Awful customer service. Made an appointment they were not there, no one ever called back to reschedule when I call I’m told there is no one there to fix my glasses that I bought there but that I could take them someplace else to be fixed. The fact I left work for a appointment and no one called me to say they canceled my appointment is just rude

Hands down the best eye exam/ appointment experience. Staff & Doctor professional, knowledgeable and very personable. I was there for 2 hours & NOT because I was waiting. They helped me understand what was wrong with my eyes, what frames/contacts were best and the cheapest way to go about it. I actually had fun - how often can you say that?!

Jcpenney Optical is a knowledgeable place for affordable eyewear. They have great promotions at all times. Ohio is a Licensed state so a Licensed Optician needs to be in the optical department to take measurements, put orders in, and to adjust glasses. In this day of age if people can write reviews why dont they take the time to call the place first before they go in for service? Seems to me it would be less time consuming that writing a bad review! Especially if they want to leave a bad review. Suggestion, if you are not sure just take a quick minute to call.

Went in to order glasses and they couldnt because no licensed Optician. there, and she was not licensed to do it. We were there at 5:30 and they close at 7:00 what a waste of time. Drive 40 minutes to franklin park mall location.. ridiculous!!! They dont deserve a star at all. 5 star is BS
