Stay away from this place!I took my Toro in to get repaired. They told me it would take about 2 weeks to get back to me. It took them about a month.As soon as I answered their call, they informed me the mower was not worth fixing and in the same breath offered to sell me one of their refurbished mowers. They said the carburetor needed replaced and it had a knock, so it was on its way out.I took the mower to another place that cleaned the carburetor and now it works fine.If you want a place to tell you your mower is dead, and resell it for a profit, this is your place.

Went in to get parts for our mower. Got the part with good customer service and information we needed. We will go back in September to see him again.

Support local small businesses, buy American! I bought a brand new Toro today. Made in Minnesota . Reasonable price. Sales guy showed me how to use it and maintenance. Gassed, oiled and ready to cut upon purchase!

I needed some odd o-rings for my push mower and they had them in stock. They can order any others parts you may need!

Went there looking for a part,, said I needed model number etc.. I had those and showed him. Was told it was the wrong number.... Guy was a bit of a jerk..... went to ANOTHER shop with same number.....they had no problem finding the part I needed.....

Great company and friendly people to work with. Brought my tractor and snowblower in for end of season/begging of season maintenance. The pickup and delivery service is great. Turn around time was quicker than expected. Will definitely be returning for future service. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Ask for Scott(the owner).

Terrific hospitality. I needed a new/used mower and it is the end of summer. Money is tight for me and I got an awesome refurbished push mower at a great price.

Great my mower was going to cost more than it is worth to fix. So i went to a new model. I was not charged for the estimate on the old mower. Thank you All sport.

I have a Toro Recycle push mower. The belt burnt up and needed replaced. I didnt have time nor did I feel like doing it myself to I took it to All Sport South End Mower to get it done. They did do it timely which earned them a star. The service was semi timely at about 3 days earning them a star. They man working the counter was rude. The belt was overpriced by about 5 dollars which isnt too big of a deal. Labor was ridiculous. $56 dollars for labor on a half hour task. I would have declined but to get the mower back it wouldve cost $35, belt for $15 online and then a half hour of my time. Total for belt replacement was $88 and some change. If you handy at all, save yourself the money and do it yourself. Learn from my laziness.

Took my lawn mower there. Spent over 300 to get it back running. Got it back ran once then wouldn’t work. I called them and they wanted another $75 to diagnose the problem. I explained to them it was just there not even a week ago and that it should work according to what they said. Wouldn’t honor their work. Poor business practice poor customer service don’t waste your time going there. Total rip off!!!!!

Just did a check up on my lawn mower. They disassembly it and look at it. Never found out what is the real problem. They are gonna fix it and do not guarantee it will fix it. I pick up the lawn mower and they NEVER reassembly it. Ask me for Extra $35 just to reassembly what they did. NEVER STEP IN THIS BUSINESS AGAIN. Please dont even waste your time coming here. The customer service is really TERRIBLE. Save your time and energy to go somewhere else. I wish I can put MINUS RATING it this!

I wish I could give zero stars. One of the guys told me that business was slow and would be done fixing my 2 items in a day or two. After 2 days I called, and they pushed me off another 2 days. 6 business days later, they then called with a outrageous estimate on one of them and they still hadnt even looked at the other one! I told them forget fixing it and Ill just pick it up. Then they told me that they charge a $35 estimate charge for each item. They NEVER told me in advance about this whopping charge. When I picked my items up, I looked everywhere and they have nothing posted anywhere about this expensive charge. Then they wouldnt even give me my equipment back unless I paid cash because they thought I would dispute the charges with my credit card company. So I paid, $74 with tax CASH to get back my still BROKEN weed eaters. A $35 estimate on small equipment is ridiculous! People charge this much for a vehicle estimate. I think their estimate charge is so high so people will just give in to their expensive repair charges as to not waste money leaving with broken equipment. This is shady company who takes advantage of people... DONT GO HERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF!!!!!!!

I took my push lawn mower in for repairs to this place because it is in my neighborhood. When I went to pick it up, they did a lot of extra things I never wanted and they charged me more than what I had paid for the mower.

I had them repair a snow blower last winter. I went there because it was close to my home. They charged me $225 and added stuff I really didnt need. I could have used that towards a brand new blower. Wont go back to this place...I have a mower that wont start and I definitely WONT take it to All Sport South End Mower.
