Was looking to upgrade my mower and came in with several questions. I worked with Bryon who addressed every one of my concerns and added some great suggestions. With my purchase they calibrated and ran a full system check for the entire mower and delivered it to my house ready to use right off the trailer. Just got the mower, but service plans were also included and I am happy to be able to work with them directly going forward!

Went to the shop to have a riding mower tire mounted on a rim. The guy said I would have to wait 5 days. Really? Went to Tireman got done in a hour for 14 dollars.

I bought a Toro push mower from them and had a great experience. I found the mower I wanted via their website which was fairly easy to use and called to see if it was in stock. I didnt have a long wait on hold, I didnt have any confusing answers, and best of all, they did have it in stock when I came to pick it up, just like I had been told. The mower was already assembled and they tested it and filled the first tank of gas for me. I got useful warranty information and fast, friendly service. I plan to keep shopping with these guys for a long time to come.

Started my shop for a new zero turn and i just happened to be driving by and stopped in to look. I was greeted by a friendly welcoming face and then shortly accompanied by Tom. Tom, listened to my needs (and Wants) and then found me the perfect Mower. I liked the honest and informative approach he took to finding the right unit. Excellent customer service! I own an 86 snapper push mower so its hard to get parts for it and they had the parts I needed. The parts were even very inexpensive. Anything I need lawn mower wise I will go here. Was even offered a job.

Great folks to buy from. Bought a Honda snow blower after a large snowstorm. There was only 5 machines left and they could have asked msrp like the big box stores but sold it at the normal discount price. It was my first stop to look at snow machines as I prefer to buy local and support independent local dealers.

I service my lawnmower and snowblower here. After the storm this weekend I pulled out my 2-stage snowblower. Unfortunately, the starter cord broke. Called them up and asked for an estimate. Nick said bring it in and hell repair it. But rather than lugging the whole unit he suggested popping off a few bolts and just bring the housing. Easy enough! Less than 15 minutes in the shop and under $30 I was out the door. Fastened it back on and fired it up! Saved me a lot of back pain!

I purchased a brand new 48 Toro walk behind mower. Almost $4000. I also was getting 2 transmissions replaced on my Toro grand stand $3500. Along with the echo equipment I purchased from this company I had over $8000 spent in two weeks. With that being said the walk behind I purchased was not user friendly. I spoke with the owner about returning it for a trade in and was told no way. Because they dont sell walk behinds very often. After this I pulled all of my equipment from their shop being worked on. I received my echo pas 280 back in pieces. I took it to Dougs repair And was told the person that took my trimmer park broke the cone where the shaft inserts to the engine. This piece of equipment cost almost $500 was in the shop for a year and a 1/2 after they broke the cone. Echo had the parts on back order. After fixing what they had broken it cost me another $200. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. I purchased my last couple mowers and hand equipment from Buck n Knobby. Guys that actually know about commercial lawn care And servicing commercial lawn care customers.

Great experience. Bought a mower a few weeks ago and I broke a piece. They took care of me, even though it was my fault. Its a great reason to purchase from a company like this for residential or commercial purchases. Good group.

For a business with so many positive reviews I dont understand why my experience has been so bad. How long does it take to mount 2 new tires (we provided) on rims (that we provided)? I get that places get busy and jobs dont always go as planned but it should not take FOUR business days for this kind of job. Very dissatisfied and only hoping we can mow before the rain starts this evening. Sounds highly unlikely since they close in an hour. So much for supporting small local businesses.

I have outsourced all of my large repair jobs to Sylvania Mower for the past 4 years. Every customer I have sent has been very happy with there service (at least 100 different people) . Tom and Nick have taken time out of their day to help me with parts several times over. A great company in a flawed industry.

I have been a consultant to small business for over 30 years. Sylvania Mower Service is a company that does not need my help. Tom,his wife and Nick are family by blood but everyone else in this company is also family and they provide customer service and expert technical ability better than many companies I have ever seen. I give them my highest recommendation and urge those who live in and around the Toledo area to use their help. I bought my Toro from them three years ago and their service has exceeded my expectations every time.

Zack was very helpful when the wheel on my lawn mower was coming loose. I would definitely recommend going here. He was fast and courteous.

I called to inquire about a service regarding my TimeMaster 30 in. Lawn Mower that I bought last summer and the 4wheels drive is no longer engage when you push down the handle. They told me to bring in the receipt, and they will take care of it (sound good on the phone). But when I get there the guy behind the counter said it will cost me at least $120 plus parts, and required a $30 deposit on a credit card in case it cost more. I asked him why since my lawn mower is still under warranty for 2 years. He said because of the parts and labor, and it take up to 14 days to turn around. He also told me since I did not buy the mower from them, he can not help me. I sensed something was not right, so I declined the services and went home to call the TORO manufacturer, and after I described the issues to them, they told me to buy a Housing Switch Assembly for $10.95 plus $3.95 for shipping. 2 days later I received the part, and able to installed it myself within 2-3 mins even I dont know anything about fixing a lawnmower. Never again I will go back to this place, nor do I recommend this place to anyone!

All I wanted was a couple of bolts, they gave me a lecture about all the parts they have boltsand I couldnt just walk in. They needed this and that info whent I told them just match them up and they refused to do so. Waste of time, terrible terrible customer service. I guess customer service doesnt mean much anymore.

Got in minutes before closing. They had the two parts I needed that big box home improvement stores didnt carry. The guys there gave me tips on cleaning the carburetor; just put it all back together and I have a working mower again. Ill be going here from now on with any mower needs.
