Needed drive up Unit in a hurry. The online enrollment system worked great. Sarah from the facility called very soon after transaction completed to make sure I had everything needed. We were impressed on how meticulously clean the unit was upon our arrival.

As soon as I made the reservation online, I received a phone call from a really nice woman. She was really helpful and understanding when it came to scheduling a time to go see the unit. I loved the communication! She made me aware that it was the last unit in the size that I booked, so it was first-come-first-serve, which was really helpful when it came to prioritizing to see the unit right away. When I couldn’t make it at our scheduled time, she made me aware that she was going on her lunch break and that helped me schedule around that. If she wouldn’t have told me, I would have shown up when she wasn’t there.You need a code to get into the building. The area looks safe. The units are clean, climate controlled, and look up-to-date. The elevators are modern and don’t look creepy. I like that the elevator access is outside of the building so there is no need to walk down a long hallway to use it.The tour as well as signing-up was fast and easy. I highly recommend.I apologize I don’t remember the name of the woman that helped me, but she was excellent. I went on 5/15/21 at 2pm.

Extra Space Storage is the full package...multiple, convenient locations, lots of size options, competitive pricing and great service. You can book online, but I was able to visit the facility and see the space because I was unsure of the size I needed. Sarah gave me a tour and explained the rental process...she even looked at nearby facilities to offer me the best pricing. I also like not being locked into a contract and the flexibility to downsize to a smaller storage unit or cancel the monthly rental with just a few days notice.

The Toms RiverExtra Space is located on Highway 9, a famous road mentioned in Bruce Springsteens Born to Run. I didnt see any hot rods sprung from cages and I wouldnt call the place a death trap. I did manage to overshoot the turn-off into the parking lot a couple of times but that was my fault.Over all I would rate my experience at Extra Space to be exceptionally good. Their facilities were easy to access, clean, secure and dry. Sarah and Kevin provided outstanding customer service and I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of extra space.

For those of you who get an online quote with a discount make sure you read all of the information about the quote and the rate you receive. It is temporary for only the first 4 or 5 months than the rate goes up.
