Although there were a couple of hiccups along the way, I love my countertops from Progressive Dimensions. Gina in the front office is a nice way to start your shopping. The prices were comparable and she helped us find exactly what we were looking for. George was immediately responsive to some issues that came up and every service person that entered my home were genuinely some of the nicest people Ive met. Tim is my hero...thank you so much for everything! Im very happy now and love my kitchen...my countertops are my favorite part!!

Used this company a few years ago at our other home that we sold. Definitely going to use them again. They did a wonderful job and they were reasonably priced and staff was very helpful.Hopefully they can remove this God awful black granite countertops from the previous owners in the home we just purchased. We chose Progressive Dimensions because they had a lot of different pieces of stone to choose from. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They took their time showing us around in the lot and answered all of our questions. We were extremely happy with our selection. Tim came out to measure. He was so nice and helpful answering my questions about what edges would look best in certain areas of the room. Installers came on time, they were so nice and professional. They did an amazing job putting all of our granite in. We are so happy and we highly recommend this business! We will definitely be using them again when we do our next remodel.

Look I did my homework, hopefully this helps some people. I got 3 estimates as everyone should do for my countertop replacement project and any big project. Progressive Dimensions was one of them recommended to me just by word of mouth asking contractors where I should go. They have a great system down, best prices too. Some places wont tell you what a slab costs per sq ft, they do. You come in with your estimated measurements and you will be able to find a stone to fit your budget pretty much guaranteed, they even have certain stones on sale because they are being retired or what not if you need something super budget friendly. Very straightforward and transparent with everything, what haul away costs, sink etc. They will work with whatever you want to add or remove or have them do or not do with NO ISSUES. I worked with Scott Avery for the sale, great, and everyone in the office was great too with scheduling and communication. Installers were beasts, super friendly and ripped out the old laminate counters and installed my quartz super fast. Happy I chose this company.

Progressive Dimensions is the place to go for your countertops!! After purchasing our kitchen package through Lowes in Brick, we stopped by their place to pick out the slab for our granite counter top. Very friendly staff..took time to show us options..and we picked out our slab. Setting up template appointment was a breeze..the technician was very personable and measured everything with laser/computer...high tech! Not only did they get that perfect...but one of my walls had a belly in it, and with a minor on-the spot modification..they made it fit perfectly despite the belly. Install was neat, clean, and efficient...professional crew...couldnt be happier!!

We went to the Manahawkin store delt with Stepanie very pleasant and informative all in all agood experience. Now the installation on the other hand was not so. Bill Ziegeler bought the counter tops, beautiful, the installers cut the wood edge that backs up to the counter too short tried to fix with caulk, slightly slanted under the window sill also tried to fix with caulk. He was not happy with this at all also when they removed the garbage disposal the connection was split. They said the sent pictures to their boss but have not heard from them at all. I wold think there would be some kind of response after all they were not cheap

They did an amazing job on our new granite countertop. Their staff was professional and easy to work with, they had our slab in on time, measurements and installation we right on schedule, and the quality of the work was exceptional. (Both the counter and the installation), and their price was great (Lower than the big box stores!!) Definitely recommend Progressive!!!

We had new Granite Counter tops installed. Purchased in Manahawkin from Stephanie who was very helpful.Tim came out to do the template and was right on time.Were happy with how the counter tops look and had the 15 year sealer done, which I recommend

I cant comment on their work but I do have to say that their prices were almost double of what I found at two other countertop businesses. Same exact manufacturer and same exact piece of quartz. Definitely shop around before signing on the doted line. I saved almost three thousand dollars.

