Ashley is AMAZING! She was so helpful. I am not familiar with good makeup being a busy mom and I wanted something to refresh my face and easy to use! Ashley was so sweet. She understood my needs and helped direct me to AWESOME products! I trust her opinion and I will be back!

I love coming to Ulta because of Kayli, she’s not only the sweetest human being ever, she’s so talented. If you want the best brows, she’s your girl. She’s certified, she will guide you in what’s the best option for you and also make the experience so fun. She also does lash services, and is very knowledgeable. And the best part, is leaving with perfect brows and happy!! She’s the definition of amazing customer service!

Have had my hair colored, highlighted, cut, styled x3. Happy with outcome. The stylist and I are still getting used to each other but it gets better every time. She takes her time and is detailed with her work.A bit more expensive than my previous place. I dont like that I havent been able to get my brows done at the same time. You have to make an appointment at the brow bar when someone is available.Other than that, customer service is good. Able to always get products.

I applied here and they totally lied to me when i called yesterday. The lady on the phone told me that the manager was talking about me and will most definitely call me tomorrow (today) and i would get the job. Well I called today and the hiring manager (Lauren) answered and told me i didn’t get the job and said because it was the GM that didn’t want to hire me because of “payroll” which is obviously a lie why why would they say that they need people? That makes no sense. They should’ve just been honest and said i “wasn’t the right fit” if anything. The lady i talked to yesterday told me that Lauren was the one doing the hiring, (not the GM since obviously Lauren is the HIRING manager) so i straight caught them in a lie. It’s just the fact that they got my hopes high and than just shattered it, it’s a shame… i hope you guys are reading this and learn that it doesn’t look good on you guys to lie, especially to a loyal customer that wants to work for you!! Very disappointing

I have been going to the Benefit Brow Bar in the Toms River Ulta for almost a year now and Kayli is amazing! She is always friendly, kind, offers knowledgable recommendations on products and does a fantastic job with my brows! Highly recommend visiting her for your make up & brow needs!

For great brows see Kaylie ! She is the sweetest ! She explained what and how she was going to shape my brows and made me so comfortable. And that was no small feat considering we met wearing masks! Im only sorry I didnt start seeing Kaylie sooner

Went in there to inquire about the hair services on Sunday February 14th for my girlfriend as an early Valentine’s Day gift. The Girl I Spoke with was nasty and rude, due to her lack of customer service, this place will no longer be somewhere I spend my money. Either train your staff about good customer service or you will keep losing people.

So happy this location opened since it’s much closer to where I live. The staff are always helpful and welcoming when I go!

Honestly always have issues with rude associates when going into ulta, so I try really hard to only order online, and sadly this location was no exception. They left an old sale sign up, and when I simply inquired about it, I was instantly degraded and talked down to unnecessarily by Angelina. I was a retail manager in my 20’s for years and would have never treated a customer so disrespectfully. Usually they bite their mistake for misleading the customer, but at Ocean County Mall Ulta I reallly had high hopes to just get treated with respect 😂 Order online or at local beauty stores.

So happy this store opened. Nicole in prestige is so awesome!!!!
