Wow I havent been in for a while- youve changed - its nice inside - great job on steppin up that shopping game

We loved coming to this store!! At first we didnt know what to expect but then once we started looking around we noticed they had good prices and good items, we found just what we needed. The only recommendation I would make is to include a pet area, by that I mean like an aisle where they sell pet food, beds, and toys. I would totally recommend Big Lots if you want good prices and quality items!

The store has updated and rearranged their layout. Employees and cashiers are helpful and friendly.Unfortunately the air-conditioning in the store wasnt working and the store was uncomfortable for this shopping trip.

Big lots has like many of the other retailers taken a few steps to restyle their layout and upsell or appeal to the buyer. If you havent been to a Big lots recently Id recommend giving it a shot. Are they still selling discounted and basic merchandise yes but they are also trying to get the average person who wants to for lack of a better term gussy up their house or garden. They seem to have taken a serious look at what some of the brick and mortar retailers are doing to attract customers into the store and off the computer. Making more attractive items available to more pennywise people or to those whose like me may buy stuff we know is on our want to buy some day because it is cheaper and at hand we dont keep putting it on our save for later list.😁

A Dollar General,Food Mart,and a Discount Furniture Store all rolled into one

Great affordable furniture and home decor where you can not only save but get your items today instead of waiting for shipping like other companies. The only downside is the longest curtain is 84 so you will have to pay a Tailor to add additional length but it’s so much cheaper than paying for custom curtains.

Mr. Fred is knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. We appreciate his help today in buying a sofa set and dinning room table.

Its a decent store if relatively cheap goods is what you want. Its sort of like if you want what Walmart had two years ago, youll love it. Thats their thing though, value priced goods not high tech. As long as thats what you want Its fine.

The staff here is amazing

Always a pleasure shopping here. Mr Fred is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. He never hesitates to speak first and genuinely cares about how you are doing. Kristen is a great cashier and very friendly.

It seemed ok. Friendly staff. Looks like you were on your own though to sanitize your basket. Decent inventory. Laid out a little weird, but it was ok.

Although I enjoyed the new set up and more organized shelves i was disappointed in not finding any non holiday wrapping paper and no more office/school supplies.

I’ve been going to Big Lots for years and every time I go Zane is there with a smile and is always helpful.

Nice location easy to access from two major roadways. Plenty of parking store is clean and well maintained. The shelves are well stocked. The staff members were friendly and helpful in answering questions, they also had a positive attitude. The store has reasonable prices and weekly sales that are nice. The store also sales furniture at quite reasonable prices. I would recommend this location to anyone.

I like big lots. Usually a good selection however this time a few items in short supply. I enjoy big lots quality and pricing.

Love this store and always see items at this store that I have not found at any other Big Lots. Highly recommend, and this store is laid out differently also.

The worst thing about this store is lack of parking for elderly customers because Planet Fitness people park in front of the store instead of using the gyms parking spaces. The BEST things about this location is, it has greatly improv ed over the past few years. New management brought positive changes in organization and overall cleanliness. The cashiers are always positive, floor staff always go the extra mile to help you find what you are looking for. Kayelyn found exactly what I was looking for. With her helpful ideas, I was able to create the look I was going for. I came for one thing and left with quite a basket full of extra decor. I will definitely be back and recommend Tomball Big Lots to family and friends.

The isles were not clear, hard to navigate, signage could be better. Clean, nice but not helpful stocking staff, cashier was very helpful and effeciant

Very calm and quiet. Their Christmas selection right now is out of control though. I will definately shop there for certain things in the future now that I know they can be retrieved there for cheaper than anywhere else.

They have cheaper priced items for things, such as seasonal decor, snacks, and cleaning supplies. The selection is not great and the quality is cheap, but depends on what you need at the time for items that you are going to put outside of your home.

Decent selection of bargain products. Sometimes youll find a gem here and usually the items sell for less than elsewhere. Cashiers are friendly. This location is good except for the horridly decaying restroom (mens at least).
