Very quick and easy service, did have some small complications which we learnt as we fixed the vehicle.PSIf you have a 4x4 and need to change two tiresDon’t, just change all 4 or the sensors will go nuts lol… mine was on a 2019 Expedition 4WD and due to an incident I changed to tires, however after fixing the whole car, we figured the last sensors act is due to the very small different between the sizes of the 4 tires…

All this service center is interested in is making as much money as they can off of unaware customers. Took my truck in for a simple 2 hr same day part installation that was already agreed on and 4 days later received a call saying they would not do installation because it needed a $4000+ repair. This repair diagnosis was based on the observation of something in the oil. When I took my truck to a different ford service center they investigated the alleged issue that tomball fords service center manager cited and found no basis whatsoever and then completed the installation tomball had refused to complete. My truck runs perfect now. No problems whatsoever!!!!!!
Drip off was easy. I have an extended warranty which makes everything much easier. I like their text notifications. Havent had work done yet, waiting on diagnostics. Will update.
Always the best place to take your car I get my oil change there all the time my car serviced they are honorable they’re efficient they’re smart and they actually do care love to place couldn’t recommend it highly enough

I called around pricing a brake job and these guys offered a competitive price. I asked for a price to change the transmission fluid and differential fluid. I was given a price that seemed fair. I call them to see if it was ready and was told it would be 500 more than I was quoted in the phone because it was a 4 wheel drive with 2 differentials and transfer case. Then they tell me they already did the 4 wheel drive service. I agree to have the rest of the work done but was not real happy about it. After leaving a negative review the service manager called and spoke with me about the issue. He agreed to refund me 250 which was half of cost. I’m now a happy customer!! Thanks Tomball Ford!!
