Ive probably been to all the T-Mobile stores in the Ocean County Area, from Manahawkin to Howell. Toms River is a Mecca for mobile device providers and T-Mobile has retailers all of the county. Of all of their locations, 3rd party or not, this T-Mobile delivered a genuinely pleasant experience. I went there to for a new SIM card and I left with positive attitude and happy about the honesty I received. Drew was an honest and open individual and I felt blessed that he serviced our needs. Thank you.

The customer service was great.PLUS There was no wait! Rasheed was very knowledgeable about my phone and ways to fix my issue with its storage. He swapped out my SIM card and made sure that my phone was functioning properly before leaving the store. Would definitely recommend this location.

Tom was absolutely amazing! After dealing with the customer service sources out to India Tom restored my faith in Sprint/T mobile. He patiently spoke to the customer service people that couldn’t help me, called someone else and got all of my questions answered. He went above and beyond to quickly turn what was becoming an aggravating experience in to a very happy outcome. Was a gr8 experience even though I could utilize video phone chat w/ my DR, I thought my problem was fixed its not, was trying to email state documents & internet stopped working, video chat didnt work 4x w/ my doctor, had to use my daughters Samsung s-9, I have a s- 20, HELP!!

I went to the T-Mobile and Toms River and the Kohls shopping center and I have to say very professional it was two females in the store and they were awesome

Never again. After being with T-Mobile since 2001 (They were Voicestream when I first signed up) my last transaction was enough to make me walk away. I am a military customer and I am being sent to a training area which has no coverage. My phone needs to be unlocked so I can run it with an alternate SIM. They said hard no and kept towing the company banner. Loyalty means nothing to them. They even suggested switching carriers so I did. Thank goodness a Sprint store was close by. They confirmed my area had coverage, ported my number and even have a very generous credit on my not so old, old phone. Since they are merging, go to Sprint. The staff is more knowledgeable, willing to help and actually understand the military.

We got 3 phones here about 3 years ago!! Service was great then and always great now whenever I stop in to pick something up!! My son has upgraded his phone 3 times!!! I still love my original!! We all have Androids, but they also sell iPhones. Also T-Mobile is the BEST phone company on earth!!!! Very Happy customer!!!!

Sprint never closed before 8pm. Now apparently t-mobile closes at 5 every night now but can’t update the online hours so people who have been with the company for years and need a service done after work are aware not to look forward to getting in the door before closing.

Store wasnt open at 10.25am when it was supposed to be open at 10am. Went to another store and only 1 person working. They lost 2 sales of buying phones outright

I got helped from Marco/ Marcus. friendly and did everything I needed. He was very patient and polite. Just switched to T mobile a couple days ago. I am already a happy customer.... Thanks Marco.

My problem has not been resolved. We have no cell service in our area since they switched Sprint to T Mobile. I am paying a lot for no service.

I almost did not go to this store due to earlier reviews but was pleasantly surprised. Michael was very pleasant and helpful. We went in with a previously owned phone and he set up a new account and explained the phone. I glad that I went there and would recommend this store.

They are identically the same as a corporate store and as will all cell phone companies there are going to be mistakes made which are not always the sales reps fault. Ive had no issues with this store at all and I always make sure I read the documents before signing anything, which everyone should be doing already anyway. Everyone loves to complain but no one takes the time out to write a good letter or comment when the service was exceptional.

Friendly, sure. However plan 3-4 hours for your visit if youre going to try to transfer new info to a new phone. 1-2 hours if youre doing something simple. The delay, the wait, the time involved in a visit to this DMV-Of-The-New-Era is absolutely staggering.The times Im recommending are not hyperbole. I literally spent five hours there at one point. Browsed local stores, walked a few miles and all without EVEN ONE PLACE TO SIT.If you plan a store that has massively ridiculous wait times and do not provide seating, youre clearly stating that you give not one s**t about your customers.So just like every other corporate giant, they prove that in spades with their retail stores.

Came here to replace phones over the past 5 years for mt kids and myself. Usually men in the store, no women. Just an observation. They are courteous and helpful.

I had been thinking of switching my cell phone carrier for months so i went to the tmobile store on rt 37 in toms river. From the moment i got my greeting when i walked in the store, i knew if they had the right plans for me Id be switching carriers. I could not be more pleased with my service. Alexis explained every promotion, plan, and phone to me until i decided what was best for me and my family. She really took the time to listen to what we needed and found the best priced phones and plans for us. Alexis, the store manager Mike and salesman Brett couldnt have been more helpful and knowledgable about their phones and plans. And since I was switching carriers i had to port 2 phone numbers from my old carrier to my new phones. When i came back the next day they were so helpful, patient, and respectful. Salesman Mike ported one of my numbers for me and helped me pick a case and screen protector, and he even put them on the phone for me! Manager Mike was also here the 2nd time i came in and he remembered me and even what i purchased and came over to make sure myself and my family were definitely happy with our choices from the day before. Its not very often that i ever receive that kind of customer service from any type of service based business and I couldnt be more happy with the switch i made, especially knowing i can come back anytime and theyll happily help with whatever i need! I will most definitely be sticking with tmobile and the store on rt 37 in toms river!!

Worst experience ever. the big ginger said that there is nothing they can do w my phone when my boyfriend who knows nothing about phones or tmobile helped her. they dont do anything to help just saw and assumed.

Not only do I now have a bad experience with Tmobile but this store in particular I will not go to. They are not a corporate store. There is always a wait and when someone is finally available they cant even help you with your issues. Word of advice: take the extra 10/20 minutes to a corporate store and stay away from this one.
