We needed to replace our garage door keypad and the first company that came to mind was Door Quest. I scheduled an appointment on-line on Friday, very quick and easy. On Monday morning they were here. Sammy was very informative and kind. He replaced the keypad and I asked about getting a couple of remotes, no problem. Explained in detail how to use everything. Mike of Door Quest responded to my call quickly while others would have me wait a week. Since both my cars were in the garage when the spring broke the week wait time was out of the question. Mikes work was exemplary. I do believe that the replacement of two springs and two drums was pricey.

Door quest was amazing! Mike was our technician. First off I was able to get an estimate on the phone with Sammy, which was great! Second, Mike arrived on time (within a few hours from when I initially called) and was finished within an hour. He explained everything he was doing and gave us advice for our next project. I call doorquest today because my garage door was making a clicking noise and did not go down . Sammy from doorquest came and he was very knowledgeable and explained what I would need for a new garage door. He lift a level on the top of the garage door and fix the problem . I was just surprised that I was charged 75.00 just by raising the level down and spraying something like wd40 to the door it was a 2 minute job. I thought maybe it would have been less . I gave sammy a 5 star because of how pleasant and efficient he was. It was just pricey.

I used Door Quest in the past and it was a no brainier to call them back again. This time my carelessness caused a bend to the garage door track and when I went to close it, the door jammed, making the track bend in several other places, bolts came out, a roller went flying, the door was only half closed and hanging off the track.. It was a bad scene. I called after 5pm on a Sunday and Mike showed up a few hours later at 8pm. He fixed everything up so quick and now its perfect again. Very honest guy, no gimmicks, no pressure, no trying to make an extra buck by telling me I need to replace something that doesnt really need replacing. Just an honest guy with good intentions.
