They have improved the quality of the store and the employees 100% over the last few years and they are a pleasure to shop at!! They are well informed, courteous, well-stocked and eager to help! I definitely recommend them!!! And their prices and hours are very good, as well.

I went Walgreens this morning to get my flu shot. Let me tell you that it was a true pleasure to deal with the professionalism of pharmacy! The cashier at the front end of the store was a totally different experience, sorry.

I love this pharmacy for my prescriptions but the older lady with the short blonde curly hair at the register is so rude . She does not acknowledge you at all. She didn’t even give me a receipt . Unfortunately she seems to be there pretty often too. Walgreens is not taking care of business by keeping her as a cashier with horrible customer service.

I wish they had more of a wider variety of items for selection. When I go there they never have what Im looking for. At least the staff is very helpful there.

This place looks like a ghost town

Website is horrible. Takes appointments for various shots but when you get there they can not find appointment. Made appointment in parking lot then went inside and was told no appointment was made. Showed conformation number and was told it was not made??? Seinfeld episode...they can take a reservation but cant hold it!!

Horrible customer service. The manager doesn’t care about his job or the place makes you feel like you’re doing something wrong by being in the store.

I was in this store at 11AM this morning. I saw THREE employees wearing their mask below their nose. One had his mask under his chin. You are NOT protecting your customers or your employees.

Walgreens in Toms River on route 9 is pretty much what you should expect every pharmacy to look and feel like. Very clean and relaxing atmosphere, the staff is friendly, and the store is not too big so you can find pretty much anything.

I like this Walgreens since it’s so close. I came in this morning and purchased a few items and Laura at register was very rude. I was waiting in lime to be BBC alley up and she looks at me and asks “yes?”. Like how rude, does she not know her job and know that when someone is standing to check out that they’re their to check out? Wouldn’t let me ask a question about an items price without being rude about it. No “hello” “have a good day” or any of that: very, very rude person.

Clean, neat. Friendly associates. Good place to just run in and grab something. Like snacks, smokes, and drinks. The pharmacy is somewhat quick. Overall good store.

Its like pulling teeth to get the pharmacy to do their job and refill your prescriptions depending on whos working. Its even worse now that the pharmacy isnt open 24/7 anymore. Theres a few good pharmacists which is why i gave two stars but if theyre not there dont expect to get your prescriptions filled in time, you might end up going a day or two without your medications until one of the pharmacists who actually know what theyre doing to come in and finally take care of it. Its awful Im really considering switching pharmacys because Im so sick of dealing with this!

3 stars for the store portion and 1 Star for the pharmacy. The heavyset woman pharmacy tech who has a runny nose every single time I’ve gone there for the past 3-4 years is a nightmare of a human being. She’s condescending, very unhelpful, and always seems like she’s miserable. I would recommend going to Silverton pharmacy or even a super mart/Walmart before wasting your time with this place. Also you have half of the Dover woods population outside begging for change smoking cigs at the entrance.

Nice store but the pharmacy is terrible. I waited for about an hour the pharmacist just yapped on the phone and then she said that she hadnt even filled it out. This was three hours after the prescription was sent in by my doctor.

Was trying to pickup photo prints. however there was only the cashier on the floor,so she told me to wait a minute while she checks out the 2 people wAiting to pay, but as they were paying more people came to the register and more,and more,and more,and those were people who came in after me.so Im glad I left the store,otherwise I would still be waiting now.happened tues aug 20 2019 at 8 pm

Not all, but some of the people who work in the pharmacy during the day are rude and horrible.However, I gave it 3 stars since all the night pharmacists are great. Now I get up at 4am when I need o fill my rx. No lines at that time and no rude people to deal with. Lee, the Pharmacist at night is the best and I hope the store manager will read this. She is always pleasant and so helpful. Love her.

Why is it so hard to keep regular milk in stock?

Cheap place to buy basic things. Energy drinks are usually cheaper here than other places around.

