We have been shopping at the ShopRite on Fischer Blvd since around 1976. We were so glad when they moved to the new store. Much brighter, more selection and overall a better shopping experience. To this day this all still holds true. The customer service has been top notched. Please keep up the good work. Thank you to the staff for the past 15 months.

I have recently moved to Toms River and wasnt receiving my weekly circular. I contacted the Perlmart office to speak with someone to resolve the issue, and within less than 2 weeks I started receiving my circular with coupons! Excellent customer service!!! Five STARS!!!!

Great Neighborhood Store. My family has been shopping at Perlmutter Shop Rites for 30 years. Ive had the pleasure of knowing Mike Perlmutter one of the owners, for all that time. Weve served on the 200 Club of Ocean County Board of Directors together. The stores have always been well stocked and comfortable to shop in--not like other Super Shop Rites that have narrow aisles to cram in more product. Although its a BIG store with very good pricing, its still a neighborhood grocery store. Kinda cool a company starting in Toms River can still hold its own against the likes of Walmart, Aldi and Costco.

Friend went to Manahawkin ShopRite for his first vax this past Sunday. Horrible experience that included two falls and a trip in an ambulance. An accident report was filled out by the store. He was supposed to be contacted and has not to date. Two voicemails left for Jennifer McMahon, who supposedly handles the vax sites. . She has not called back. Her voicemail message says that if it’s important to call her cell, yet she didn’t leave her number. My friend is in much pain. Seems like he got whiplash from the falls. ShopRite, where are you?

Just seems like the company no longer has Joel running the company. The management team seems to be more interested in cutting staff. Then filling the department with help and product. Typical Bottom line guys. Only interested in Gross Profits. Not all shop rite owners operate this way. Take a ride up to route 37. You will notice the difference

I have been shopping at ShopRite since I was a child, something has gone wrong. Since Mr perlmutters death the store has gone straight to hell. Ive bought several items that have been rancid! Selection is definitely diminished. Something is wrong. Are they clearing out the warehouse? Dont know what to do, feel like Im being cheated.
