Can’t remember the name of the woman who helped me. She was extremely rude and judgmental. Was making snide remarks about the size of ring I was buying for a friend. The girl clearly was extremely insecure and was making comments about a ring sizing to make herself feel better. Never experienced behavior like this from a sales person very despicable. Will never returned to this location

Great sale going on. I spent about 40 mins with the sales girl. She was friendly and helpful.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!My husband & I entered the store he wanted to buy me a Valentine’s charm. One employee was busy with a customer & there were 2 employees at the register trying to correct a sale with a customers discount. This went on for 15 minutes with no results & they had to start all over again. Meanwhile no one else was in the store. Then lo & behold the manager walks in with lunch & walks in the back room!! He finally emerges & tries to solve the problem & he made it worse. Then he confronts us tell us it’s it his job because he’s the manager but he will “help” us. Well he goes to get the charm but the 2 clueless employees call him over now there’s 2 clueless employees & 1 clueless manager trying to figure out the discount for the 1 customer who looked totally disgusted. At this point which was about 25 minutes of waiting we got disgusted & walked out!!I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THE PANDORA IN OCEAN COUNTY MALL !!!

The staff person that worked with me was amazing. She spent the time necessary to make my choice. She was polite, caring, friendly and very nice. Also she knew the products which was very helpful. I can not say enough about this staff person.

The sales staff and the Manager of this site were friendly and very accommodating. The best Pandora I have done business with and I have been to several other locations. I will continue to business with this store exclusively.

I actually made a huge purchase and had instant regrets when I walked out the door.They are over priced. Who charges $400 for a 14kt charm with fake diamonds on it.My wife hated the stuff as much as I did and returned it all the next day.Pandora you need to lower your prices and get real diamondsWent to Kays and got so much more for my money.

WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life. After spending thousands of dollars at that location over the year, the manager (Karen K.) would not let me exchange a ring for size I received as a gift without a receipt because it has OBVIOUSLY been worn. Ring had not been worn - her salespeople had sold the ring from the display. Completely embarrassed me and made me cry on Christmas Eve. Came back with the receipt two days later and was told the ring couldnt be returned (did not want to exchange it after being made a fool of) without the original credit card present. Came back again with the cardholder and card to complete the return. Instead of being apologetic for having to make three trips back and forth, their salesperson (Sal) yell out to me across the store as Im leaving Happy New Year and laughed at us. I will never shop there again.

Lindsay M. (Toms River) was so completely and utterly rude it was unbelievable. She made petty comments the entire time she was helping us and acted like we were beneath her. I 12/10 would not recommend going there if shes working.

Well my experience was really WORSE, as soon as I entered to the store nobody even greeting me or said something, like ghost come in. I understand they was busy with customers, but even to said “We will be you soon” or something like “Hi”, Good Afternoon”. well nothing I saw how the sales person finish her sale, wrap all the customer shopping nice in a Pandora Shopping Bag with tissue. After that she decided to looked at me and said Can I help You? I was getting the safe clip for one of my 4 Pandora Bracelets paid for it and she asked my if I want it on my bracelet I reply YES . The lady she just leave the pandora box for my clip. naked not in a shopping back with tissue. nothing I have to leave the store with the pandora box cover with carton box on my hand.I asked her if she can also clean all them up. She look at me rolling her eyes like I was annoying her. I almost walked away she was rude, nasty & mean. In the mean time she started nasty removed some charms that I had in the Bracelet of course Not Pandora (I got from a friend she went to Venezia). So I started to removed the charms from my other bracelets she said why did you put all out??, I was confused She said removed the charms. I don’t get it she mean the Not Pandora One’s well In the process to get all my charms back I was collecting all to arrange my Bracelets at home and unlucky me I lost one of my spacers charm between furniture at the store, they “try” to get it back for me, but that’s it. They couldn’t my lost. They didn’t do nothing to replace the spacer. Horrible customer service. At the and they clean all my bracelets and give them back to my on paper envelopes.

I was in a few weeks ago to buy something for my moms braclet and start one for my sister. Ive been in this store a few times and never had an issue always had the same lady who was amazing. But this trip I had a difference woman and I dont think Ive ever been more frustrated or upset in a store. She acted like I was going to steal everything. Wouldnt show me anything outside of the book. When o saw something in the case and asked if it was a certain animal she didnt even look at what I was talking about before completing disregarding my want to see it and telling me it was another animal when I could clearly see that it was the animal I wanted. She wouldnt even place the charms in the little glass topped section so I could look at them she only showed me what she thought my family would like. But then it gets worse. I asked politely to see the safety chains. My mom loves hers so I figured my sister would as well. The sales lady refused to show them to me. Telling me i needed the locks not the safety chain. After about 5 minutes of trying to get her to show me the safety chain and her refusing i had to sternly tell her that i wanted to see them and that I personally dont think my sister would care if her charms were centered. She wouldnt listen to anything I wanted and insulted my taste on what I wanted for my family as well as acted as if I couldnt afford to shop there. If by chance I go back to this location to shop I hope I dont have to deal with her again. I understand I look young and yes I look a little bumish when I go shopping there (Im a nurse and work overnights then go shopping) but that didnt effect the kind of service thats given.

Excellent selection and a helpful staff. Just a word of caution: avoid on days surrounding a holiday. Lines go out the door.

Amazing selection, friendly staff that wait on you hand and foot the only problem I have with this place is that google maps has the wrong location..
