John was absolutely a delight to work with! He really went above & beyond to help us with selecting the right carpet and scheduling the installation. He genuinely cared about our little project & I would definitely choose to work with him in the future for any flooring needs.

Started our project in February, tile order was delayed multiple times. Sent wrong tile first shipment. Second and third order delayed. It’s now June and still waiting for one box of tile, three weeks!

I wish I could give Dean a zero. He was rude to me when they screwed up... didnt bind my area rug to size, they refuse to deliver so we had to spend $50 to rent a truck....when I called frustrated about it, he said, you have been nasty every time youve come in. I have a right to be upset with shoddy work. Dean needs to be fired or go to customer service training...this is not how you deal with frustrated customers.
