could determine if I wanted it repaired or not. I think this dealer missed out on a $ making opportunity! Finally, I would also recommend the mechanic drive the vehicle after completing repairs to make sure it is performing at its optimal level!

Great service from our sales exec., Glen M. Also great service from our finance mgr, Mason. Great choice of BMW inventory at BMW of Toledo. Got a chance to look at all of the latest M’s etc. Bought a 2020 M340i x drive that was presented to us in Pristine shape. Drove over from Pittsburgh to get it. Glen did a great job, even if he is an Ohio State and Browns fan. Would highly recommend.

Staff was great, Brennan was extremely helpful and professional. Only thing I wish was different was the price of warranty on used cars, it’s 200 which included a bunch of things, but used cars only get one portion of that warranty for the same price.

They offer fair pricing for repairs, and the service is top notch. I drive a 2016 328i GT, and they made recommendations that make sense. I received a video of my car in the port and I appreciated that a lot. I do plan to sell my BMW soon due only to cost of repairs, however it’s fair for the amount of work required to keep the imports maintained properly.

While driving from Columbus to Michigan’s UP, I hit a freeway pothole and bent a rim. I called a nearby tire store and they said it would be a special order and a few days before I could be back on the road. Then I remembered I could check for a nearby BMW dealership and HURRAH! BMW of Toledo was 10 miles away. Phew! Everyone was so so nice to include the parts lady who found a rim and tire: Luc who signed me in and was so kind and helpful; Jeffrey who drive us to a lunch place and picked us up: and John closed us out and sent us on our way about 90 minutes later. I am so grateful everything worked out so seamlessly. It was crazy expensive because, well….it is a BMW… but many thanks to everyone who helped me out.

Kyle helped me out of a tough spot. I was driving through Toledo on business and had a flat tire late in the day. Kyle quickly found me a loaner, ordered a replacement tire and replaced my brakes that were due as well. He bent over backwards to help me in a pinch, kept me updated with the status of the repairs, had my car ready within 24 hours. I really appreciate his focus on treating customers how he would like to be treated.

Kyle and the team at Yark BMW did a great job getting my car ready for winter! The winter tires were put on and a multi point inspection was completed. My 2002 BMW 325 CI had a recall concerning my airbag. While they had it there, I ask them to look it over to make sure it was safe for my daughters to drive. KYLE, (my service writer) gave me a NEW $61,000, BMW 340 I, to drive while mine was being worked on. KYLE was very informative during the whole process. They sent me a video with the issues they had found, I was very impressed!! They had to wait on a couple of parts, and Kyle said it wouldnt be done until that following Friday. I told him I had to leave Thursday morning for Louisville Kentucky for my daughters JVA volleyball tournament and wouldnt be back until Sunday night, Kyle said have no worries, well see you when you get back. Over all, I have to say this is one of the best and maybe even the best customer service experiences I have had. THANK YOU!!! KYLE AND THE YARK BMW TEAM!!!! ......VERY VERY MUCH APPRECIATED!!!!!
