We had to have them come back 5 times and our tub is still not good. They had paint all over my tile floor, walls and fixtures in the tub. After 4 months, the color is coming through from my original tub color and the paint has chipped off in several areas. There are runs in the paint and everytime they came to fix them, I had new runs. They never buffed out the tub and it is extremely rough. The last time the owner came, he completely missed a spot he buffed and it is still yellow, the color of the tub before I had it refinished. The owner never calls back although he says he tried calling and then will show up unannounced. I finally gave up trying to fix the tub. Not only is my tub a mess, my mother had hers done at the same time and has the same issues. The owner never even called her once to try and fix their mess.

Everything about the process from start to finish was smooth. Chrissy was quick with the scheduling and estimate. Joe, who refinished our tub, was very polite and professional as well! Would definitely recommend.

Update: 2 days after I posted my review I received a call indicating the owner will be out to see the tub. He came a few days later and said it needed to be redone. Its been 2 1/2 weeks and no call and they dont return calls. The work comes with a guarantee but if they dont answer the phone they dont have to honor it. $500 gone, at this point I would like a refund or I need to seek legal help. What ever happened to standing by your work?I had my tub resurfaced back in November. A few weeks later it started to peel, they came and buffed the tub and it looked great. Once again a few weeks later it bubbled and cracked and peeled. Tried several times to contact but they do not return calls.

I had my tub resurfaced in August. Since then they have been back 3 times to fix the peeling. I’ve been calling over and over and have not returned my calls. I’ve left numerous messages. Tub is still peeling and am getting no response. I am going to call the better business bureau and file a complaint. I want a full refund. Would not recommend this company.

Kristen and Dave were very nice and easy to work with. They painted a bathroom sink for us. It came out great! We love it! We are looking forward to doing business with Miracle Method again.

Dave and Justin were very professional and friendly. The tub was refinished and looks superb! They will complete the shower next and I am 100 percent sure it will look as beautiful as the tub!

A slip and fall in a new fiberglass tub left a hole in the side of the tub in a newly renovated bathroom. Replacing the tub would have required removing two rows of custom tiles, reinstalling drain plumbing and installing a new floor. Enter Miracle Method repaired the hole in tub in place obviating the need for extensive, expensive repair.Great work and great price. Pleasure to deal with.

When I called Miracle Methods, the office administrator Tara was extremely helpful and patient in helping me choose the right color. Which was spot on. I was able to quickly get an appointment (next day). The technicians, Justin and Peter arrived close to schedule to refinish my shower pan that was showing signs of normal wear and tear. The process took a couple of hours, and the outcome was better than anticipated. Justin had to come back to do a minor touch up, and now completed, my shower looks terrific. Very Unprofessional. After quoting me $600 over the phone I said no thank you, she then responds and says well what do you want to spend a reputable business doesnt haggle. I should have gotten the exact cost. Not a starting negotiation price. I asked for a quote not a game. AVOID.

Been to house five times have been unable to rectify the problem now have mold damage because of leak had to remove the shower do not use will be going to small claims court to the recover my damages. Tried to contact no response.
