I came to look at mobile homes and the man there was RUDE. He didnt want to help. We already have an approval and he told us to go across the street to Palm Harbor. From the start of our interaction to the end seemed like a nightmare. Maybe I look like I cant afford to purchase, but I guarantee you I could have bought it in cash. Good luck to anyone going to this place.

I bought a Clayton home from another location and suffered an insurance loss at my home that required I obtain replacement materials and supplies for my Clayton Home. When I contacted the factory, they referred me to the Tomball location stating that they had excellent customer service. I connected with Blake Diver and he was fantastic and so helpful. He helped me figure out all that was needed (drywall, insulation, stripping, etc), and place the order with the factory - and they didnt even sell me my home. Above and beyond. I wish I would have worked with Blake and Clayton - Tomball all along. These are great people and I highly recommend.

I love how Mrs Miriam helped us choose a home for my family. Mrs. Miriam went out of her way to help us specially when we got the home when the pandemic had started. Also the rest of the staff made us feel at home. Mrs Miriam never pressured us to buy like other places we had gone. I LOVE MY NEW HOME.

I purchased my very first home recently from Clayton Tomball and have had a wonderful experience with my sells rep, Tae. I didnt know anything about buying a home and Tae walked me through every detail and sometimes got them done herself. She was very positive and attentive the entire time. Im not going to lie there are a few issues regarding manufacturing and assembly but my over all experience has been great.

I was really interested in buying a house but the sells people were not friendly...... That experience put a really bad taste in my mouth about the whole experience..... I think Ill try another location

The sale of the home and delivery was straight forward and on time. After the first big rain my stove was flooded. I looked at the stove flew and it was okay but only inches from the roof. My thought was it is too close to the roof and the rain splashes in. Also noticed that a shingle was kicked completely off and I could see plywood decking, I should see tar paper. First time on the roof and it scared me that the roof could leak like the flew. I called Tae and Diver at Tomball office and they pointed me to Claims. The Claims guy came out and checked my roof for, get this, hail damage. I told him the manufacturing and installation issues and he took pictures and left. They did NOTHING to fix the problem. I had a whole laundry list of problems in the house. The warranty team came in and rebuilt the kitchen, not around the range and left not finishing all the work. The island counter is no longer solid after replacing the whole top for a Formica issue and the posts that hold up the corners do not even touch any more. They never came back. I had to fix 60% 0f the issues myself. The warranty guys who are supposed to be professionals did an awful job that I had to go back and fix their work. The home is now in better shape after I fixed their issues. The range still gets flooded in a big rain, Thank God I put a pan on the range when it rains. Someone could get killed. Poor design on the roof jacks. Calling Clayton Homes to see if they will extend the roof jack to stop the flooding. Lets see what they do. My guess is nothing like the sales people. Never buy from them again.Update. A tech from Clayton Home came oit and found that the install crew did not fix the holes they put in (plastics and wood on the front of the trailer for transport.) . The tech did a great job fixing the roof and even pointed out the sheetrock damage inside the house. He had to replace plywood decking, shingles and the roof jack for the flew. This guy knew what he was doing. He gave me his number to call if I have any other issues. It has not leaked since.

Well after our sales person was fired we were told the GM was taking over our home buying process and the house we wanted you could only get in Alabama (which is a lie) So next thing I I someone else is taking over and didnt tell me that until I asked her. We had to pick another house which we did and they said they would make it work and then turned around and said no we had to go with a much smaller house (which they augured with my husband about the square footage) and the prices kept changing. We gave them a deposit at the beginning and now we have backed out and asked for our money back and I have to keep calling them and asking for it back. they never call back like EVER and always give different reasons and excuses for everything. Go to the clayton in bryan I promise well worth the drive they did more for one is 1 day then clayton tomball did in a month.

Awesome Service! took us 3 months to get everything straightened out in our behalf and Miriam was so patient and helpful thru out the whole process and now that the home was finally delivered and installed she is still answering all our question, me and my husband are happy with our new home Miriam Has made this Process a Great experience.

