Dr. Kopan has been a great eye doctor for myself and our family of Six. He listens and is very detailed in how he takes care of your eye health. He and his staff are very nice and customer/patient focused. We would recommend them to anyone. Keep up the good work Doc!

We have been going to this practice for over 40 years and find them to be the best practice in all facets of the vision field. My family has seen both doctors and they provide exceptional care from children all the way to senior citizens.

I used to recommend them. 2 1/2 years ago they got my right lens wrong, but that was fixed, . This past summer was a months long mess. My optical insurance was ending so I came in for new bifocals. First the sightline was wrong so they fixed that. Then the right lens was wrong, they finally had me take a 2nd eye exam which they initially wanted me to pay for( I questioned that, and the employee said I just work here), which showed they got the 1st exam wrong. But I still couldnt see properly out of the glasses. They told me my insurance no longer covered my old type of lens after I said I was having problems instead of telling me up front these were going to be different lenses. I had daily eye strain and headaches and no peripheral vision but they said that was all they could do with that insurance, without suggesting any alternate solution. I even asked about some sort of refund since I couldnt use these glasses. They said theyd have to call me back. Never did. I wrote to their Contact Us page. Never heard back. I went back to my old pair until I can get new ones elsewhere.

Absolutely professional and caring staff. I have going there for 15 years and it is a great experience every time.
