The staff at Action is phenomenal, have had multiple orders for my job done here and my first aid squad. Prompt turn around with work being done. Tailoring is pretty much precise. All of the Staff is courteous and proficient in multiple uniform sizing, sales, and tailoring. If any error is ever done, it is rapidly corrected. Have not had a single issue with Action and would definitely highly recommend.

The 3 girls that work in the Toms river location are awesome and very helpful. They really are a eager to help and fix your uniforms as fast as possible! I literally had 5 shirts fitted and adjusted in little over an hour, including turning a long sleeve to a short sleeve! They made everything very easy and very fast!

They did a great job making sure my uniforms fit comfortably, while I waited! Great staff! They made sure I was happy when I left there!

Friendly staff with fast turnaround for things like patches and hemming of pants. Decent selection for a smaller store (Toms River). My choice over all others.

I’ve been to this location on multiple occasions for law enforcement purchases and even when they have a large volume of orders I always get things in a timely fashion and they always get the customizations right. They are very patient and pleasant to work with and I would recommend Action Uniform, Toms River to everyone!

I have to say although they fixed everything in the end. Spent over $3000 between my son and I. And every Garment had to be brought back. Im not kidding every Garment had a issue. Patch put on incorrectly. Hermes were not straight. What a disappointment

They need more staff, at least 1 person more to handle the floor. They forgot a couple of things I ordered but I dont blame them, for the amount of people requesting things they really should get more staff and maybe a new and bigger location.
