Very clean store, very low pressure. The salesman was around if we needed help with anything and was very honest. We never felt like he was leading us to one product over another. He was very upfront about the sales going on and really worked with us to get the best deal. We have already gone back to look for bedroom furniture, and will definitely recommend the Toledo location to our friends and family.

I went in dreading having to look for a new mattress but my salesperson Chris was very helpful. He took the time to educate me on different options. I never felt rushed or pressured. I bought my last mattress from Denver 20 years ago and Im glad I went back. I bought a Doctors Choice 20 years ago and bought another one today.

Bray Turner was very friendly and helpful. Answered all of our questions. They had many different brands there, which was important to us since we werent sure what we wanted. We ended up going with the purple mattress. He was able to match the online price as well. They even have a discount for military and health professionals. Glad we chose to go here. We had one of the best experiences ever with a big purchase. We had a mattress that had not held up and we had a warranty on it and we went in to get a upgrade and boy did we. The store manager was very knowledgeable and did a great job working with me and my husband at finding a bed that would work best for us in our personal needs. I went to Denver Mattress from the Furniture Row next door with my wife where we were graciously greeted and helped by the manager Bray. We didnt feel pressured, Bray was very knowledgeable and pleasurable to chat with, and he sold us a beautiful new mattress with fantastic financing. Perhaps most importantly, we get four months to try it out, which is great because we could be sleeping on it for the next 30 years. Would definitely reccomend!!!

This was a huge, very personal decision......I did not feel pressured to buy a certain brand or style. Bought a new bed from the Monroe st. store. Had a small problem with obtaining the correct mattress. Robert, the store manager, took control of the situation and upgraded me to a coilless mattress. Wow what a difference, best mattress I have ever had. Connor made the delivery, called to say he was on his way. Im not a rich man but had to buy them lunch. Tks guys

Only one sales person was on the floor. That gave us the ability to walk around without worrying if someone is following you. Once we chose one it moved relatively quickly. The salesperson was very polite and helpful.

6 months later I am loving my bed, it is one of the higher end denver mattress ones with the pillow top and the cooling gel. I am very pleased with the way its held up and the package I got with it. When I purchased the bed I didnt know what I wanted and Bray was professional, helpful and got me hooked up with the best bed for sleep. Thank you!

Kyle at Denver Matteress is the salesman to see when you need a new mattress! I hesitate to use the word salesman because he wasnt the typical furniture store salesman. He was warm and welcoming when we entered, but not overbearing. Asked what brought us in, we told him our needs/wants and he pointed us in the right direction. He mentioned that he just purchased a new mattress and I asked which one. He showed me and even though it was too plush for me I appreciated his honesty. My husband and I mentioned wanting to see a few others and he told us about a lovely sourced brand. This is actually the brand we ended up purchasing. Their customer satisfaction policy is unbeatable as well! You cant go wrong with Kyle & Denver Matteress!

Came in for the $429 special and of course that was out of stock! Spent 200 more than I anticipated, but I needed a mattress. The mattress is scheduled to be delivered in 4 weeks, so I guess the mattresses are made to order.All in all the mattress seems decent but you can get better service and prices else where. The stores employees were slightly rude as well, but I get it you hate your job.

Customer service is very important to us, and I can truly say this company cares about its employees and customers. We were in the store for about an hour, and were not rushed along or pressured into buying anything we didn’t need. Our sales person was extremely helpful and didn’t just suggest the most expensive mattress; he listened to what our concerns and needs were and helped us purchase a mattress that would work best for us. Delivery only took about a month (and we live about an hour from town - so some wait time was expected). The delivery team was extremely polite and punctual. They were in and out with the delivery within five minutes. The entire mattress buying experience we had with this company was amazing. If we ever need a new mattress, we know where we will be going!

Kyle was great but once it got to the whole buying experience, went through 3 sales men and two of them gave us two different payment amounts and couldnt seem to be on the same page and they kept swapping out between themselves to help us. Still good experience but maybe future reference dont keep playing musical salesmen. Other than that would still go back for future home needs.
