The lights were off and the door was locked at 1pm when the website showed they close at 5pm. We ordered a dozen donuts with 3 strawberry and only got 9 donuts with zero strawberry ones. Very poor service.

I just asked for some colacha s.. no cheese no jalapeno. But they give me both in. Nice way to ruin a mans day..

Check your food (28517 TX-249, Tomball, TX 77375) if you want your food cooked and to get everything you ordered. I went through the drive-through and they left things off my order and the kolaches were under cooked. Please see photo. When I talked to the manager they would not make it right or refund the portion of the order that was wrong. Be warned if you still deside to go here and use the drive-through open everything you get and check it b4 you leave.

Love these donuts some of the best in the united States. Small place and the drive through is always busy but they get you in and out pretty fast.

Ive had better

I have been to this location several times since it opened. And while Shipleys in general is not necessarily my favorite donut since I prefer caked donuts over raised the convenience, as well as the friendliness and professionalism of the service I have always received at this location more than makes up for the fact that Im not as big of a fan of their caked donuts. Now if only I could get this location to opt in to bottled cokes instead of fountain cokes Id be happy. Yes, I know this isnt eco friendly but I dont like the wax flavor from any paper cup in my drinks. So paper cups are not to my liking but if you dont mind that might not be an issue for you.

This place has the worst service, the ladies that work there are absolutely rude. If they hate their job or people so much they are not in the right business. Donuts are good that is why we continue to go but in all the years they have been there we have not had one good service experience.

Its Shipleys. What more is there to say. I like this location better than most. Get a donut and a sausage and cheese kolache.

We just stopped and the sign says open and they refused to serve us. It’s still 10min before closing. We just wanted some donuts for our kids. Ridiculous

Pretty good for a drive thru donut chain. Better that Krispy Creme or Dunkin in my opinion. It is more a mom and pop style donut.

Worst service in drive thru! First of all they need a menu outside for drive thru the cashier is often frustrated and doesn’t want to answer questions regarding what’s available if you had a menu I wouldn’t have to ask you! The line is always long and when you get to the drive thru window you’re rushed and made to feel like you’re bothering them, also I ordered the old fashioned cinnamon roll which I usually like but today it was trash!... I don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon if ever again... koloaches are consistently good though

I never get fresh/warm donuts and Im usually there by 8am. Kolachies are always cold and hard. They always put EVERYTHING in one tiny bag which smashes everything together. I have been going to them for several months but Im looking for a different donut shop but Shipley was convienent but I would rather have fresh food instead. The manager needs to get it together.

Who doesnt love Shipleys?!? I do too, but better than that are the pretty ladies working at this location. I wish I spoke their language so I could communicate with them better, but hopefully my smile conveys the fact that I appreciate them. I think Ive got a hankering for a donut... Ill meet you there!!!

The Hispanic ladies are beautiful and very sweet and friendly. They make me feel right at home and theyre very nice they know how to treat customers and make you want to come back again over and over. If I could I would give them more than five stars because they deserve it!!!!

It was open Christmas morning. I cant believe they made their employees work Christmas morning, but I am glad they did. Big tips were left.

The donuts are NEVER hot, or filled with whatever filling you choose. I hope Snowflake Donuts builds again SOON!!! 😩😩😩

On the rare occasion that I am up early enough, or happen to have some extra cash on me, I do stop by here to get a donut or two.My personal favorite is the chocolate glaze or even better chocolate donut holes.

I gave 2 stars because Shipley donuts r the best donuts in America. Having said that, Im disappointed in this location. Came in last week to buy my dad, who is just out of a coma for 6 weeks, some donuts and a kolache. I made my selections, paid, and on my way out the door, turned to leave and saw a HUGE tree roach, legs and belly up right in front of the counter. Ugh!!😖😵😤 Gross, guys! Really!!!??!! Wont ever use this location again for safety reasons!! Roaches carry all kinds of bacteria and viruses. No thanks!

Staff was not the most friendly, but the strawberry and blueberry stuffed doughnuts are great. The spicy sausage and cheese is good but nothing amazing. The sausage is kinda boring. The place was well kept and seemed clean though.

The employees at this Shirleys are AMAZING!!! Even though there is one closer to my house, I will be going to this one from here on out!

I live in tomball and have never had a problem with my orders or service. I believe we do need to express bad services from restaurants and other food companies, but sometimes I wonder if the people who tend to have bad days every day may just pick a place and give a bad review and cause good places to close. So before writing a review, think of the people who have jobs and that own the business.

We go to this Shipleys every once in a while and the staff seems so unpleasant. I thought at first it was because they were busy, but we go there so randomly and they always seem annoyed and dont say very much. This last time we went, we had kolaches and our stomachs hurt all day.

Donuts were good but customer service could be way better.

I had used Shipleys in Tomball since they opened to buy donuts and kolaches for a montly meeting. Last month, I was in the store when one of their personnel decided to clean the vents between the counter and the donuts at 7:45am while I was standing there. There was dust and heaven knows what kind of nasty stuff falling all over the place. Since the donut cabinets are open faced, I refused to take any donuts from the first 3 rows. I made the clerk retrieve my donuts from the back. It was disgusting! If it hadnt been that the meeting started in 20 minutes, Id have found another donut shop right then. I will NEVER go back to Shipleys! If only I could give them zero stars.

Like second home the employees are great and welcome you even the owners are super great coffee is great the donuts are superb. Kolache is also great as well

I dont usually write reviews but I decided to this time. Visited 9/10/16 around 6:30 pm. The selection of donuts was great, especially for the time of day. The woman at the counter rubbed her nose and then proceeded to give us our donuts without washing her hands or using gloves. Then, as she was ringing us up, I saw a huge roach crawling on the counter behind her. I understand getting some bugs in the restaurant is inevitable... but its really disgusting to see them right before I eat. Especially in a place where the donuts are just sitting out in the open.

Lots of options. Fresh and hot in the mornings. usually the staff is friendly. Sometimes it takes awhile to get though the drive thru.

There was a long line in the drive through and was slow as Christmas. After 30 min in line we got up to the window the lady did not understand 2 sausage and a dozen donut holes. She was trying to give us much more and then argued saying we ordered more than what we did. I would not recommend this place due to very poor service.

They sold me old donuts. I hit them up at 9:30 in the morning and these were not fresh... They could not have possibly been made that morning.

We always have a pleasant, fast experience with Shipleys Donuts, but today was awful! Im not sure if the lady in the drive thru was training or just had difficulty because she did not understand English. The drive thru is normally very fast, but today I waited 20 minutes at least. She got our order wrong twice and I had to keep repeating myself. She also over charged us. She just shouldnt be in the drive thru.

I love Shipleys and that is why I purchased books of the $5.00 gift packs. I have used them everywhere as I travel however the lady at the window at the Tomball location told me that I could only use 1 packet of 5.00 at a time. First of all, it doesnt say that and no one has ever not allowed me to use them. Secondly, isnt it like a gift card? Thirdly, she barely could understand what I was saying so she asked her Manager to come over (said her name was Elizabeth) and she confirmed that only 5.00 can be used at a time. I cannot believe that I am only allowed to use these Shipleys dollars, 5.00 at a time.

I had a ham and cheese kolache it was all bread too much bread also I had a apple fritter there was no apples in it was cooked too long
