James and Joanne were very friendly and personable. I appreciate how they treated me like an old friend, yet remained professional upfront and transparent. I felt comfortable dealing with them, unlike other times at other dealerships. Im an hour and a half away from Toms River but I will gladly go back there when that time comes because they were 1,000 times better than CHERRY HILL MITSUBISHI, where I bought my last two cars. I really wish I would have found you guys sooner.

How my daughter-in-law fixed my vibrating car window.From the day I bought it my Mitsubishi car had vibrating sound so during oil change visit I asked to check what is going on. Mechanic checked car, somehow connected problem to right front wheel,took it apart, put it back and now I had car with vibrating sound and strange ah-ah-ah sound from the wheel +$300 bill.So Julie took matter in her hands: she sat in the car for about 20 minutes listening to sounds than open small compartment above windshield and took out glasses that were making that annoying sound.Eventually the wheel was fixed too.Resume: be careful at TR Mitsubishi Dealership, some mechanics there have no idea what they are doing!!!

I have a 2022 outlander. Have been having issues with my radio and brought it back twice already. My car is currently in for service and they have not worked on it yet due to their tech not showing up. They told me I have to go the weekend now and they will reach out to me Monday to follow up. Very inconvenient between work and school. They are telling me that I have to keep bringing the car back till they see the issue for themselves even though I have videos of the issues happening. The backup camera will go on and all the sudden the screen goes black. Another issue is apple carplay will just freeze and wont let you click on anything.

I usually don’t give perfect scores tbh, but In this case I was truly impressed! I have bought many vehicles from many different dealers over the years, and have unfortunately had some bad experiences, but these guys are the real deal! Professional but courteous and most of all not pushy. Really friendly, and they helped me pick my vehicles based on what I wanted, not what they wanted to push on me, which has been the case by other dealerships. I have already recommended them to a few friends and will continue to do so!

My advice, DONT TAKE UR CAR FOR SERVICE OR REPAIR !!!They replaced transmission and seal on rear differential . Couple years later ( I drove about 2000 miles) the rear differential start making loud noice, and axle seal leaked oil . After taking car to different shop I found they never added oil into rear differential when changed the seal and they improperly installed transmission which caused oil leak from axle seal. I took the car back to Toms River Mitsubishi to fix the problem . They replaced rear differential and changed the axle seal under the extended warranty. Month later axle seal was still leaking oil, so they replaced the axle seal again and installed new axle. Couple month later I had the same issue, oil leak from axle seal. Every job was covered under extended warranty. So this is the experience I had with Toms River MitsubishiThey ruined my Mitsubishi.Their mechanics are unprofessional

I would give this dealership a negative if I could. They dont even deserve one star. DO NOT PURCHASE VEHICLES FROM TOMS RIVER MITSUBISHI! They will rip you off and their customer service is horrible. Just try calling the front desk, you will need to press zero at least 20 times before a nasty woman picks up and tells you someone will get back to you. Guess what, they dont get back to you. And lets not even talk about the sales and finance department. They screwed everything up down to papers with DMV. They dont care. Your just a number. Dont allow yourself to get treated like one.

Called interested in a vehicle, they asked if they could send me pictures of the vehicle tommorow since it was getting close to closing, and if I liked it they would get ready for me to make the drive. They assured me they would be sending the pictures when they got in the next morning. I received no pictures waited patiently all day, finally called; they said oh yea if nobody else pics it up at the end of the day we will send you pictures. Its fine if you sell to someone else, but at least have the decency to inform me of this so I am not waiting around for the information you told me you would send me the next day.

I purchased my car from Toms River Mitsubishi two years and had a great experience then. Recently, my car has been having strut issues that another dealership refused to cover (even though the car was under warranty). So, I brought it back here. Andrew Ravaioli was my Service Manager today, and took great care of me. He listened to my problem and was professional and courteous at all times. He also made sure to honor the warranty and also provided complimentary service at no additional cost to me. It was a pleasure working with Andrew today and I will definitely be back.

I didnt buy a car from this place solely because of how rude the manager, Gino was. I dont know how this man is in the business still with the way he talks to customers. Not only was Gino rude to me, but he talked down to me in a patronizing manner the entire time I was there. He treated me like I didnt matter. He also tried to scam me with his false numbers and ridiculous add on charges to the car I was interested in and thought I wouldnt notice. He then told proceeded to call me back TWICE after I had left and got home telling me to come back. Oh okay I changed my mind I can negotiate Very unprofessional buddy. Think it stops there? When I told him no, he called me cheap and raised his voice over he phone. The car was great, the price was even decent but what steered me away with this scam artist. Stay away from this place. Gino you are a joke, learn how to treat people.

