We are a gaming family who loves coming here for new releases, controller parts, apparel, home decor I mean really anything and everything. Staff is knowledgeable of products and very helpful. Great store wish there was one in old magnolia but its worth the drive.

Had a bad experience here a year ago even made a complaint and never herd back from anyone. Went back finally and the employees were great and apologized and were willing to help however they could.

This is the closest GameStop near me and I absolutely love GameStop! I most of the time ask if they play a particular game I’m looking for and if they did play it. They will give me a honest opinion about that certain game. I really do appreciate the honesty! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this GameStop! 10/10 for me! Have a wonderful day!😁

Worst service I have ever had in my life. When I went to the counter to buy my game the lady kept trying to upsell me extra stuff that I never asked for and when I refused all of it she put the game I bought in a different case with no cover and tosses the one I bought aside roughly. I had to ask for the case that I gave her and she was really rude about it

When ever I go to this GameStop I get good service but when I call they dont awnser

Love this Gamestop, the people are always so chill, nice and very helpful!!! The Gamestop in new Magnolia however is awful dont go to that one lol. This one is wayy better!!!

Tyler was the best. Helped me find what i needed, explained the best way to charge Nintendo switch and prevent a cracked screen. Helped preorder pokemon sword and helped me find a game case. I appreciate him staying 15 minutes past closing to help me get what I needed. Thanks Tyler !!

Lots of selection and accepts returns. The guys are knowledgeable and polite enough. My only complaint is that my 6 year old really had to use the bathroom while we made a purchase and they wouldnt provide him one. Poor kid had to hold it while I finished at the register and rushed out to find a different establishment with one.

I have been here a lot and tbh I love the employees here! They are always super friendly to me and always help me find the random stuff I am looking for.I know Gamestop doesnt have a lot of shelf life left but I think it might just go out on top!

Super impressed with this location. Bought many of games here. My first experience the gentleman talked me out of the game I wanted into a “better game”! I went home, tried it out, wasn’t for me, I went back, and he replaced it with the game I originally wanted 100% free. Will be back here as long as I live in Tomball.

Not only this store, but Game Stop in general is ridiculous! Went in to buy a replacement controller for my Xbox one and could not believe what I saw. They’re trying to sell USED controllers for $10 MORE than you get buy a brand new Microsoft controller at any other store.

Good solid GameStop.Friendly employees and never really had any issues anytime Ive gone in there to look around or pick anything up.

We recently moved back into Houston but drive an hour and a half out to Tomball solely because of the amazing customer service we get every single time at this game stop. Play controller began to smoke when plugged in to charge partially melted GameStop refused to honor the warranty due to the fact that it was only 15 days past warranty and Microsoft as well did not honor their product and were abusive and rude