Great service! Great pricing! We shopped everywhere and the old saying is true: you get what you pay for. Weve shopped a few places that quotes us lower pricing but the quality and the service just wasnt there. Progressive Dimensions gave us everything we wanted and more! If youre looking to update your kitchen be sure to go to Progressive DImensions. Initially, we were going to use Home Depot. But there was just too much to deal with, fees for every little thing, dates for work that are spaced too far apart. HD told us that wed be without a cook top for at least 4 months. Their process for this kind of work was just too chaotic. So we went to PD. We knew we were in the right place the minute we walked into the PD showroom. Stephanie, our salesperson, cheerfully greeted us.She is smart, professional, knowledgeable and very friendly.We received phones calls throughout the process that kept us up to date as to when the template team would be in, to measure, and they called to explain that our old countertops would be removed, and that the new ones would be installed the same day!! The marketing person at PD is very friendly and answered all of my questions.Their crack team of 3 installers were equally friendly, and very hard-working. All of this was flawless, and it was more than a pleasure to have had PD make our kitchen look like it belongs in one of those home designer magazines!We used the Manahawkin location because it is closest to us.But Im positive that the Toms River staff is equally as friendly and professional. The worst customer service ever!I ordered counter top from Lowes on 04/07/21 without knowing that this business will do the job. The 1st appointment was on 4/28 and the old guy came, blaming that he could not do the template but need a carpenter to do the reinforcement and balance. A person (Kathy or Katie) called me after that visit to schedule a 2nd appointment for the template on 05/20 /21 and told me to make sure that everything is ready. We had a carpenter came and did everything as the old guy suggested and been waiting for today for the 2nd visit. We got a reminder email from Lowes as Template Appointment Reminder today but nobody came or called for the till 1 pm so I called them to ask when would they came. Turn out that they didnt have my appointment scheduled today and claimed that they didnt send the reminder or called us to confirm. I told her that she was the one who called me to reschedule today but she said No, its not on our computer, we didnt schedule you, only the one on 4/28!, its not our fault that we didnt do the template that day. I said it was clearly you who called me to reschedule but she said no, not on my computer and asked me cruelly Do you want to reschedule or not?. I was so frustrated but told her that yes, I want and she put me on hold forever. I could not keep waiting so called the number given on the reminder email to cancel the order. Unfortunately, I have to go back to the Lowes store to cancel it though they confirmed that it was Progressive who put the appointment on the calendar.I will need to find a new countertop business to do the job but I am glad I wont do anymore business with this Progressive Dimensions Countertops. My neck will get so long waiting for the service I paid for and I may have a heart attack due to their incompetent and cruel customer service.

I picked the granite, they did the polishing and sizing, and when delivered...the cleanest most accurate, professional men arrived, set up, sealed, cleaned up after themselves. Fantastic! We decided mid-project we needed a quartz tub surround, and I was referred to Progressives. The staff stayed late to accommodate me after hours since I worked late, and I dealt with Kelly M. In the showroom. She was beyond helpful and easy to work with. Our order and installation was beautiful and I am so pleased with our customer service. Kelly was amazing, and made me feel so at ease with the whole process (and home improvement projects are stressful so it means a lot!). Kelly knew our timeline and went above and beyond to help us complete our project on time. I 100% would recommend this company.

Tiara was great at helping me find the granite and quartz I needed for my projects - very patient and helpful! The installation manager, Santos (I hope I have that right) was on top of everything when the installed quartz had some marring on the surface - he sent someone out within a day or two and they corrected the problems. Great overall experience with this company! Very responsive and the installed product looks GREAT!!

We had about 50sq feet of counter tops installed and we are very happy with the results. Theyre equipment allows them to match the shape of the granite to the contour of the walls. My walls are pretty wavy and they matched them perfectly. They said the countertops would take 2 weeks to cut and come back for the install but it only took a little over a week before they were ready. It has been more than 6 months since we had them installed and everything is fine with them. Very happy with the results and have recommended them to family and friends.

Quality of the product and workmanship is very good. But, they took way too long to install us after the measurement was done. Took over 2 weeks to get the counter installed.

Beautiful granite,the did so much damage to my walls removing the old counter top,damage the walls,and broke a cabinet,very poor workmanship,very disappointed

So we have used Progressive Dimensions once before for our kitchen countertop and they did a beautiful job. They were on time, easy to work with, the installation guys were great. We decided to use them again for our bathroom countertop. Again, the countertop came out great - however, our custom faucet that they were given to size the hole to be cut was chipped. After the manager said there was nothing he could do, I Facebook messaged the owner, who called me immediately, apologized and is rectifying the situation for us. I would use Progressive again in a heartbeat, seeing how the owner truly cares about her customers. Thank you.