Very disgusted by the manager at the Toms River rt 37 location. My sister and I came to this location tonight to try and view different model SUV’s that would be better on gas to drive her clients around when she shows her listings instead of the 2015 F150 she drives now. We started looking at the vehicles parked outside when a young man named Nick approached us asking if he could help us find anything, my sister was very upfront an told him she is just looking and not looking to purchase anything tonight, he still insisted on helping her. He walked us all the way to the back of the next buildings lot just to explain we would have to walk back for him to get the keys to be able to check the vehicles out and said we could wait there or go back to the front and he could pull the SUV up front for her to see the vehicle in the black. He then proceeded to tell her that vehicle was 3 rows back and it would be a lot for him to pull it out and the white is exactly the same. I then explained that for her to see if the was a vehicle she would love she would like to see it In black. Well we walked inside and saw a different SUV inside she actually liked a lot more because of the trunk space and asked if it was possible to see that in black. While Nick went to retrieve the keys another man approached us and explained that if we weren’t going to purchase at his location he doesn’t want his guy working for free and that his location is not affiliated with the cherry hill location we would be going to visit tomorrow and we were pretty much wasting his employees time. My sister taken back by his rudeness explained that she never told Nick she was purchasing tonight and she said from the beginning she was shopping around. Now I’m not sure if it’s due to the color of our skin that made him feel like it was okay to speak down to us like we could not afford this vehicle but she pulled up in a 2015 F150 and I in my 2018 F150. Your job is based off commission and customer service and tonight you failed completely. Everyone walks into a dealership saying they aren’t buying it’s YOUR job to sell us on the best deal and get us to want to come back even after possibly going else where. Happy to say she won’t be pulling out her check book at that location, feel bad that Nick has such a rude boss showing him such horrible, disgusting and rude customer service. Cherry Hill see you tomorrow hope you guys are a lot more pleasant and welcoming.

My firsg experience was when I got my mitsubishi outlander 2017 on june 2017, Was promised a 500 credit that was to be sent to me.I had to call and follow up since I didnt receive it. During the call they stated it was not correct they have nothing written down about it but decided to give me 250 and gas every time I go for oil change. When I go back for the oil change there was nothing writen again on my file and the guy I had spoken to was fired once again got screwed.second issue I go in to the dealer they have a car online for $14,000 6 miles ect. They run my husband credit and state that the monthly payment would be $390 something for 60 payment making the car almos 2 the price and also had 6,000 miles. I showed them the online promotion to make sure I wasent crazy and there answer is were did you get that? thas not right. I explained to them that its from there online page and they can pull it up. they said they will verify and came back with about $10.00 less a month. I was thinking maby the sales person is explaining everything wrong to the finance guy sice the price made no sence. I explain to the its a used car and we got from you a car brand new and I pay $402 a month you want me to pay for a used car $390. He stated he can see if I can lease a car and said I wasent aproved to lease a car sorry.today I call for maintenance I am currently pregnant and have medical restrictions Its easy for me to go on saturday since I have help from my husband but I need to go with him for that reason saturday is the only day I can go. they state that they can do the oil change and filter but nothing else since on saturday they dont run diagnostic. My question is they are supposed to run a diagnostic as part of my contract with the dealership and provide me with the document that it pass. not only that I try doing it online and it states diffrent information then when you call.I pay for extra warranty that includes paint, rim and other but wanted someone to explain to me that information they were supposed to call back since the day I purchase the car it was late and they were just finishing up with me to go home. this was on june 2017 yes that right no one has called yet. I might have benefits that I pay for could take advantage of but have no clue how to use them or what they cover. just sad and patheticEverything I have to go physically to the dealership is stressful and a dissatisfaction. Everyone should be on the same page get it together. the worst part is that I have to travel to the dealership to get service with appointment and wait for over an hour to even be spoken to.Sad part is that my family car brand of choice is mitsubishi and I am really thinking of trading in my car just because of the service I have experienced with this mitsubishi dealership.

I was expecting a mediocre to poor experience on the service end on my first service. I was wrong. Matthew in Service was excellent. Got my car in and out in the time it took to grab lunch. Not having the car I wanted after contacting them an hour before I went there( said it had a blown head gasket). Salesman tried to show us other vehicles told us one price when the the sticker price in the window was a lot lower and couldnt even find the cars that he was supposed to show us.My husband was even showing him the cars on their website. . Update!Still no fog lights and no paperwork on it. No update from dealership.This is the best part.Told to bring plates to dmv. Drop them off. Called today to find out where my plates are.Oh it’s a plate transfer.This is what I am told a month after surrendering my plates in DMV.Really!!!Yup....Please read and beware!DISHONEST!!!I have credit issues and went to there dealership, as advertised they can get you a car.My issue is not with the financial it is with a salesman promise.Fog lights where all I asked for as a feature on the car. Has the switch and cutouts but no fog lights.I had to argue with my salesman. After excuses and a lot of them. I get a hand written credit for fog lights. No official letterhead. Nothing written on instillation or price.I was told it is not in stock.So the internet is amazing. The part is available and In stock. Why can’t I get it installed? No one knows when I call about the credit. I have been given run around since.PLEASE be careful. Dishonest practice small as this is just the beginning. There are other dealerships that do not lie and deceive.I have contacted the dealership and salesman and still no real paperwork with any kind of obligation of the dealership.

