Store is closing soon so the inventory is light. I assume the deals are still very good but you cant buy from an empty shelf. I went to target and found what I was in search of.

I was shopping in the Toms River store today. When I came out I noticed had left my headlights on, and my battery died. I saw a man pushing carts and cleaning up the parking lot. So I asked him for some help. He had a newer car and had to look up online how to jump it. LOL ( it was a New Jeep) I tried to give him ten bucks. He wouldnt take it. Come to find out he was the store manager. I did not get his name. But I do want to give a big shout-out to him. And thank you again for your help

I always enjoy shopping in a Bed Bath and Beyond, especially the large ones. They always have great deals and coupons.This one was pretty large and I will have to go back early in the day to look around. I got there too late in the day to look around.I went to pick up an item that was sold out online.

I purchased a scented oil and when I got home it was half empty

I think you should have a permanent coupon behind your courtesy desk for the shoppers who didnt receive your 20% off coupon in the mail. Would make it easier on some shoppers.

Extra special, having a very pleasant sales clerk will make me travel the distance, to shop this particular Bed & Bath. Even though I live close to the Howell store.

It’s one of my favorite places to shop. You have a little bit of everything, they have a great staff, who always treat you as though you are a valued customer.

Love Bed Bath & Beyond just to walk around and look at the new items that they receive, theres also a Harmon Face Values inside for all of your beauty needs. Although theyve gotten a little pricey they do honor all coupons you have (which is a plus).

Staff was polite. A bit disorganized...when checking out, no one knew if one line and getting called over or if should get in lines at register and no staff directing. Store was a bit difficult to navigate, especially when pushing a cart. Aisles were narrow and arranged so you had to squeeze by stuff with the cart (including aisles with building columns blocking part of the aisle, so you couldnt even push out of the way). All in all, it was a fairly well stocked Bed, Bath and Beyond, but not the best organized Ive been in.

Although there were very few shoppers in the store, there were plenty of friendly and helpful employees.The store was very neat, and most all items were clearly marked with prices. The layout may seem overwhelming at first, but each section is clearly identified with overhead signage, with smaller signage within each section.It is easy to spend an hour perusing the shelves and pegboards for items you never knew existed, especially helpful cooking and kitchen gadgets you just need to have.Another section that is often overlooked is the health and beauty section. Just about everything and anything you might be looking for is on the shelves (makeup, nail care, shampoo, dental care, holistic, hair products, baby care, travel size, manicure & pedicure, and first aid, just to name a few.)There is a very large selection of “as seen on TV” products.There was no wait for checkout and coupons from our phones were scanned and accepted.Although the prices may not be the lowest, they are competitive. You can find just about everything and anything bed, bath, and beyond you might be looking for, and a few items you may have never known you needed.

I can find so many things I need in one store.It is very convenient. They also have quality products there.

Staff was not helpful and refused to do curbside pick up after I called and confirmed they were doing curbside pickup. I often shop at the brick location and never had a issue. Will not be returning

Love the selection and staff. Needed to revamp our shore house with quite a few things. They help us get everything together both in stock and from online order as we also got many things we liked but werent in the store.

We absolutely love bed bath & beyond! Theres so much to choose from. We went to pick our curtains for a new house were very happy with what we chose.

Always clean and bright. I went for a hard to find 60 round tablecloth. If course I walked out with more. The amount of different products is amazing. Prices are always in line with what I expect to pay. Quality merchandise at a great price... Cant ask for more than that.

Customer service was terrible. One of the managers- Scott was so rude to us and from what we saw he was even worse with his associates. I am a retail manager and I know its not always easy, but atleast I know how to treat my people. Will not be back.
