I had a wonderful time shoping around the atmosphere was very pleasant. I love how the associates dont bother you while you shop but if you need help they go above and beyond to recommend different products and they work to get you the deals in the store. I cant wait to go back!

Love LOVE Ivy! She was so friendly and helpful with every question I had. Not even sure she was the one supposed to be helping me but she sure did stop and answer questions when I asked. Very patient with me as well. Cant find customer service like this hardly anymore.This is such a great location!

Recently went to sell. By 3 get 3 free. Online is exactly what I asked for. In store charged us full price. Sales gorl says o no it takes it off. Would you like to do the math, Ill wait. Then manager says on only applies to certain ones. How convenient but the day we bought we asked several times. Even the girl taking return said something different. This was the Copperfield location. Took my daughter to 2 other locations totally out of product.Stores beware, online is going to put you out of business

Everytime I come to this store, well 99%of the time, the store manager Amanda was there and when she sees you, you are greeted with the biggest smile and welcome and told if u need anything let us know .just love her and other employees are awsome as well ! Love the store needs to be bigger and a tester store, VIP store!!!

Candle Day was Sweet. We went early, no crowd, and the employees were very courteous regardless of the fact that they closed the store yesterday at 9pm and stocked up for today and reopened at 1am.

Ive came to this location a couple of times and they have the best service hands down. No other B&BW has such welcoming energy like this location. The past few times ive visited, Amanda, has been such great help. She knows exactly what im looking for every single time. If she isnt the manager already, then she should be!

Although it was crowded because of an awesome sale, the clerks were helpful and checkout very quick.
