The gentleman who works here is simply amazing! He made what seemed like a stressful decision ( I was getting a phone for my daughter, I know nothing about this topic.) So easy for me. I couldnt recommend going to see him enough! He so easy to talk to super nice just the BEST!!!

Very poor customer service skills from the District Manager at that! When I asked to speak to someone above him he refused to give me a number.

My sister was sold a refurbished phone and told it was new at the Woodville location.

I just bought a new phone yesterday it doesnt let me connect to Wi-Fi just the brightness put a lock on it and every couple of hours it resets and goes into demo mode delteling my apps and contacts Ive used up half my data in a day cuz I have to reset up the phone and download everything again every couple of hours after I get of work Im taking it back in if they do something about it this review will change otherwise one star