Horrible experience! When I obtained the lease I was one of first 100 customers to purchase a vehicle, so I was told I’d get free oil changes for life of lease, and if the car needed to be worked on I’d get a free loaner vehicle. Well I had the car here a few times over the last two years, for transmission light, and told its a fluke and nothing was fixed. Today I brought in bc check engine light is on with transmission light, and I’m told it needs a part that won’t be here until August 15, and if I drive the car and something happens it’s not covered under warranty. I said I need the loaner I was promised when I purchased the vehicle. Got told too bad they don’t offer loaners and told I shouldn’t drive this vehicle bc if it blows, I am not covered and responsible for it. I explained it is my only means of transportation, that I was promised a loaner if the car needed to be worked on, and I feel they should make good on the promise they made. Again told no and basically too bad. Then told after I sat here over hour and a half, they did t even do my oil change and I can get it done next time or wait a good 45 minutes more. AWFULCUSTOMER SERVICE and FALSE PROMISES TO SELL A CAR!! Less than one star and will be filing compliant with BBB.

Service is great: customer contact, from start to finish, is pleasant. Car was taken at the appointment time and returned at the estimated completion time as promised. I plan to use Toms River VW in the future.

I went to the dealership knowing exactly what pre-owned car I wanted, exactly what financial terms and price point I could afford, and was still there for FIVE AND A HALF HOURS. About an hour of that was face to face. And, to their credit, I spent at least 40 minutes with the financial gentleman who guided me through many questions. But the financial gent was the only one who was consistently busy. I didn’t mind waiting for him. But the back and forth game playing, while expected, went on waaaaay too long.

Next the value to the dollar, well my friends this is what you want, a new version Mitsubishi that is actually more reliable than the big 3 Japanese import, true story my friends sister bought a Mitsubishi Outlande sport 2.0L AND NEVER ONCE changed the oil as her fiance asked her one day have you serviced the mitsu, she said I didnt know it needs that. With roughly 57,500. Miles. True story

The dealership lied to me continually. First they said they did a full inspection on the vehicle before listing for sale. When I came to review the car (which I arranged via online and gave them 8 hours advanced notice) the oil was listed at 90% use. I did a test drive and noticed the wiper blades were ripped and loose, and the oil looked dirty as well as the coolant level was way below the minimum line.I expressed my concern and told them to please correct the issues and I would purchase the car. I was told to come back in a few hours and they will have it all set up and I could sign the papers. I came back in under 3 hours and the car was not even touched but the papers were ready to sign. I signed the papers and was then told to wait an additional 4 hours for them to clean the car and service the wipers, coolant and check the oil.When I returned 5 HOURS later the car was cleaned but the wipers were not replaced and the coolant wasnt filled. I again made an issue of it, considering I put down a down payment in cash that day and was told the wipers for my 2014 Chevy Traverse were OUT OF STOCK....(there are literally 3 auto supply stores in the immediate area, PEPBOYS, ADVANCED AUTO to name a few) and they would call me when the new blades came in and I could have them installed by a dealer mechanic.All of this took place in October 2017 AND NOW in JANUARY, 3 months later I received a call from the dealer. Was it in regards to the blades I never got or the terrible service I received? NO! It was was for them to tell me they are offering a referral plan and if i get someone to purchase from them I would get a free months payment. I mentioned the wiper blade issue to the manager that called me about the referral, he said hed look into it. That was 2 weeks ago.Did I ever receive a call back? NO! Did I ever receive the blades? NO! Will I ever refer someone to TOMS RIVER MITSUBISHI? NEVER!!!

I initially purchased my Passat at this dealership in 2013. I continued to use them for service and repairs. Today I needed to get a new tire due to an unexpended flat. Matt in the service department could not have been any nicer. Thankfully they had my tire in stick and one hour later I was on my way. Lauren in service is always courteous and helpful. I spoke to the service department about a week and a half ago, and informed them that I needed my hood latch replaced. They told me theyd call me the following Monday, and I never got a call. I reached a receptionist who said the service rep was on vacation. He never informed me of this, and they only have one person who works in the service department apparently. I spoke to another employee named Raul who apologized and said hed call me back the same day after I had followed up. He never called back. I followed up yet again since nobody was calling me back, and someone in the parts department said theyd have the service manager call me. That was last week, and STILL no contact. The experience has been terrible, and the customer service has been awful. Nobody calls back and not one person there has valued my concerns whatsoever. I cant even drive over 50mph in my vehicle, and they literally have blown me off for almost two weeks. Thats almost unheard of. I called Mavis to get my issue resolved (they are awesome, and had me come in right away), and they have to order the part from TR Mitsubishi. They also cant get in touch with anyone there. Its been one of the worst customer service experiences for me. Take your vehicle anywhere else for service. This place doesnt call back.

Overall the sales process was ok. However, the price adjustment which was misrepresented to us. There was an incentive of $1000 that was not provided to me. In addition, I agreed to have tires exchanged and was told the quoted price would be reduced because of the 4 tires and rims that were on the car. However, it never happened. Watch the bate and switch
