Due to traffic I arrived late but the staff was very professional, personable and took the time to explain what was done and in a timely manner.

I was able to get a car and financing so I appreciate that. They should be more upfront before signing papers that they put a tracker on the car. Thats very invasive imo. The warranty is different in that you have to take it to their shop which I dont like but went with it. Also the business is not handicap accessible at all!! Not even handrails going up the steps.

Penny was absolutely 💯 amazing. She drove out to Swanton and picked me up and was friendly and professional right from the start. There was a little hiccup and I had taken my drivers test and passed but I never went back to get my actual license. She gave me the keys to the vehicle and directions to the closest BMV and sent me there and I paid for and got my license and came back to the showroom. Within 30 minutes I was signing paperwork and driving off...and she even made sure someone met me at Speedway and filled my tank up for me. This was hands down the BEST experience I have had when purchasing a vehicle. Penny is amazing...I blew the motor out on my Jeep 1.5 years ago and havent bothered trying to get a new car until she called and made sure I stayed within my price range.

33 days to get car back( With a service agreement). One week after my car was with them, was told we are have trouble finding parts. Week 2 we ordered the parts now just wait for them to arrive. Week 3 have the parts, but need to send your care to Maumee location and we couldnt find tow. ( why was the car set to new location in week one or two). Was told my car should be ready by Friday of week 4, it was not. I call Monday 9a and was told, we just need to test drive it. I call at 3p, still not ready. Was told it would be ready before end of day and if I dont make it there by 6p ( close) the keys would be with sales. IT WAS NOT! 800.00+ in tow and rental fees. Is been almost 3 weeks and Im still waiting on $120.00 Reimbursement.( was told it should only take a couple of days. The whole time I had to call multiple times for info. More often then not, I did receive a call back. And still had to make payments. This is by far not my first unpleasant experience with this location (toledo).Including but not limited to a month or so prior to the 33day repair. Take my care in to replace the head gasted, then again a week later for the same thing.

Boyfriend and i went to try and get a vehicle and throughout the whole process justin failed to mention that there was an annual income specific limit until he pulled mine and my boyfriends credit, and he knew i was just starting a new job (hence the need for a car) and didn’t mention i needed to be there for 6 months even though i was just a co-signer. guys a scammer who’s just trying to get his commissions and doesnt actually care about the people he’s working with and took advantage of young adults trying to get started.

Waste of time, poor customer service. The whole time I was sitting there during my initial intake and giving my paperwork the sales person daughter kept coming in and interrupting and trying to have a conversation with her while Im sitting right there trying to go over my personal and case sensitive information. Man Im giving the runaround even more I brought proof that I had paid the vehicles that I was trading in off and they still wouldnt do it because it was showing on my credit as a charge of yet I had the paper proof showing that it was paid off and then they told me yes well have you in and out of here by this time I sat their in waited and waited and waited all day like I waited for them at 8 this morning to contact me because I contact the them last night only for them to call me around 2:30 and the afternoon and waste 2 hours of my times for no reason go somewhere else buy a different car elsewhere besides a lot of their vehicles have to many mileage on it and the way that they take their financing in there payment every two weeks for every paid sentencing right try elsewhere yall please try elsewhere

Was finance for $11,000 come to find out the vehicle i received was bought by JD byrider for $3,000 fair market value for said vehicle is barely $6,000 and total loanable value is $3,500. I was overcharged for this vehicle by $7995 according to my bank when I went to get a refinance for a lower payment especially with a 734 credit score I should have had paid nothing down and especially no 20% interest rate my bank quoted me $210 a month at 4% interest rate so rest assured there w for scamming peopleespecially when you say that under contract that says that you put $1,400 down when you only put $400 down and were paid $100 for your used car

I had placed a review and it somehow got deleted. Let me give you all the highlights of what I posted.I got an advertisement email from Cole. I gave him basic information and he responded he wont help since Im having 2 cars repossessed. I have no idea where he got that information from, Im behind in ONE payment. I have two cars, the other car isnt behind.Seeing all the other complaints with this company Im very surprised they havent done a census on who needs to stay and who is giving the company a bad name.I would usually suggested to run far far away from a company that treats people like this. Instead. I suggest to pretend like they dont exist. If they dont exist then they cant bother you with any inconsistencies they may want to throw your way.I would suggest Dave White Chevy for any vehicle you need. They dont make assumptions and they try to help.

Changed to 1 star because when my car broke down 8 times in 4 months they didnt want to do a damn thing to fix it.

They prey on people with bad credit heavily over price cars claiming thats for the warranty and then they use a joke of a bank who charges a huge interest rate so they can make huge profit as well. No Grace period on the loan these guys are the worst even if I hated somebody I wouldnt recommend these guys.

Ive gotten good vehicles from there and great vehicle service. The financing is really great too and they work with you.

Avoid this at all costs. If you don’t have good credit there are much better options. Our car has been breaking down nonstop since we got it, only half the items are covered under warranty so I have been paying for a lot of the fixes out of pocket....which is fine because it’s a used car and thats just how it goes. The first issue is that every time but one I have had to bring the car back because they made it worse than when I brought it in. The last issue we had we drove a day and a half and the car started smoking heavily and we had to pull off the road. When we took it back they said it was fixed and they left us with less than 1 mile of gas to drive so of course the car stalled in front of their shop. My wife went to get them to help us and the technician treated me like this was my fault and made snarky remarks. He then told my wife to watch her mouth because he will be working on the car. The general manager Racheal pretended to care and started getting defensive every time I referred to the company as “you guys”. She would say “what do you mean you guys, I didn’t work on your car.” The lack of customer service and care by the general manager left me speechless. On the way out he yelled at us that he hoped our car would break down. The car is still broken and needs fixed immediately (transmission) but we don’t feel safe leaving it there with them after that incident. When I explained it to the GM she said there was nothing she could do about it and tried to get me out of her office telling me she “had better things to do”. Then on the way out I was talking to her in the doorway and apparently she was done talking to me because she slammed the door in my face. I don’t know if they are all like this but avoid the Toledo location at all costs and watch out for Rachel, she was obviously given the job as a handout instead of earning it from hard work like most people. Not sure if that last line is actually true but based on her demeanor and how she treats customers... it’s probably accurate.