HUGE shout to Miriam Elizando, Catalino Solis and Noel Casres!! Miriam got me through every step as I was so nervous doing all of the paperwork on behalf of my company, she helped me get keys to mobile home after hours and was so professional yet kind. Catalino was extremely friendly and kind and really know how to move a old home out and bring in the new one like is a piece of cake. He and his crew cleaned up around the area even. Noel explaind all paperwork, warranty and so on and was just so kind as we went through process. The folks are absolutely they best and you can tell they have a passion for taking care of Customers and not just getting the sell.

My experience was fantastic. Jessica Morgan, and the manager of the whole operation, Eddie, are phenomenal, the best in customerservice you will ever find. He has went through every single little detail ensuring nothing but the best contractors are working in my new home. The paperwork process was troublesome due to my own issues and they were so helpful, and patient. I have honestly been treated like family through out the entire process! I definitely would recommend you give them a chance, before anyone else. The standard is set at the highest level, and Eddie will only except the best work from anyone that works for him. He is able to knowledgeably lead anyone through this huge investment, while looking out for his customers best options at all times.

They do not follow through with the agreement set at the signing and purchase of home, they were suppose to do a walk through after final payment to do repairs due to transport. They ignore our phone calls. In the beginning they talked a good game. Way to go clayton homes!

Whose experience ever specially with the rude woman Miriam such a hypocrite person. Then dont get me started with the manager Shes slick as the salesman she is but she is just ask hypocrite as her worker . Id rate it a 0 if I could but theres no option for that

When my mom was trying to call back they wouldn’t answer cause My mom wanted to get her $100 back also the person that tried to sell her the house the rooms are way to small and the closet are way way to small also she just gave us two house to chose.

Mariam is a compulsive liar, we went in to look at a couple houses and get an idea of what we wanted and she didn’t ask any questions and just talked in circles for 30 minutes and every statement she made contradicted the pervious statement. She told us there was a house on property we could look at that had everything we where looking for in our price range and then when she realized we weren’t buying today she changed her story and said it wasn’t on property. Beyond disappointed with our experience and we will not be going back. She spoke to us as if we where idiots about sales and financing when we told her we owned a business that is sales and financing baised. When I asked her if there was someone we could talk to that wasn’t a compulsive liar she caught a tude and said she knew what she said and she never lied but in that matter of 30 minutes the prices on 2 houses changed 4 times and she went from having houses on property to look at to not having any to look at, at all.

My daughter and son in law bought a home from Clayton in tomball. They moved in two months later than the date promised. And even then they had no water for weeks after that. Mariiam promised to finish little details like to level the home properly. Clayton took care of the septic and water well. It took three months to dig the well. And they havent come back to pick up trash and fill in the whole at the well. Every time cindy calls they tell her the are waiting on parts. That is crazy two months for parts to level this home. She must think Buyers are stupid. Home delevered 9-9-17. Now almost Christmas and my home is a mess. Now they arent even returning our phone calls. We are so disappointed. Shame on them.

I just got my new home from Clayton Homes in Tomball. I have to say I was very happy with their customer service. I was treated me like family. Jorden Mayers made sure that we got our Christmas miracle! We had our house before Christmas and we were living in it before 2018! It has been an extraordinary experience, my family and I went to Clayton homes Tomball and the truth is that we came from another place that sells houses, we had problems because of the space or community to install our house due to studies for our daughter since we had to be in certain school district, I had heard Míriam Elizondo speak wonders, when we spoke with her we were sure that we had reached the right place, after exposing the situation she took up the challenge since there were many more obstacles, in terms of credit among others, she was accommodating And making things easier, she sought approval, sought the community that the truth was not easy at all, Miriam after being a very busy person in her work until after hours, she attends to you on weekends, she was out of the country for business personal, but she was always working calling us and giving us information, we reached a time when we no longer wanted to follow the project but she never gave up. Yes, the truth is, we realized that she does her job with dedication and passion, now we not only have a house but a happy home, Míriam is a person 10 stars if possible or more, .. Thank you Doña Míriam with my family we are very but very grateful, I recommend that if you are looking for a house and a place to make your dream come true, you look for Míriam, the most kind, understanding and attentive person you will find to get your house.
