WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, WE ARE STILL WAITING TO MOVE SINCE FEBRUARY, THEY KEEP BEATING AROUND THE BUSH AS TO WHEN THEY WILL FINISH OUR HOME, SINCE THEY SUPPOSEDLY GAVE US A THE WRONG PRICE ON THE HOME THEY WANT TO TAKE THEIR SWEET TIME TO FINISH THE HOME, IT IS NOT OUR FAULT THAT THEIR SALES PEOPLE DONT KNOW THEIR PRICES, WE PAID OUR DOWN PAYMENT AND GOT EVERYTHING APPROVED. THEY HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR A WALL TO COME IN FOR ALMOST 2 WEEKS ALREADY, THE HOUSE HAS THE DOOR THAT DOES NOT CLOSE RIGHT AND AFTER 3 WEEKS THEY STILL HAVE NOT GONE OUT THERE TO FIX IT. OUR FIRST MONTH WITH THE MORTGAGE IS ABOUT TO BE DUE AND THEY ARE STILL TAKING THEIR SWEET TIME TO FINISH IT, TO TOP IT OFF THEY CLAIM THEY DONT TURN THE BRAND NEW HOME IN CLEAN SO IT IS OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CLEAN THE HOME AFTER ALL THE MESS THE WORKERS WILL LEAVE, THESE ARE JUST SOME OF THE PICTURES TAKEN OF MINOR THINGS NEEDED TO BE DONE AT THE NEW HOME.

Stopped by just to get some pricing for a temporary home while we build. Incredibly unprofessional, didn’t want to answer questions about the process, left me on the lot alone in a disgusting home and went back inside without saying a word. No one at this place wants to earn your business. Take it elsewhere.

Great experience from beginning to end. My family and friends have purchased 3 homes from Gulf Coast Mobile homes over the years. Very pleased!

It has been a little over 3 months and they still dont have our home ready. No one has gone to finish fixing the doors and part of the wall is still missing.

They are not responsible, and not professional. Robert is a great and nice person but owners are cheap!!!

They give you payment facilities in mobile homes and very friendly staff.

Very badly you call them to solve a problem of them and they do not answer you and only with detours they leave you.