If I could give the pharmacy department zero stars I would. Im forced to use them with my insurance and each month I fill the same two prescriptions. Each month I have to spend over an hour there getting back on line every 15 minutes because they have screwed up my prescription, incorrectly tell me its not time to fill yet, or that the doctor never sent it. The hag of a cashier woman at the pharmacy never gives you a status either. They need to either close the pharmacy or overhaul the place with helpful staff, who dont exhaust people with games. Go here if you wish to annoy a very busy doctors office due to there staffs inability to research and service customers. But a big old A+ for ineffective, nasty staff.

I love Walgreens, I’ve always chosen to shop for products and use the pharmacy, over Rite Aid and CVS. I recently moved locations because it’s closer to my doctors office. The pharmacy at this location isn’t like the otherS . I get different stories from each staff member and they’re rude . Until I met Samantha. B ! She was super friendly and helpful and the only reason I didn’t change pharmacies. There is also an Asian female pharmacist and another blonde pharmacist with an accent who are both amazing, quick and friendly. Their customer service is great and should be acknowledged. I literally dreaded going to pick up my prescriptions because of the rude staff bc they’re no good and their attitudes are horrible. I’ve noticed other customers getting upset and walking away mad.As for the store, when shopping for products and other merchandise-the staff is always welcoming. They say hello when you walk in. They’re helpful but not too overwhelming . When you check out they’re great. Except for this one guy who literally dropped every item I was purchasing-including a mug I was buying for my sons teacher as a gift. He could have had an off day or that’s just him as a person. Everyone is entitled to a bad day, so we’ll see next time . I’m at Walgreens a lot. Everyone makes fun of me bc of how much I’m there shopping for hair, skin, make up products lol 💄🏪💊 . This won’t change my thoughts on Walgreens but for this particular location, If the bad customer service continues, I will not continue to spend my money there . Unless, however, my favorite staff members are on shift.

I just Love the Walgreens on Rt9 and Clover in Toms River, nj.The Pharmacy staff, most of them are the best. If you go deal with Tammy, she is the manager and is so well informed and always smiling, Eddie, who is also great and today I dealt with Joy ruti who was wonderful and helped me with a situation. They are always there to help!!!

I have to say that Natalie the night pharmacist is great at what she does and is a pleasure@! Lynn, who has been there for years holds down the floor when it gets crazy busy. Lee is also great!!!!

Nice clean spacious store, never had long lines by cashier they make sure to open another one if necessary, they have great prices on alot of items like batteries and more if u r a member, The photo center is amazing and cheap, costumer service is great !!

I told J.P I would give him a review so he gets 5 stars. I believe hes the manager. Now there was a little mix up withnpricing and when I brought it to the young kids attention, he looked as though I wasnt understanding why the price and product was wrong. I told him Id like to speak to a manger and J.P was there to slove the issue. I explained to him in a very brief way and no questions asked, he attended to my needs. No arguments or confusion. He gets 5 stars and really defused a situation before it was started. Thanks J.P.

Terrible experience. While purchasing diabetes syringes for my dog, I was treated like a junkie. The pharmacist even refused to give me a plastic bag. Ive notified corporate, something needs to be done about this.

Well up-kept Walgreens but the Photo section is a bit overrun and it may take more time than the machine says. Especially during nighttime hours.

Tried to talk to a human for 3 days. no luck. Now looking for a Responsive company in my neighborhood.Finally get a person puts me on hold and disconnect. Finally went to drive in window only to find it closed. Stood in line at inside window placed an order for delivery. Promised the next day. Now trying to reach by phone. Again no answer. Is Walgreens still in business?. At this rate I hope not for long. I have never dealt with a company that cares so little.If you want service GO ElsewhereFinally get a person with a bs excuse. Ridiculuous.....

Gave me false prescription.

I love to buy vitamins when they are on sale, which on purpose they are followed.
