I had to have my carpet replaced after a couple years, because it was worn already in spots. So after a lot of calls they finally agreed to replace it. Although they weren’t very nice or happy about it. Even though we had a 10 year warranty. He wouldn’t replace the hallway though. Once they came to lay the carpet It didn’t match at all. So he agreed to order some for hallway. Well when they came to lay that, for some reason it is a kinda a square section cut out in the hallway. It looks horrible. I called and told him and he asked me why?? I said I don’t know! Seriously. I have asked him twice to stop and look at it himself. And now he won’t even get back to me!I will never use them again. When we built our house, our neighbor told us not to use them. But that is who I builder used at the time! But now I know why she told me that.I was trying to post a picture on here, but it will not let me.It is just unreal that they won’t even come and look at it.

Do not go to Carpet Spectrum, my salesman Anthony told me my carpet for my living room, dining room and hallway would be installed on September 29th. 2 days before that they called and said it was back ordered so it would be October 26th. Wrong ! Didnt happen. After that, they said it would definitely be at the warehouse November 6th, nope that didnt happen. So after all that time I was then told the carpet will definitely be put in Wednesday because the carpet will be at the warehouse on Tuesday November 10th. Guess what ? Anthony my original salesman calls me today, November 9th and says sorry Mr.Hernandez they discontinued the carpet you wanted. So, you tell me ? Would you go there ? They had my deposit of $1100 the whole time. Im surprised they didnt try to take the 15 % when they gave me my deposit back.Oh John is Anthonys partner in crime there. 11/9/2020

Carpet Spectrum- Adapted to our application - They somehow found a way to create a sustainable surface to install 10x30 tile on a surface area their competitors walked away from. More importantly, they still offered a warranty when completed. This was not an easy task including multiple surface elevations, textures, angels, and even a custom trap door. I will continue to use and recommend these guys in the future.

I am very impressed with the quality of the carpet, especially when you factor in price. We were able to carpet my guest room with a remenant. They have carpeted two of our bedrooms and I would not go anywhere else. Highly recommend!!

Owner waited on me. he failed to call for measure appt. i had to go back to store and tell them no one called me. issue with delivery dates. installer sent while having flu & 5 days later flu hit our home ! unacceptable. No concession offered for me going to the store or making us sick or that 2nd room piece of flooring 8 short. required a 2nd installation date! what a mess!
