After adding transferring in-laws to my plan at the Montgomery store I was overcharged $85 the following month due to the plans being set up incorrectly. I went to the Magnolia store to fix it and was overcharged $100 the next month when it was still wrong, AT&T loyalty was only willing to credit me $25 after a 2 hour phone call. Rachel in Tomball got my plan straightened out and was able to get me credited for my overcharges. She was very knowledgeable and made a trip I was dreading much more pleasant.

I went in to upgrade my phone, and add two more lines. Edward was great help! He made the process so quick and easy. I enjoyed my time there. Normally I dislike going into the phone store because a lot of the times I have dealt with workers that seem like they do not enjoy their job. Edward on the other hand looked happy to be there and that in itself made me happy! He made me feel like family and not just a customer which I really appreciated. I think there should be more employees like Edward!

I went to this AT&T Store and wanted to trade in my old IPhone 8 Plus and add two lines to my AT&T Wireless Account and no problems with the customer service representative. Rachael knew what she was doing and gave me a monthly discount on my account for every month. She was great and answered all of my questions. Went in to upgrade both my daughters phones. Edward helped us and was great!! We had just recently upgraded them and then found out there was a better deal that we could have had. Edward got us all set up! Definitely will be asking for him if we need to go in for something else.

I went in to pay my phone bill today at this location and a lady was getting obstreperous with an employee for not being quick enough but Edward came accessed the situation intervened and let me say. I have never witnessed such an Incident handled in such a professional manner like Edward did ! I recommend everyone ask for Edward for the best deals and best customer service. Excellent customer service given to me today by Manager Timon - he took time and attention to ensure that all my information from my old phone was transferred to my new phone, sold me accessories that I genuinely needed and didnt make me feel rushed or as if my concerns were not important (as Ive felt at other stores). Was seen as soon as I walked in with the intention of going postpaid, and adding my gf to my account with a new phone. Ended up buying a new phone for myself also.. Edward was very knowledgeable and an all around awesome person. (Except for the fact he prefers iphones, lol). He answered all of my questions and gave us tips. If youre looking to upgrade. For some reason initially the information went coming over, tying up several hours of time trying to manually input. I went in looking for the 100GB per month plan for my Cradlepoint. Eric had a little trouble finding the plan I was looking for, but he did not give up or try to sell me on a lesser plan. He stuck with it and found the pilot plan, and activated a SIM for a small fee.All in all - excellent service, and I will return to speak to Eric if the need ever arises.

Worst customer service I ever experienced. I was greeted at the door great! I said I was in to upgrade my phone. The sales person looks over my account and kind of lets out a concern sigh. Nothing is wrong with my account. It’s current. He told me about a promotion saying if I pay my phone off today my full remaining balance not the next up remaining balance. I’ll be eligible for the promotion. Saying if I didn’t go with the promotion he doesn’t recommend me doing the upgrade today. Saying “I’m not telling you how to live your life, but....” I said no I just want to do the upgrade and go on about my day. He brings out the new phone I had to do a couple things to my old phone. But I pretty much set up my new phone on my own and he walked away to just talk to another employee. The new phone was set up and I just walked out with my receipt and box in hand. No bag for it, no thanks for coming in today. No customer service at all. I’m assuming because I didn’t want to do a promotion.

I ordered my son a new iPhone 11online. I don’t know what I was thinking because I’ve always bought at the Tomball AT&T store so all the set up and putting together was done for me. I vastly overestimated my ability to do these things myself so we were unable to set up the new phone. Factor in procrastination and 5 months later (his old phone finally stopped working) we finally go get the professional help we needed to resolve the problem.Travis took care of all of it in a flash WITHOUT showing any judgment! 😁 He was friendly, polite and efficient. Wow. What a relief! I will always come back to this store for purchases, upgrades, upgrades, etc. AT&T isn’t perfect, but they’re the best available and the AT&T store in Tomball completes the deal for me! We’re loyal AT&T customers!

I’ve never had complaints at this location until today. I’m sorry Timon if my mom and I were being a bother. I’m sorry the language barrier was difficult and I know it’s the end of the day and all of y’all want to go home but the service we received was almost as in frustration. We didn’t feel we could ask questions without feeling it was a bother. A part from that, the attendant was busy watching social media videos on his phone instead of directly servicing the customer. My mom and I went in looking forward to getting a new phone for my little brothers birthday tomorrow but I left almost feeling defeated by the annoyed vibes. I know closing is a struggle, I’m sorry if you had a bad day Timon but we did not want to be a burden to you. I personally am not an ATT customer. I made time out of my day to help my mom with translation and her ATT questions. All I want to say is be kind, be present and your actions really do speak.
